The Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at, one of Canada’s largest Muslim communities, took to social media posting images showing the Baitul Hadi Mosque with a spray-painted image of the Nazi symbol.

The attack was allegedly planned for March 15 – the second anniversary of the attack by Australian terrorist Brenton Tarrant, who shot and killed 51 people at two mosques in the city in 2019.
