‘We don’t trust you anymore’: Moment group of 70 Russian wives march to frontline in the cold to find their partners and demand their commanders send them home

This is the emotional moment wives of mobilised Russian men – who ‘hid under corpses to survive’ – travelled close to the frontline to find their retreating husbands and demand commanders return them home from Putin’s war hell.

Up to 70 women had set off on foot from Belgorod to occupied Luhansk region in search of their spouses following a ‘massacre’ blamed on inept senior officers.

Some of the wives reached the men – who have pulled back from the frontline – and confronted commanders who have so far refused to permit them to leave the war zone.

‘Putin kaput, glory to Ukraine!’ Inside Kherson as it celebrates liberation

Crowds of euphoric residents lined the streets of Kherson today waving yellow and blue Ukrainian flags in greeting as their troops rolled into the city after eight months of brutal Russian occupation.

“Glory to the Ukrainian armed forces! Glory to Ukraine!” they chanted. A cardboard sign taped to a lamppost in Freedom Square read: “Putin kaput!”

Germans are dancing to stay warm this winter … Just four years after laughing at Trump

The world’s eyes have been on America this week, thanks to the midterms. Cockburn, however has been gazing across the Atlantic with amusement. A new dance class is being offered in Germany called “Let’s Move — Tanzt Euch Warm,” or “dance yourselves warm,” to combat rising energy costs as the temperature falls.

Ukraine war: Russians kept in the dark by internet search

In many places, searching the web is a gateway to a wider world of information, but in Russia, it is part of a system that helps trap people in an alternative reality.

Shortly after 20 people were killed in a Russian missile attack on the Ukrainian city of Kremenchuk in June, Lev Gershenzon – a former manager at Russian tech company Yandex – typed the city’s name into its search engine to find out more.

The results he got back shocked him.

A Cold Winter for Europe: Blame Strategic Blindness

The story goes back to early 2000’s when German’s then Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder decided to develop strategic relations between Berlin and Moscow. He went so far as to offer partnership to Russia in EADS, a multinational European defense and aerospace powerhouse. In November 2004, Schroeder called Russian President Vladimir Putin a “flawless democrat.” Unsurprisingly, in 2004, Schroeder hailed Turkey’s Islamist autocrat, then prime minister (now president) Recep Tayyip Erdoğan as a “great reformer.”

Mittel-kaput? German industry stares into the abyss

Facing a prolonged energy crisis, many German firms face the unpleasant option of either shutting down or relocating elsewhere.

FRANKFURT — Is this the beginning of the end for German industry?

Europe’s manufacturing powerhouse is set to scrape by this winter thanks to gas reserves built up over the last eight months, avoiding an energy blackout.

But a darker scenario lurks just over the horizon, as high energy prices and lower gas reserves could conspire to trigger a wave of shutdowns among mid-sized companies unable to weather the storm as larger firms with deeper pockets seek safer economic ground in other countries.

How Russia could use electromagnetic pulse weapon to cripple Ukraine

Russian Spetsnaz forces in Ukraine are equipped with a weapon that allows them to knock out all electronic devices within an area of six miles or more, experts believe, and they may be ready to use it as frustration mounts over a series of battlefield defeats.

An electromagnetic pulse (EMP) strike would disable Ukraine’s civilian infrastructure and deal a hammer blow to its ability to defend itself, experts say.

War in Ukraine is ‘Not in the Interests of European Countries’ – French General

The ongoing war in Ukraine is “not in the interest” of Europe, a French General has claimed, saying that the continent has aligned itself too much with American interests on the issue.

General Pierre de Villiers, who formerly served as the Chief of Staff of the French Armed Forces, argued on Wednesday that European nations should be pushing for a de-escalation of the war in Ukraine, saying that the continued conflict is not in the interests of Europe.

The quiet part is being said out loud more and more. God forbid it is proven that the US had a hand in destroying the NordStream pipelines.

U.S. races to shore up European support for Ukraine strategy

U.S. officials are increasingly worried about keeping their allies on board with Washington’s approach to countering Russia in Ukraine as economic pressures grow across Europe.

American officials based in Europe are issuing internal warnings to Washington colleagues that some countries with populations that support Russia are growing angry over sanctions and blame the U.S. for rising costs. That sentiment could put pressure on European leaders to pull back support for the sanctions, officials said in internal reports circulated throughout the administration in recent days and viewed by POLITICO.

The NordStream pipeline sabotage seems more like a hostage taking everyday.

Ukraine war: US estimates 200,000 military casualties on all sides

The most senior US general estimates that around 100,000 Russian and 100,000 Ukrainian soldiers have been killed or injured in the war in Ukraine.

Gen Mark Milley, chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, also suggested that around 40,000 civilians had died after being caught up in the conflict.

The estimates are the highest offered yet by a Western official.

He also said that signs Kyiv was willing to re-enter talks with Moscow offered “a window” for negotiations.

World War WEF: Ending war in Ukraine necessary to tackle climate crisis, Zelenskiy says

The Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelenskiy, has told world leaders they will not be able to tackle the climate crisis unless Russia’s invasion of his country ends.

“There can be no effective climate policy without the peace,” he said in a video address at the Cop27 UN climate summit in Egypt on Tuesday. “The Russian war has brought about an energy crisis that has forced dozens of countries to resume coal-fired power generation in order to lower energy prices for their people, to lower prices that are shockingly rising due to deliberate Russian actions.”

Victory will make us Green! This nonsense will cost Ukraine allies. Isn’t Trudeau on record saying the war is the best reason for implementing the green-scam?

Meanwhile in the UK – Sunak Says Ukraine War an Excuse to Push Green Agenda Even Harder

Despite the ongoing energy and cost of living crises facing Europe, UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has argued the Ukraine War is an excuse to accelerate his green agenda, rather than backtrack and concentrate on keeping the lights on this winter.

Speaking to the global COP27 climate summit in Egypt, Prime Minister Rishi Sunak rejected suggestions that ongoing economic, security and social problems in Europe to do with the Ukraine War warrant a rethink of his hardline climate ideology, instead saying that the chaos justifies a further acceleration of green agenda efforts instead.

You have to remember that no one elected this clown.

This is officially a WEF war now.

Germany remains chummy with China. I wonder if this is because they know their NATO allies blew up the NordStream pipelines?
