Denmark’s bank robbers count the cost of cashless society

Denmark has discovered an unexpected benefit of a cashless society after bank robberies in the Scandinavian country fell to zero.

Figures from Finans Danmark, an industry association, show the number of attacks has collapsed in recent years as the shift towards online transactions has led many Danish banks to abandon cash services in branches. While there were 221 bank robberies in 2000, the number of hold-ups in Denmark fell to 121 in 2004, before declining to one in 2021 and none last year.

The Church of England accelerates its drain-circling trajectory

Rev Bingo

The Bible is pretty darn clear: God created two human sexes, labeling them as male and female. “Male and female created He them” (Genesis 1:27). One would expect that a vicar of a Christian church grounded in Biblical scripture would accept God’s foundational creations, but Bingo Allison (yes, that’s his real name) knows better. The “gender-queer” vicar says that his epiphany came when he was reading Genesis, at which time he concluded that God intended sexual fluidity. No wonder Christianity is dying in England, even as Islam rises.

Lunatic Electric Vehicle Mandate Will Cost at Least $99 Billion: Environment Canada

A recently proposed federal mandate that would require all vehicles sold in Canada to be electric by the year 2035 will cost at least $99 billion, according to new government figures.

“The proposed amendments are expected to lead to a loss of consumer choice as the non-zero emission vehicles which are preferred by some will eventually be phased out of the light duty vehicle market,” wrote Environment Minister Steven Guilbeault’s department in a regulatory notice on Dec. 31, according to Blacklock’s Reporter.

These morons are making stupid decisions that will endanger your future.

Hoping for a break on your grocery bill next year? Don’t bank on it, new report suggests

Anyone hoping for a break on sky-high grocery bills should brace themselves for a shock in 2023, as the typical family’s food bill for the year is predicted to go up by more than $1,000.

That’s one of the main takeaways of the 2023 Food Price Report, an annual publication by Canadian researchers that looks at factors across the supply chain to attempt to predict what the cost of putting food on the table will be.

Rev Bingo Allison: Church of England’s first non-binary vicar says God ‘guided’ their identity

Rev Bingo

The Church of England’s first non-binary priest has said that God “guided” their epiphany regarding gender identity.

Rev Bingo Allison, 36, who is gender-queer, grew up in a “strongly religious” Christian household in West Yorkshire and was raised to believe that being gay was “sinful”.

It get’s worse… ‘It was difficult for my wife… she married what she thought was a straight guy’

One leftist has ideas to prevent Kirk Cameron-style events in her community

Kirk Cameron, the former teen idol who became a devout Evangelical Christian and the father of six children, wrote a children’s book grounded in traditional values tied to the Bible (kindness, responsibility, honesty, pro-life, etc.). When he approached libraries to do a reading (the same libraries that have hosted drag queen readings about “transing” kids), he got over 50 refusals. However, Cameron was able to read in Scarsdale, New York, when he rented a meeting room (something the library was helpless to prevent).* One leftist’s response to the enthusiastic turnout for Cameron’s reading perfectly exemplifies leftists’ concern that free speech applies to their ideological opponents.

U.S. Start-Up Starts Making Clouds To Stop ‘Climate Change’

An American start-up has launched to make the controversial process of solar geoengineering a reality.

Make Sunsets claims to have already sent two balloons into the stratosphere to inject sulphur dioxide, intended to reflect the heat of the sun and cool everything under the man-made cloud.

“We make reflective, high-altitude, biodegradable clouds that cool the planet. Mimicking natural processes, our ‘shiny clouds’ are going to prevent catastrophic global warming,” the company explains on its website. “Specifically: we release a natural compound via reusable balloons to create reflective clouds in the stratosphere.”

NY Times Blames Refusal to Teach America is Racist for Complaints by Disabled Students

Sometimes I’m not sure if the education beat at the New York Times might not be worse than its foreign policy. And I’m not just talking about the paper’s prolonged antisemitic campaign against religious Jewish education.

Here’s a straightforward issue. Complaints by disabled students and their parents are high. So the New York Times blames Trump and the refusal by some schools to incorporate racist critical race theory texts and graphic sexual content for the problem.
