Canada could be barred from a future peacekeeping mission in Ukraine, expert says

OTTAWA — Canada may have difficulty taking part in a peacekeeping mission in Ukraine after a future ceasefire because it has clearly taken a side in the conflict, an international affairs expert suggests.

During a visit to Kyiv on the third anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion on Monday, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau did not rule out deploying Canadian troops to the region as part of a possible peace deal.

But that decision isn’t entirely up to Canada.

Cocaine found in White House could be Joe Biden’s, Trump says

An investigation into cocaine found in the White House is set to be reopened after President Trump repeated claims that it belonged to Joe Biden or his son, Hunter.

A small bag with a gram of white powder later determined to be cocaine was discovered in July of 2023 in a storage shelf near a public entrance to the West Wing that is commonly used for tours, prompting evacuations at the presidential home.

So, That’s Why We Know So Little About Trump’s Assassin

The observation was well-warranted: We know more about Luigi Mangione, the alleged UnitedHealthcare CEO killer, than we do about Thomas Matthew Crooks, who tried to assassinate President Donald J. Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania, last July. Crooks was shot and killed during the attempt, but not after a slew of security breaches and all-around ineptitude from the Secret Service was exposed.

‘I’ve lost 4,500 sheep to thieves on Dartmoor’

Is that Doggo on the take? Or is this Allah’s will?

“It’s beginning to feel like the Wild West up here when it comes to sheep crime – it’s soul-destroying,” says farmer Colin Abel, scanning his flock high up on west Dartmoor farmland.

This winter – like most years – Mr Abel is missing more than 400 ewes.

He says in the last decade he has lost nearly £500,000 worth of livestock to sheep rustling, which is pushing some farmers to the brink of quitting or bringing their flocks off the moors.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s Liberals in February 2025 updated the program first rolled out by Stephen Harper’s Conservatives in 2011. Since then, the Canadian government has partnered with more than 60 organizations and brought in more than 330 gay refugees.

Sarah Jama loses seat after she was ejected from Ontario NDP over anti-Israel views

Checks all boxes, Black, female, disabled, hates Jews

For Sarah Jama, the incumbent independent MPP for Hamilton Centre, the night was over within minutes.

The onetime NDP member, expelled from caucus for airbrushing the October 7 atrocities, came a distant fourth, with less than 5,000 votes, by the time the seat was called for the NDP’s Robin Lennox, an assistant clinical professor of family medicine at nearby McMaster University.

Too toxic for the NDP?

Even After LA Mayor Terminated Top Fire Lesbian, City Still Places DEI Above Competence

Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass fired Los Angeles Fire Chief Kristin Crowley — one of the city’s “top fire lesbians” who pushed DEI across the department — Feb. 21, citing “public safety” and blaming her for the disastrous response to the massive Palisades and Eaton fires that consumed parts of the city last month.

But the city’s priorities are still misplaced, according to documents a whistleblower provided to The Federalist. LAFD EMTs are required to take training to meet the requirements for renewing certification, some of which still advances radical gender ideology. And Crowley is still with the department, just in a lower rank. So perhaps Bass’ lip service to “public safety” is less about accountability for the deadly fires, and more about escaping it.

‘The guy was not born in this country, who was born under apartheid in South Africa,’ she said, later calling Musk a ‘foreigner’ and ‘a foreign agent.’

White House official threatens to redraw Canadian border

Peter Navarro is pushing negotiators to discuss reworking country’s boundaries, The Telegraph can reveal

A top White House official has threatened to redraw the Canadian border amid Donald Trump’s ambition to turn the country in America’s “51st state”.

Peter Navarro, one of Donald Trump’s closest advisers, is pushing US negotiators to discuss reworking the border with their Canadian counterparts, The Telegraph can reveal.

“Navarro recommended revising the Canada-US border, which is just crazy and dangerous,” a source close to negotiations told The Telegraph.

Grain of salt time … The article propagates the ‘Kick Canada Out Of 5 Eyes’ rumour, also attributed to “unnamed sources.”
