Americans’ optimism about country’s direction over next year drops nearly 20 points since May: POLL

As President Joe Biden completed 100 days in office, the country was optimistic about the coming year, but now, just after hitting the six-month mark, Americans’ optimism about the direction of the country has plummeted nearly 20 points, a new ABC News/Ipsos poll finds.

Prepping for President Harris.

Illegal aliens are bringing in things worse than COVID

At the beginning of June, we brought news to you about the 3,166% increase in the number of sex offenders caught on America’s southern border. Keep in mind that the more than three-thousand percent increase represented just those illegal aliens the border patrol was able to catch as hundreds of thousands of people from around the world have been pouring into America since Biden blatantly broke American law and opened the border. North Carolina is one of the states that posts people’s immigration status as part of reporting arrests, and July has been another impressive month.

Biden Needs a Long Spoon in Vienna

To talk or not to talk? For Joe Biden’s administration in Washington this is the question with regard to “frozen” negotiations with Iran over its so-called “nuclear ambitions”. Initially, Biden appeared keen to team-roll the process so that he could revive what his former boss Barack Obama still presents as his greatest foreign policy achievement, thus loosening the lasso that Donald Trump has tightened around the mullahs in Tehran.

On the way to the forum, however, two things happened.

Why We Should Not Heed Ilhan Omar’s Call for a Special Envoy to Fight ‘Islamophobia’

Never mind that the very term “Islamophobia” is used to silence all legitimate criticism of Islam. Such criticism is said to be based on an “irrational hatred” (a phobia) of Islam and of Muslims, but many of us believe that anyone who studies both the text of the Qur’an, and the observable behavior of Muslims toward non-Muslims both now, and during the past 1400 years, has good grounds for alarm about the Muslims in our midst.

Iranian Regime Empowered: Violating US Sovereignty, Kidnapping on American Soil

Why is the Biden administration continuing to negotiate with the mullahs of Iran to revive the nuclear deal and lift sanctions placed against them — an act that would hugely strengthen their regime — after the country, during nuclear talks, was caught plotting to kidnap a US citizen in Brooklyn, New York?

IMHO the Biden admin is proceeding with Obama’s and the State Department’s plan to disengage from the Middle East.

Biden Frees Al Qaeda Commander Who Blew Up Buddhas … And expressed support for killing Jews.

Not “One” with Buddha.

When the Taliban and its Al Qaeda allies blew up two giant Buddha statues in Afghanistan,it put the Jihadist alliance on the world’s radar even before the September 11 attacks.

The destruction of the statues was widely condemned by just about everyone. Even Democrats.

Now, Joe Biden has decided to free an Al Qaeda commander who helped bomb the statues.

About 100 CIA officers and family have been sickened by Havana syndrome

About 100 CIA officers and family members are among about 200 US officials and kin sickened by “Havana syndrome”, the CIA director, William Burns, said on Thursday, referring to the mysterious set of ailments that include migraines and dizziness.

Burns, tapped by Joe Biden as the first career diplomat to serve as CIA chief, said in a National Public Radio interview that he had bolstered his agency’s efforts to determine the cause of the syndrome and what is responsible.

Feds detail alleged Chinese cyberattacks on American pipelines starting in 2011

The Biden administration has revealed new details of Chinese cyberattacks on American critical infrastructure starting nearly a decade ago, amid an ongoing effort to expose what the U.S. and its allies say is the extent of China’s malicious cyber actions aimed at the U.S. and other foreign targets.

China-sponsored attackers targeted U.S. oil and gas companies from December 2011 to 2013 in order to develop the cyberattack capabilities needed to disrupt and damage U.S. pipeline operations, according to an alert issued Tuesday from FBI and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. The federal government said it previously informed victims and others of the cyberattacks in 2012 but had not made public the full details until this week.

Twilight of the Free Press, Thanks to the Left

The fascistic impulse is very strong with these people.

When Jen “Circleback Girl” Psaki announced, to the astonishment of half the country, that the White House was going to flag social media posts for deletion based on whether or not those posts fit the official COVID narrative, on its face the statement was objectionable enough.

One can conjure countless scenarios of Sarah Sanders or Kayleigh McEnany doing the same thing, and the country erupting in outrage. They never did, and still their critics on the left called the Trump administration “authoritarian.”

Arabs Warn Biden: The War on Terrorism is not Over

As the United States prepares to complete its withdrawal from Afghanistan by August 31, 2021, a growing number of Arabs are worried that the American move will not only bring the Taliban back to power there, but also lead to the re-emergence of other Islamist terrorist groups such as Al-Qaeda and Islamic State (ISIS).

The Arabs are saying that the Americans are mistaken if they think that the war on terrorism will end with the withdrawal of the US troops from Afghanistan.

They are warning the US that it will pay a heavy price for allowing Afghanistan to fall into the hands of terrorist groups. They are also saying that they see no difference between the Taliban, Al-Qaeda and ISIS, and how these groups openly cooperate with each other.

A weekend in America: Shootings in Washington spotlight growing problem

Families supporting the local team. A woman waiting for her ride. A six-year-old girl playing outside. In one weekend, a series of shootings affected all of these Washington DC residents – and shocked a city all too familiar with the plague of gun violence.

It was the sixth inning. The Nationals Park baseball stadium, just south of Capitol Hill, was packed with thousands of fans spending their Saturday night watching the Washington Nationals play the San Diego Padres.

That was when the shots rang out. Cries of “shooter” rapidly spread through the crowd. Where had the attack come from? Was a gunman inside?

House bill allocates $40 million for federal ‘Red Flag’ gun confiscation program

Biden had announced the concept of the red flag rule in April and directed the Department of Justice to publish a model rule within 60 days. At the time, Biden called on Congress to pass “an appropriate national ‘red flag’ law,” but said the White House will move forward with gun control policy “whether Congress acts or not.”
