Just one day after the two-year anniversary of the horrific October 7 attack by Hamas, it was announced that Israel and Hamas accepted the terms of President Donald Trump’s plan to end the war.
It was a feat that then-President Joe Biden could not accomplish. In fact, it was a feat that no other world leader could accomplish in the course of two years. And yet Trump, in 10 months, has ended a devastating war. Such a breakthrough would certainly warrant the Nobel Peace Prize.
Tom Nichols, The Atlantic’s columnist and professional Trump quibbler, may be trying to provoke a civil war with his Oct. 7 piece urging the military to ignore any of President Donald Trump’s orders that they don’t like.
Also, Nichols may murder puppies. And he may lean too heavily on the qualifier “may,” used like a safe-word seven times in the piece, as he guesses his way through an anarchist’s fantasy that some readers may mistake for news.
In the heated arena of American politics, words have always been weapons. But over the past year, the left’s rhetoric has escalated to a level that not only poisons discourse but also incites violence.

Most on the “left” insisted that this was a revenge lawfare indictment with no basis in law or fact. Many on the “right” saw nothing amiss, arguing that the defendant did in fact lie to Congress.
The nonpartisan reality is that it is too early to make a full assessment of the merits or demerits of the case. The other reality is that the indictment raises several distinct if overlapping issues.
YouTube has agreed to pay $24.5m (£18.6m) to settle a lawsuit brought by Donald Trump, filed after the video platform suspended his account in the wake of the 6 January attack on US Capitol.
The settlement from the video streaming giant’s parent company Alphabet – which also owns Google – comes after social media sites X/Twitter and Facebook also agreed to pay Trump for suspending his accounts.
Trump had accused YouTube and other tech companies of political bias, claiming they had unfairly censored conservative voices after the Capitol riot in 2021.

Canada maintains Tylenol is safe for pregnant women despite US warning
Canadian health officials, for now at least, will not follow the lead of the United States in recommending pregnant women avoid using acetaminophen, more commonly known as Tylenol, after a study indicated it is a contributing factor in the autism epidemic.
According to officials from Health Canada in a September 23 statement, acetaminophen is safe for use for pain and fever during a woman’s pregnancy when used as indicated on the box/bottle.

Another day, another Biden scandal that the media desperately tries to dump on Trump. This time, MSNBC is working overtime to spin a damning story about Joe Biden’s FBI into yet another bogus hit piece on the Trump administration.
Last year, while Biden and his minions were still calling the shots at the FBI, the bureau launched a brazen undercover operation targeting incoming Border Czar Tom Homan. Federal agents, posing as shady businessmen, tried to bait Homan with a $50,000 bribe in exchange for help securing contracts under a future Trump administration. It was a manufactured setup, designed from the start to entrap a Trump ally.

President Donald Trump announced late Monday he was launching a $15 billion lawsuit against The New York Times in his latest attack on a major media company over its reporting and commentary on him.
The suit, filed in a Florida court, accuses the Times of being “a fullthroated mouthpiece of the Democrat Party” and cites a series of articles, including the paper’s front-page endorsement of Democratic nominee Kamala Harris in the lead-up to the 2024 election.
