WEF reframes ‘eat the bugs’ as new ‘nature economy’ investment project

Behind the push for widespread consumption of insects and fake meat is the narrative that animal protein is harmful to both people and the planet.

The agenda to eat the bugs is alive and well with the World Economic Forum (WEF) in a recently released report on “50 Investible Opportunities for a New Nature Economy.”

Published in collaboration with Oliver Wyman, the latest WEF insight report promotes the idea that opportunities in the “new nature economy” – which they say has a $10.1 trillion business value – are “ripe for banks, investors, and insurers to support with capital.”

Hour of the Opponents in Davos

Wednesday was the day of the opponents at the annual World Economic Forum gathering in Davos. Donald Trump and Argentina’s Javier Milei tore apart the WEF agenda. One declared globalism as officially failed, the other wielded an intellectual-ethical scalpel through the decayed body of the establishment.

Norwegian Børge Brende has been the chairman of the World Economic Forum since last year. He took over after a heated internal personnel debate from the WEF’s founder, Klaus Schwab, who for decades dominated the agenda of this shadowy institution for political will-shaping.

Probe of Davos Founder Klaus Schwab Finds Unauthorized Spending, Inappropriate Behavior

Klaus Schwab Anti-Christ Assistant

An internal probe at the World Economic Forum found that its founder Klaus Schwab engaged in a pattern of workplace misconduct over the past decade, including unauthorized spending by him and his wife, bullying behavior and inappropriate treatment of female staffers.

The probe, which the Forum’s board launched this April in response to a whistleblower complaint, found evidence that Schwab made comments to a female employee that were suggestive and potentially inappropriate. “Do you feel that I am thinking of you,” Schwab wrote in one late-night June 2020 email to a senior female executive.

The World Economic Forum and the ‘Volk’ movement

JUST recently, TCW published an excellent essay by Niall McCrae (‘Politicians’ contempt for the common man goes back to the Sixties’) It started:

‘The first half of the Sixties was just before my time, and it is fascinating to see that, while the country has changed dramatically since, the attitude of our ruling class is fundamentally the same. I would summarise it as deceitful paternalism: pretending that policies were for the benefit of the people, when they were merely window-dressing for ulterior motives.’

The Unraveling of the King of Davos

Sleazy is too kind. Every bit as slimy as we imagined.

For decades, Klaus Schwab ruled over Davos like royalty. That reign ended when he hit “send” on an email to World Economic Forum trustees on a recent Friday afternoon.

Schwab was seemingly headed for a graceful exit from the organization he founded more than a half-century ago, after a 2024 investigation by The Wall Street Journal exposed evidence of a toxic culture at the Forum for women and Black employees. But by Friday, April 18, the trustees’ audit committee recommended opening a probe into a new wave of whistleblower allegations against Schwab and his wife, Hilde.

Incensed, Klaus Schwab fired off a two-paragraph message to the board’s audit committee, threatening trustees with an investigation into how they were carrying out their duties and accusing them of risking the future of the organization.

Klaus Schwab: the last Davos Man

The high priest of globalism’s resignation confirms the death of the old order.

On Easter Monday, World Economic Forum (WEF) founder Klaus Schwab resigned as chair of its board of trustees. He stepped down amid swirling internal allegations that he misused funds and manipulated the WEF’s research to curry favour with governments. We don’t yet know if these charges are true, but manipulation certainly goes with the territory of the WEF. Indeed, manipulating the media and political culture to embrace the outlook of the global elites has always been one of its central aims.

‘Smart Cities’ for a Supposedly Stupid People

Has the West Dodged the World Economic Forum’s Totalitarian Global Control?

Once upon a time, long before the Covid-19 lockdowns, the West pretended to be concerned about things such as freedom, the right to privacy, and the dangers of surveillance and data harvesting from its citizens. China’s surveillance police state was, at least publicly, mostly described as an abomination that threatened human rights — not an example to emulate.

Sadly, that no longer seems to be the case. For years, in the name of environmental sustainability, energy efficiency, safety and convenience, the United Nations and the World Economic Forum (WEF), led by Klaus Schwab, have been promoting global surveillance in the form of so-called “smart cities.” In China, already by 2018, there were more than 500 smart cities in place.

Carney, Trudeau found to be heavily linked to Beijing, WEF in new expose

Canada-China investigative journalist for The Bureau Sam Cooper has uncovered evidence Liberal leadership candidate Mark Carney is influenced by an “elite network” of foreign entities.

Carney is the frontrunner of the leadership race, and is an apparent sweetheart of the Liberal party, including government-funded state media, the CBC. If he wins the March 9 vote, he will replace Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and waltz into the Prime Minister’s Office — despite never being elected as a politician in any capacity

Secret depravity of the Davos global elite: More sex parties than ever, NDAs for prostitutes, transsexual women…

The forum, which started on Monday, has welcomed more than 3,000 business and political leaders to the Swiss Alps.

But not just the global elite has flocked to the town, as escorts are more in demand than ever among those attending the event.
