US Military pilots ‘going so long without flying they’re forgetting how to’

Military pilots go so long without flying they are forgetting how to do it, whistleblowers claim.

Pilots have warned more people will die unless the US armed forces fix chronic equipment shortages and reverse “dangerous” cuts to the amount of required flying hours.

Some recruits can spend up to a year without a single flight because of aircraft and instructor shortages, current and former US military pilots told The Telegraph.

Mahmoud Khalil Doesn’t Deserve to Be in the U.S.

The former Columbia University student has been a ringleader of anti-Semitic activity and pro-Hamas demonstrations.

Manhattan is home to one less terror-supporter.

On Saturday, immigration enforcement agents arrested Mahmoud Khalil, a Syrian national with U.S. permanent resident status, and removed him to a detention facility in Louisiana. A Department of Homeland Security spokesperson explained that Khalil’s arrest, in coordination with the State Department, was made “in support of President Trump’s executive orders prohibiting anti-Semitism” and because Khalil “led activities aligned to Hamas, a designated terrorist organization.” A hearing is set for Wednesday after a federal judge blocked Khalil’s deportation on Monday—but the White House has doubled down on its intent to deport him.

We have plenty of similar candidates that should be kicked out of Canada but all our politicos live in fear of losing the Muslim vote.

Carney seems to be following another Liberal’s roadmap — and it’s a cynical one

If prime minister-designate Mark Carney is looking for a roadmap to victory in the upcoming election, he could do worse than follow in the footsteps of Jean Chrétien.

The rules are simple: ignore everything you’ve ever said previously and beat up on the sitting Republican U.S. president at every opportunity.

Amid all the revisionist history that the former prime minister rolled out during his address to last weekend’s Liberal leadership convention, I was struck by the pride Chrétien took in his fiscal management in the late 1990s, having inherited an alleged “mess” from the Progressive Conservatives following the 1993 election.

U.S. Hostage ‘Negotiator’ Says Hamas Wants Peace, Offers ’15-Year Truce’, U.S. Rebuilding of Gaza

The Trump administration’s Gaza policy is completely divided.

On the one hand, President Donald Trump is saying all the right things. On the other hand, his team is going in and saying all the wrong things.

After Trump’s common sense approach, Steve Witkoff, the “envoy” responsible for foisting the disastrous Biden ceasefire on us, would water them down and dismiss the president’s proposals. Now White House Special Envoy for Hostage Affairs, Adam Boehler, who appeared to be a credible figure, decided to directly meet up with Hamas and came out with exactly the sort of thing John Kerry or Jimmy Carter would have come away with.

Matthew Lau: Is Carney just like Justin or lots like Kathleen

In the face of an erratic Donald Trump and because Justin Trudeau left our economy in shambles, Canada desperately needs solid leadership. But is newly crowned Liberal Leader Mark Carney likely to provide that? Or is he just like Justin?

That’s what the Conservatives say he is, and with good reason: Carney spent years in Trudeau’s policy circle, he has advised the government since 2020, he was hired by the Liberals to head the party’s economic “task force” last year, and last December Trudeau tried to make Carney his finance minister. Carney is now trying to disown the Trudeau government’s disastrous record, but his own policies on major issues like government spending, carbon taxes and environmental regulation are no better than Trudeau’s and probably worse.

School founded by refugee from Nazi Germany drops Jewish speaker

An independent school in south Wales established by a refugee from Nazi Germany has faced criticism after withdrawing an invitation to a Jewish journalist after concerns raised by pupils.

Jonathan Sacerdoti had been scheduled to speak at UWC Atlantic last Sunday about journalism and antisemitism.

However, the private sixth-form college, which educates students aged 16-18 from around the world, rescinded the invitation on Friday after some pupils argued that his presence would be “distressing”.

Liberal government revives military co-operation with Ethiopia despite genocide allegations

Canada is supporting a regime that conducted an airstrike against a Kindergarten. Awesome!

Canada revives military co-operation with Ethiopia despite genocide allegations

Canada is resuming its military co-operation with Ethiopia, just months after the African country’s armed forces were accused of genocide and other crimes in the war in Tigray region.

The federal government suspended its defence collaboration with Ethiopia three years ago because of the Tigray war in the north of the country, where the Ethiopian military was widely reported to have killed thousands of civilians.

What would you expect of a genocidal state like Canada?

Carney puts together new team of Trudeau has-beens

Mark Carney is showing that he is the agent of change by appointing two former Trudeau cabinet ministers as his top advisers. Marco Mendicino is Carney’s chief of staff, David Lametti is part of Carney’s transition team.

Mendicino and Lametti were famous while in cabinet for joking about how many tanks were needed for quelling the Freedom Convoy in 2022.

‘Put One Bullet in Her Head’: Hitman Tells Jury How His Employers, on Orders From Iran, Told Him To Kill Iranian-American Dissident

The hitman who says he was hired to assassinate the journalist and Iranian dissident Masih Alinejad in New York City, testified in federal court, how he surveilled her home in Brooklyn for several days, waiting in vain for her to come outside so he could kill her. As he testified, Ms. Alinejad’s husband was sitting inside the courtroom.

“It’s an out of body experience that someone is describing how they’re going to do harm in such a cold way. It gets worse as more disturbing details are coming out,” Ms. Alinejad’s husband, Kambiz Foroohar, told the Sun on Wednesday during the lunch break.

Ottawa has failed to collect almost 40% of fines on companies that violated Temporary Foreign Worker rules

The federal government has failed to collect almost 40 per cent of the fines levied on employers for violating the rules of the Temporary Foreign Worker Program, a Globe and Mail analysis has found.

Since 2017, federal inspectors have penalized nearly a thousand companies that rely on foreign workers, imposing more than $11.8-million in fines for workplace infractions.

The fines are in no way a deterrent, just the cost of doing business.

US arrests more illegal alien invaders in February 2025 than any month in last seven years

US immigration enforcement officials arrested more people in the first 22 days of February 2025 than in any month over the last seven years, according to a Guardian review of Department of Homeland Security (DHS) data.

The Guardian review, which analyzed DHS data from the first month of Donald Trump’s presidency, in addition to interviews with immigration lawyers, advocates and former Ice officials, show how the administration has transformed immigration enforcement in the US within just a few weeks.

In a rush to meet Trump’s goal of “mass deportations”, the administration has moved to quickly close the US southern border – suspending the asylum program and other Biden-era programs that offered humanitarian relief. Simultaneously, it has amped up immigration enforcement in the interior of the country.

The Guardian doesn’t understand the difference between “immigrant” and “illegal alien invader”
