After President Donald Trump signed a bill into law ending taxpayer funding for abortionists through Medicaid, 41 Planned Parenthood locations are already closed or are set to, with as many as 200 overall potentially shuttering.
Upon the threat of losing their federal funding after Trump signed the “big beautiful bill,” the abortion giant sued, insisting that it had a constitutional right to taxpayer dollars in order to kill unborn babies.
In a 6-3 ruling on Thursday, the Supreme Court ruled that states can remove Planned Parenthood funding from their Medicaid programs. The split went exactly as we’ve come to expect, with six conservative justices ruling in favor and three liberal justices dissenting. (Oddly, the Associated Press refers to it as a “divided” ruling, as if we haven’t come to expect the conservative-liberal divide that we see in most cases.)

Well, everyone knew, and even Planned Parenthood has finally gotten around to admitting to its racist origins in Sanger’s eugenics. According to one former employee, however, that hasn’t improved their treatment of black employees within the organization. Not only does Nicole Moore claim to have been victimized by discriminatory conduct in the corporate offices of Planned Parenthood, she also claims that the company retaliated against her for complaining about it.
As expected, a federal judge who has ties to Planned Parenthood permanently blocked undercover journalist David Daleiden this week from releasing additional videos that Daleiden says show evidence of infanticide in the abortion industry.
U.S. District Judge William Orrick issued the permanent injunction at the request of the National Abortion Federation (NAF) and demanded that Daleiden turn over the video footage, according to lawyers representing NAF.
The order applies to about 200 hours of video footage that Daleiden and other undercover investigators with the Center for Medical Progress recorded at a NAF conference.
Additionally, the judge granted NAF lawyers’ motion for summary judgment in the case. NAF sued Daleiden and the Center for Medical Progress for breach of contract.
“What’s on the footage from abortion industry tradeshows that [Planned Parenthood] leaders are so desperate to cover up?” Daleiden responded on Twitter Thursday. “Maybe it has something to do with the baby parts companies sponsoring the tradeshow? Maybe with our expert who says the [conversations] show infanticide? The truth must be revealed.”

Planned Parenthood is now one of the largest providers in the United States of cross-sex hormones like testosterone to females seeking medical gender transition.
Some feminists are now facing the fact that Planned Parenthood, once a staunch champion for women’s rights, is currently one of the largest providers of transgender treatments in the United States, having become a leader in an industry that supports the elimination of the legal recognition of two sexes in favor of gender identity.
