Violence against men is practically never discussed.

However, the ratio of domestic assaults in men and women is one to one (unless otherwise stated, data is from Statistics Canada), but women are three times more likely to report domestic violence to police. Women are three times more likely to obtain a protection order after domestic violence. Men are three times more likely to say domestic violence did not affect them much.

Confederate flag at Hamas rally!

I’m not sure I understand the objection to the Taliban flag, it’s a Hamas support rally after all.

I suspect it was staged to show that really this is all about supporting the suffering Palestinian transgender kids and their Draq Queen parents!

CNN slams ‘fabricated, inaccurate’ video of correspondent Clarissa Ward taking cover in ditch on the Israel-Gaza border as rockets fire overhead after it went viral

CNN took aim at a ‘fabricated, inaccurate’ viral video claiming war correspondent Clarissa Ward staged taking cover in a ditch.

Ward was forced to duck for cover earlier this week as a barrage of rockets flew overhead while she reported from near the Israel-Gaza border.

While the journalist was praised by many for bravely reporting from the front lines, a fictitious video parodied the moment and alleged she was faking the danger in front of the cameras.

AOC Is Pro-Jihad and Doesn’t Know It

She never disappoints.

I admire Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s ability to wiggle. Not in any kind of sensual sense; I mean ideological wiggling, and her ideas are about as sensual as hitting your finger with a hammer. She moves from one borderline to another, from the United States’ to Israel’s, and, having the opportunity to choose between at least two sides, she always manages to lean toward the side of crime. But this time she has gone the extra mile, and I’m not just saying that because she has gone all the way to Israel but because her latest speech might even seem too radical — even to Mohammed Deif, the Hamas terrorist leader. After all, Deif said on Saturday that the day to “end the last occupation on Earth” had come, while AOC, in her apparent condemnation of last Saturday’s attack, managed to mention in the same sentence “Hamas’s horrifying attacks” and the “grave injustices and violence Palestinians face under occupation.”

CIA admits 1953 Iranian coup it backed was undemocratic

The CIA has for the first time acknowledged that the 1953 coup it backed in Iran that overthrew its prime minister and cemented the rule of Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi was undemocratic.

The admission came in a new podcast revealing details about one of the most famed CIA operations of all times – the effort to spirit six American diplomats out of Iran under the guise of a Hollywood movie production.

The CIA in 2013 admitted its role in the coup that brought down Iran’s then prime minister, Mohammad Mosaddeq, but until now has not publicly acknowledged that the move was undemocratic.

Better late than never I guess.

U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders to address NDP convention in pre-recorded video

HAMILTON – United States Sen. Bernie Sanders is throwing his support behind Canada’s New Democrats in a pre-recorded video the party aims to play at its policy convention on Friday.

The three-day convention opens in Hamilton, Ont. Friday bringing NDP members from across the country together in person for the first time in more than three years. Their last party gathering in 2021 was held virtually in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic.
