Migrant hotel protests LIVE: Protestors chant ‘Keir Starmer is a w*****’ as tensions erupt

Tensions are high across the UK today with demonstrations outside migrant hotels planned for multiple locations, with tensions flaring in Nuneaton as anti-racism protesters incurred the wrath of passing locals, with chants of “Keir Starmer’s a w*****”. Other demonstrations are underway in places including Bristol and Newark, after similar protests on Friday night. Last night, Express.co.uk’s Lotti O’Brien was on the spot outside the Britannia Hotel in London, where police arrested two people, one anti-asylum protester for allegedly throwing a bottle, and one a pro-migrant demonstrator for refusing to remove a facemask. Large crowds also gathered outside other hotels in locations including Epping, Leeds, Portsmouth and Rugby.

Canadians with an X gender marker will now have to select male or female on Nexus travel cards after Trump order

Canadians renewing their Nexus travel cards or applying for new ones to make it easier to cross the border to the U.S. must now say if they are male or female, even if they are transgender or non-binary.

The change follows U.S. President Donald Trump’s executive order that says the American government will now only recognize the male and female sex. U.S. passports and other identity documents are no longer issued with an X gender marker.

Good idea from the Trump admin, pity our PM consorts with crossdressers.

Trump Strikes a Blow Against “Woke AI”

The president has signed an executive order that will shape the future of artificial intelligence.

This week, President Donald Trump signed an executive order that effectively instructs his administration to refrain from purchasing “woke AI.” The order, issued just as artificial intelligence seems poised to dominate the technological future, creates powerful incentives for developers to produce unbiased AI models that serve the American interest.

I had an inside view of the order’s development and worked with administration officials, including AI czar David Sacks, to define the problem of artificial intelligence getting skewed ideologically. Since the 2020 George Floyd riots, the public has become familiar with the process of ideological capture: “woke” concepts, such as critical race theory, transgenderism, and DEI, proliferate within an institution, then degrade it. Trump and his administration understood these dynamics and prepared a suite of executive orders for the beginning of his term that eliminated Washington’s DEI bureaucracy and defunded government contracts that promote woke ideologies.

The voices in the cockpit fuelling controversy over Air India crash

When the preliminary report into the crash of Air India Flight 171 – which killed 260 people in June – was released, many hoped it would bring some measure of closure.

Instead, the 15-page report further stoked speculation. For, despite the measured tone of the report, one detail continues to haunt investigators, aviation analysts and the public alike.

Seconds after take-off, both fuel-control switches on the 12-year-old Boeing 787 abruptly moved to “cut-off”, cutting fuel to the engines and causing total power loss – a step normally done only after landing.

CBS, NPR CEO Team Up To Mourn ‘Tremendous Tragedy’ After Senate Defunds

Truth is not necessary

After the Senate passed President Trump’s rescission package early Thursday morning that, among other things, clawed back federal funding for PBS and NPR, CBS Mornings teed up an interview it did with NPR CEO Katherine Maher, who claimed the move “would be a tremendous tragedy.”

They live in the same bubble the CBC inhabits championing marginal viewpoints as mainstream.

JD Vance Artfully Connects Trump’s Immigration Policies to America’s Founding Vision

‘You cannot swap 10 million people from anywhere in the world and expect America to remain unchanged.’

Vice President JD Vance gave a speech last Saturday in which he tied together the Trump administration’s immigration policies to the core of American citizenship as envisioned in the country’s founding. Vance argued, “President Trump’s immigration policies are, I believe, the most important part of his successful first six months in the Oval Office.”

Vance addressed the topic of statesmanship and the meaning of American citizenship in the 21st century, emphasizing how principles of immigration policy are pivotal to understanding citizenship and national sovereignty.

The smartest AI researchers and engineers have spent the past few months getting hit up by one of the richest men in the world.

Mark Zuckerberg is spending his days firing off emails and WhatsApp messages to the sharpest minds in artificial intelligence in a frenzied effort to play catch-up. He has personally reached out to hundreds of researchers, scientists, infrastructure engineers, product stars and entrepreneurs to try to get them to join a new Superintelligence lab he’s putting together.

Some of the people who have received the messages were so surprised they didn’t believe it was really Zuckerberg. One person assumed it was a hoax and didn’t respond for several days.

Judges advised to reject rape defendants’ chosen pronouns

Wall of Transgender Heroines

Judges will no longer have to refer to criminal defendants by the gender of their choice in an update after the Supreme Court’s transgender ruling.

The revised guidance abandons self-identification language and reaffirms the binary definition of sex to state that the legal definition of a woman means biological female rather than sex attained by the acquisition of a gender recognition certificate (GRC).

It says that non-binary status has no legal footing and sets out that courts may refuse contested pronouns.

Inside Operation Midnight Hammer: US dropped 14 bunker-buster bombs on Iran’s nuclear sites in biggest ever B-2 raid

The US strike on Iranian nuclear sites — dubbed “Operation Midnight Hammer” — was the biggest ever attack by B-2 Spirit stealth bombers, and the longest flight the aircraft have made since 2001.

It also marked the first time that the US used the massive, 15-ton GBU-57 bunker buster bombs in combat, dropping 14 of them on Iran’s nuclear enrichment sites.

The highly coordinated strike took Tehran by utter surprise Saturday night, with the terrorist state not launching any attacks at incoming American military personnel, according to Chief of the Joint Staff Gen. Dan Caine.

ABC News: Musk Killed 300,000 Kids, Knows How Trump Stole Election

You would think that an ABC News program like The View would have some sort of journalistic standard they needed to meet, but that clearly wasn’t the case during Wednesday’s episode. In their opening segment flinging crud at Elon Musk, co-host Sunny Hostin claimed he had killed nearly 300,000 children and co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar hinted that he knew how President Trump stole the 2024 presidential election.
