BREAKING: Attempted Reagan Assassin John Hinckley Jr. Granted Unconditional Release Under DOJ Deal

John Hinckley Jr., the man who attempted to assassinate former President Ronald Reagan in 1981, won unconditional release from his state-mandated supervision on Monday.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) agreed to a deal with Hinckley’s attorney and a federal judge accepted it, allowing the 66-year-old to begin living life without court-ordered restrictions and mandated supervision of his doctors.

“There is no evidence of danger whatsoever,” Hinckley’s attorney, Barry Levine said, according to NPR. Levine called the judge’s decision a “momentous event” and said his client had an “excellent” prognosis.

Two docs call for banning all unvaccinated Albertans from employment

Two Alberta doctors — Dr. Noel Gibney and Dr. James Talbot — have written a letter to the provincial government saying non-vaccinated people shouldn’t be allowed to be employed in Alberta.

The letter from Talbot and Gibney to Health Minister Jason Copping demanded the implementation of seven measures to help stem the COVID-19 crisis in the province.

School bans pro-police flag, but allows BLM and LGBT messages

A local school district forced a middle school teacher to remove a pro-police flag from her classroom wall. But the district allows Black Lives Matter and LGBT messages to be displayed.

The teacher at Marysville Middle School posted a Thin Blue Line flag in her classroom. It was meant to support the police. But according to documents obtained by the Jason Rantz Show on KTTH, the district’s human resources said the flag is a “political symbol” that could elicit a “disruption” in the classroom. She was ordered to take it down.

The federal government never asked for the so-called information operations campaign, nor did cabinet authorize the initiative developed during the COVID-19 pandemic by the Canadian Joint Operations Command, then headed by Lt.-Gen. Mike Rouleau.

China says Canada should ‘draw lessons’ from Huawei exec case

BEIJING, Sept 27 (Reuters) – The release of Huawei Chief Financial Officer Meng Wanzhou shows China’s strength and Canada should “draw lessons,” China’s foreign ministry said on Monday, after state media called it an opportunity for a reboot of bilateral relations.

Meng landed in Huawei’s home city of Shenzhen aboard a government-chartered plane on Saturday to much fanfare, ending her near three-year U.S. extradition fight, the same day two Canadians detained by Beijing shortly after Meng’s 2018 detention returned home.

Meng’s return shows the ability of the Chinese government and ruling Communist Party to protect its citizens, companies, and interests, foreign ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying told a regular daily briefing.

Germany elections: Centre-left claim narrow win over Merkel’s party

Germany’s centre-left Social Democrats (SPD) have claimed victory in the federal election, telling the party of outgoing Chancellor Angela Merkel it should no longer be in power.

SPD leader Olaf Scholz said he had a clear mandate to form a government, while his conservative rival Armin Laschet remains determined to fight on.

The two parties have governed together for years.

But Mr Scholz says it is time for a new coalition with the Greens and liberals.

NY Gov: State Workers Who Get Fired for Being Unvaccinated Will Also Be Denied Unemployment

Democrat NY Governor Andrew Cuomo may be gone, but his replacement, Gov. Kathy Hochul, appears to be trying to be almost as bad from a policy perspective.

They are going all-in trying to impose vaccine mandates on state workers. School staff and state healthcare workers have to provide proof that they have at least one vaccine jab by Monday. As we reported yesterday, the school staffers got a reprieve from a federal appeals court putting temporary restraining order on the mandate, with a three-judge panel’s final decision probably this week.

But not only is New York trying to force the vaccine on people — firing them if they don’t comply — they are going the extra mile to punish you if you don’t, as well.
