Did someone order a side of Hezbollah with their Hamas?

Ottawa under pressure to give more Lebanese a safe haven in Canada

Ottawa is facing calls to expand a temporary immigration program that gives people who have managed to escape Lebanon a safe haven in Canada, with MPs and immigration experts saying the measures are too limited and leave relatives of Canadians in peril.

Earlier this week, the federal government announced a program that will allow Lebanese nationals and their immediate families to extend their stay in Canada so they can avoid the fighting between Israel and Iranian-backed militant group Hezbollah that has escalated over the past five weeks.

No thanks, cancel that order.

Teen killed in Aurora police shooting ‘just a normal kid,’ acquaintance says

A 17-year-old boy killed in a police shooting in Aurora this week was “just a normal kid” who was kind and respectful to everyone, says a man who knew him as a volunteer at the local mosque.

The teen died in an “exchange of gunfire” with four York Regional Police (YRP) officers at about 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday, according to Ontario’s Special Investigations Unit (SIU).

Fellow Mohammedans say he was a lamp unto the world who died in an exchange of gunfire with police while found “breaking in” to his own home.

Do you know many upstanding teens who carry firearms?

Russell Brand: detectives ask prosecutors to consider bringing charges

Detectives investigating historical sex offence allegations against Russell Brand have passed a file of evidence to prosecutors.

Scotland Yard has asked the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) to consider bringing charges against the comedian and actor after a 13-month inquiry. The police action followed a Sunday Times and Times investigation into Brand’s treatment of women.

Detective Superintendent Andy Furphy, whose team is leading the inquiry at the Metropolitan Police, said: “Our investigation continues and a file has now been passed to the CPS. We have a team of dedicated officers providing specialist support to the women who have come forward. We are committed to investigating sexual offences, no matter how long ago they are alleged to have taken place.”

Global Threat: The Biden-Harris Administration Is Enabling Iran to Become the Next Nuclear State

One of the most alarming features of the Biden-Harris administration is its permissive stance towards Iran’s nuclear program. When this administration came into power, they promised that they would effectively address and curb Iran’s nuclear ambitions. Yet, nearly four years into Biden’s term, US Secretary of Stare Antony Blinken announced that Iran is “probably 1-2 weeks” away from having nuclear weapons — and that was in July.

Iran is now just a technical step away from acquiring a nuclear bomb, and these advances have been taking place while the Biden-Harris administration has done not a single thing to stop or even slow them.

The Craziest Talk Radio Scandal You’ve NEVER Heard About

Somewhere in the Tampa Bay area is a man named Brent H. I’d like to use his last name because he’s been a (quasi) public figure for a long time, and frankly, he deserves the recognition. But I probably shouldn’t: I think he left radio to pursue other interests, and I want to respect his decision.

But Brent H. has some jaw-dropping tales to tell, because he was a producer and on-air talent for two of the craziest, lewdest, most controversial shows in the history of talk-radio, “The Howard Stern Show” and “Bubba the Love Sponge.”
