Twitter has suspended U.S. President Donald Trump’s Twitter account for 12 hours after he posted “repeated and severe violations of [their] Civic Integrity policy.”
Trump had three tweets removed on Wednesday afternoon, including a video message posted as his supporters stormed the U.S. Capitol.
In the pre-taped video, Trump told supporters the election was stolen from them but also asked them to go home.

From rescue missions and taming lines to flying like a helicopter, lighting barbecues and stealing ice-cream from unsuspecting kids, there is indeed ‘almost nothing he can’t do with it’, as is explained in the show’s theme song.
A would-be porch pirate ran into some trouble when he was caught in the act, then got caught in a snowbank while trying to flee the scene. All while being heckled by the person he was allegedly trying to rob.

LONDON (AP) — A British judge on Monday rejected the United States’ request to extradite WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange to face espionage charges, saying he was likely to kill himself if held under harsh U.S. prison conditions.
In a mixed ruling for Assange and his supporters, District Judge Vanessa Baraitser rejected defense arguments that the 49-year-old Australian faces a politically motivated American prosecution that rides roughshod over free-speech protections. But she said Assange’s precarious mental health would likely deteriorate further under the conditions of “near total isolation” he would face in a U.S. prison.
“I find that the mental condition of Mr. Assange is such that it would be oppressive to extradite him to the United States of America,” the judge said.

Civil-rights activists marched on a Los Angeles police station over the weekend calling for the arrest of “Soho Karen,” the woman who falsely accused a black teen of stealing her cell phone in Manhattan last month.
The protesters assembled outside the LAPD’s North Hollywood Police Station on Saturday demanding the arrest of Miya Ponsetto, who has been laying low in California since the Dec. 26 incident, according to New York’s ABC-7.
