‘No Way Joe Biden Has Not Been Briefed’: Former FBI Agent Claims White House Telling ‘Blatant Lie’

A former FBI agent blasted claims that President Joe Biden was not briefed on the Aug. 8 raid on Mar-a-Lago during a Fox News appearance early Monday morning.

“The soundbite you played there just a second ago from the White House is a blatant lie,” Jonathan Gilliam, who served on criminal and counterterrorism squads for the FBI according to his website, said on “Fox and Friends First.” “It is a blatant lie, and no way Joe Biden has not been briefed on this. In fact, if Joe Biden had not been briefed on this, considering one of the biggest things occurring right now that can affect this country in the near future, he is not a president. He is somebody sitting in a chair. So which one is it? Is he completely incompetent and someone else is doing his job, or are they lying to the American people?”

Using Familiar Leaks, the New York Times Frames the Case Against President Trump 4.0

State Dept use CNN. CIA/IC use Washington Post. DOJ/FBI use New York Times/Politico. These are the constants in an ever evolving, ever changing, yet always consistent narrative engineering roadmap.

The New York Times frames the newest version of the ‘case against Trump.’ This is technically update 4.0, from the original 2015/2016 targeting effort. Version 2.0 was Robert Mueller. Version 3.0 was the impeachment revision built upon 1.0 and 2.0.

In the latest update, 4.0 carries the same intent but a modified and expanded design.

The Rule of Law and a Vulnerable Former President

If by rule of law we mean a principle of governance in which legal standards are clear, are duly enforced by public officials, and are validated and maintained by an impartial and timely judicial system, leading to public trust in fair legal consistency and public order, then we can say that today the rule of law no longer applies, or applies only selectively, in a constitutional republic like the U.S. or a parliamentary democracy like Canada.

Trump’s Attorney Demands To Know Why Judge Who Signed Warrant Recused Himself From Clinton Lawsuit

One of the personal attorneys for former President Donald Trump is demanding to know why the judge who signed the warrant to search his private house had recused himself from a lawsuit against 2016 Democrat Presidential Nominee Hillary Clinton.

The attorney, Alina Habba, said that this judge recused himself from the former president’s lawsuit against Clinton this year when she spoke to Fox News host Jesse Watters on Friday, The Daily Mail reported.

“They needed a little drama, so they throw this out there. They go to the judge that had recused himself in my Hillary case a month ago,” she said.

“I would like to know why he recused himself in that case, but then he was able to sign this warrant. I want to know that,” she said.

WAPO columnist Hyperventilates: ‘The horror of people willing to die for Donald Trump’

On Thursday afternoon, a man whom authorities have identified as Ricky Shiffer was shot and killed in a stand-off with police officers after he allegedly tried to break into a FBI office in Cincinnati. Reports suggest that he may have been motivated by a strong devotion to former president Donald Trump and by anger at the FBI’s search of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort.

People are willing to die for their nation, not Trump. Trump was making it possible to feel proud of America again and that’s where the loyalty begins and ends.

No one is willing to die for Biden and few regard him as fit for the job.

The US armed forces are short on recruitment goals by a long shot under Biden’s woeful tenure.

Where is the FBI’s Rubicon?

After the Mar-a-Lago raid, when will the public stop standing for this?

Everyone knows that in January 49 BC Julius Caesar, about to lead part of his army across the Rubicon river, said “Alea iacta est,” “the die is cast.” Except that, according to Plutarch, what he really said was “Ἀνερρίφθω κύβος,” “let the die be cast,” and he did not so much say it as quote it, since the already-proverbial line came from the Greek playwright Menander. Anyway, in bringing an army across the stream that separated cis-Alpine Gaul from Italy proper, Caesar had committed treason. In crossing the Rubicon he had crossed a line, sparking the civil war that engulfed Rome and formalized the end of the Republic that had, as Caesar himself noted, been dead in all-but-name-only for decades.

FBI ‘recovered 11 sets of classified documents from Mar-a-Lago’ but Trump insists he ‘declassified’ all files – and agents ‘didn’t need to seize anything’

The FBI recovered 11 sets of classified documents from Mar-a-Lago during their raid on Monday, according to a report released Friday, but former President Trump insisted that everything was ‘declassified’ and agents ‘didn’t need to seize anything.

Some of the documents were marked ‘top secret’ and are meant to be kept in specialized government facilities, the Wall Street Journal reported after seeing a copy of the search inventory.

Agents recovered 20 boxes in total from the Florida estate, according to the report, with the rest including handwritten notes, photo binders, the grant of clemency of Roger Stone and a file with ‘information on the President of France’.

FBI’s Mar-a-Lago raid about nailing Trump for Jan. 6 riot, intel community veterans say

The FBI’s raid of former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence was aimed at finding evidence related to the ongoing probe of the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol, which Democrats want to blame on Mr. Trump ahead of the midterms in November and the 2024 presidential election.

That’s the viewpoint of former intelligence and federal law enforcement officials who say they aren’t buying the claims of anonymous Justice Department sources that the 30 FBI agents who scoured the Trump residence, including Melania Trump’s clothes closet, were merely seeking boxes of classified documents that should have been turned over to the National Archives when Mr. Trump left office under the Presidential Records Act.

Armed man shot dead after trying to ‘breach’ Ohio FBI office

An armed man clad in body armour was killed after he tried to “breach” an FBI building in Ohio, officials say.

The suspect fled the scene in Cincinnati and was shot by police after an hours-long standoff in a rural area.

Law enforcement officials told US media they are examining whether the man – whom outlets named as Ricky Shiffer, 42 – had any ties to far-right groups.

The head of the FBI said violence and threats against the agency “should be deeply concerning to all Americans”.

The STASI like behavior of the FBI “should be deeply concerning to all Americans”.
