Top Manhattan US Attorney’s Office spox blasts DA Bragg over Trump prosecution in secret recording: ‘The case is nonsense’

A top Department of Justice spokesman in New York was caught on a hidden camera ripping Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg for his recent prosecution of former President Donald Trump — accusing Bragg of conducting “lawfare” just to further his own political ambitions.

Nicholas Biase, chief spokesman for the Manhattan US Attorney’s Office, was secretly recorded tearing into the progressive prosecutor during a recent conversation with a so-called undercover operative from conservative podcaster Steven Crowder’s “Mug Club.”

Did a Lone 20-Year-Old Assassin Outsmart the Secret Service, Pennsylvania State Police, and Butler Law Enforcement?

Every day, more information comes out arguing against the government narrative that a “lone wolf” attack lies behind the assassination attempt against President Donald Trump. The Biden Administration’s feeble attempts through surrogates to deflect and deny have become standard and boring. The variations are endless but the content is the same …

Most agents guarding Trump during assassination attempt were Homeland Security personnel who took ‘two-hour online webinar’: Sen. Hawley

Instead of having dozens of Secret Service agents on his detail for the July 13 rally, Trump was mostly guarded by Homeland Security agents who only received online webinar training before the event, Hawley (R-Mo.) said in an interview on “Jesse Watters Primetime” Tuesday evening.

“A two-hour, online webinar. And I’m told that half the time, the sounds to the webinar didn’t even work,” Hawley claimed.

This was allowed to “happen.”

Trump says maybe God saved him from assassination attempt to fix ‘broken country’

Donald Trump told a Fox News host that he thinks God believes he will “straighten out” the country after he survived an assassination attempt in July at a campaign rally in Pennsylvania.

“I think you think like, if you believe in God, you believe in God more. And somebody said like, why? And I’d like to think that God thinks that I’m going to straighten out our country,” Trump told Mark Levin on Life, Liberty & Levin after the host asked him if the shooting on 13 July had strengthened his belief in the almighty.

In recent months the former US president and current Republican presidential candidate has increasingly sought to mobilise his religious base and some of its most extreme elements – such as Christian nationalists – as he seeks to get re-elected to the White House.

I wonder how many Guardian staffers lost their lunch?

TDS afflicted Mark Cuban burned by own poll

Mark Cuban sends poll to parents asking if Trump or Kamala is a better role model for their kids – and is shocked by the result

Mark Cuban was curious whether his followers on X think that Donald Trump or Kamala Harris is a better role model for children.

Despite the billionaire’s vocal opposition to Trump over the years, the former president overwhelmingly won the informal social media poll.

‘Who’s persona and character would you like to see young children grow up to have,’ Cuban posed to his 8.8 million followers with the options being the 2024 Republican and Democratic candidates.

Trump assassination investigation: Congress doesn’t need the FBI

Two things are becoming abundantly clear regarding the “investigation” into the attempted assassination of former president Donald Trump. First, nobody trusts the FBI. Secondly, everybody is complaining that the FBI is stonewalling and withholding information about the alleged shooter, and therefore, the entire sordid event is quickly turning into a Kennedy assassination–like conspiracy. In other words, nobody trusts the FBI.

Incompetence or Malice? – Who ordered the hit on Donald Trump?

Who ordered the assassination of Donald Trump?

The Secret Service has found its scapegoats. Fox News reported Thursday that “at least five members of the U.S. Secret Service (USSS) have been placed on administrative leave following the July 13 assassination attempt against former President Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania.” This means that “the five are still employed,” drawing your hard-earned money, “but are teleworking and are no longer allowed in the field. They cannot do any investigative work.” That’s good, but it’s not even close to being enough.

FBI identifies no motive or foreign links in Trump assassination attempt

The FBI has still not determined what motivated a gunman to try to assassinate former president Donald Trump at a July campaign rally in Pennsylvania, officials with the federal law enforcement agency said on a call with reporters Wednesday.

Federal officials sifted through five years worth of online activity for 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks and said they found no credible evidence that a foreign entity directed him to carry out the attack. Nor did they find credible material indicating that he worked with a co-conspirator.

Next they’ll claim Trump shot himself.

“RFK, Jr. Murders Whale with Chainsaw!”

The alliance between Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and Donald Trump is many things. But first it’s an all-clear signal to a large class of less-than-fully brain-damaged Americans that it’s okay to quit being insane. As you know, this election is no longer a battle between the political Left and Right. It’s an epic struggle-session between the sane and the insane.

Why would-be Trump assassin Thomas Crooks remains an infuriating enigma weeks after shooting

Five weeks since the first attempted assassination of a current or former president in over 40 years, the public still has precious few answers about 20-year-old gunman Thomas Matthew Crooks.

Since his identity became known, the FBI and members of Congress have been trying to piece together a motive, scrutinizing every aspect of his life both online and off.

Even in his hometown of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, a quiet suburb of Pittsburgh, neighbors say the Crooks family was always an enigma — and continues to be.

You could ask the Deep State but I think they’re busy with Kamala.

Arizona sex offender who allegedly threatened to kill Trump arrested close to where former president was touring border

A sex offender who allegedly threatened to assassinate former President Donald Trump was busted in Arizona after a three-day manhunt — close to where the Republican presidential candidate had arrived to speak about the border crisis, according to authorities.

Robert Lee Syvrud, 66, was arrested during a traffic stop at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Cochise County — where Trump had arrived around noon as a guest of Sheriff Mark Dannels.
