Lawsuit filed against US State Dept for allegedly concealing info on ‘abusive’ anal-swab testing of American diplomats in China

“I think you’re liking this too much Mr. President”

A nonprofit organization in the US has sued the State Department, claiming the Biden administration is unlawfully withholding records of American diplomats who allegedly have been subjected to anal swab Covid tests by Beijing.

Judicial Watch, a conservative non-partisan educational foundation, filed the lawsuit on Friday. Under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), the organization had previously requested the State Department to provide “non-identifying records of US diplomatic personnel being subjected to invasive COVID-19 ‘anal swab’ tests by the Chinese government.” However, no response has been provided within a legitimate time period.

Ford government wants to ‘refreeze funds’ of family accused in alleged $11M COVID-19 fraud

Premier Doug Ford’s Progressive Conservative government is headed to court to “refreeze funds” of the family linked to the alleged theft of $11 million in COVID-19 relief aid.

In documents filed with the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the province alleges “some or all of” Sanjay Madan, his spouse Shalini, their adult sons Chinmaya and Ujjawal, and associate Vidhan Singh perpetrated “a massive fraud” to funnel pandemic cash to numerous bank accounts at branches of TD, Bank of Montreal, Royal Bank of Canada, Tangerine, and India’s ICICI Bank.

Shalini and her sons have denied any wrongdoing and insist they are victims of “identity theft” because bank accounts were set up in their names without their knowledge.

It’s always somebody else’s fault: Sanjay Madan has blamed the Conservative government for failing “to implement sufficient safeguards in its software and hardware systems to prevent unauthorized transactions, detect unusual patterns, and avoid excessive losses.”

Wokeness vs. Air Conditioning

When tyranny surpasses progress.

In the United States of Woke, a futuristic dystopia where “progressives” run amok, the widespread use of air conditioning likely would be banned, even in the midst of summer’s oppressive heat and humidity.

Why? Because air conditioning not only threatens Mother Earth. It represents racism and “white supremacy,” which means it contradicts social, economic and environmental justice.

Pentagon is using artificial intelligence to predict the future and give it ‘days of advanced warning’ on attacks on sensitive sites

The Pentagon is stealing a page from Minority Report with an experimental artificial-intelligence program that can look ‘days in advance’ and predict possible attacks on vulnerable locations.

The Global Information Dominance Experiments, or GIDE, use machine learning to sift through vast amounts of data to notice tiny changes that humans might miss – such as the number of cars increasing or decreasing in a parking lot – which might indicate an evolving threat.

The program can then alert human agents who can take a closer look at the location.

Racism row at the Vegan Society: Five trustees quit over claim veganism is ‘cultural appropriation’ because it was founded by white man but uses foods and traditions from Africa and Asia

Five trustees quit the Vegan Society last month amid allegations of institutional racism and transphobia sparked by a bitter row over whether the word ‘veganism’ was ‘cultural appropriation’.

Last summer the society, which was established nearly eight decades ago, commissioned Ijeoma Omambala QC to investigate claims that the then vice chair, Eshe Kiama Zuri, had posted racist comments online.

Her report, which was published in June, found that Zuri had written two ‘unprofessional and inappropriate’ comments about the society, but that neither was racist.

Rantz: 7-year-old’s lemonade stand shuttered while nearby encampment remains

A park ranger shut down a 7-year-old girl’s lemonade stand in Everett. Yet, the city refuses to clear the nearby homeless encampments that neighbors have been complaining about.

It’s become a tradition for Elsa LaMaine to operate her lemonade stand at Rucker Hill Park. She even gives a portion of her profits to local nonprofit Everett Gospel Mission. So it was disappointing when a ranger came by to shutter her business and stomp on her entrepreneurial spirit.
