It seems that the European Union and the United States are now calling for a renewed investigation into the origins of the coronavirus. They are “urging” China to cooperate fully and provide “complete access.” Them’s fightin’ words! The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) must be quaking in its boots — especially after President Joe Biden’s national security advisor stated that the consequences of not cooperating would be international “isolation.” This half-hearted approach will not get the job done. It’s long past the time to get serious with China, and we all know it.

Why will this “powerful” unified initiative by the U.S. and its allies fail?

Update: 3 people killed in Würzburg knife attack – motive “unclear”

BERLIN (AP) — German police say several people have been killed and others injured in a knife attack in the southern city of Wuerzburg on Friday.

They said the attacker was arrested after an officer used a firearm against him. It was unclear how many people were killed or injured.

Police spokeswoman Kerstin Kunick said officers were alerted around 5 pm to a knife attack on Barbarossa Square in the center of the city.

Canada has officially named the US rightwing militia group Three Percenters as a terrorist entity alongside Isis and al-Qaida, saying it had an active presence in Canada and could threaten national security.

Earlier this month US prosecutors obtained a conspiracy indictment against six men associated with the Three Percenters, the latest in a series of such charges arising from the 6 January attack at the Capitol by Donald Trump’s supporters.

Canadian officials cited the riot and said members of the Three Percenters had been linked to a 2020 plot to kidnap the governor of Michigan.

Gun Sanctuary Movement Erupts: 61 Percent of US Counties Now ‘Second Amendment Sanctuaries’

An analysis has revealed that more than three-fifths of all U.S. counties are so-called “Second Amendment sanctuaries” after a number of states this year passed legislation declaring them as such.

The website, Sanctuary Counties, found on June 20 that there are now 1,930 counties that are “protected by Second Amendment Sanctuary legislation at either the state or county level,” representing 61 percent of all counties.

China Cybercrime “Controlling Political Discourse In Canada” Says Official Report

According to a recent report from Clairvoyance Cyber Corp., tech companies such as Huawei and China Telecom are now targeting Canada in a “multifaceted type of warfare.”

As reported by Global News of Canada, Clairvoyance Cyber Corp. provides consulting services for CSIS and the RCMP. The report was completed in 2019 for Public Safety Canada, and warns that “state-sponsored cybercrime could be costing Canada an estimated $100 billion per year.”

Rupa Subramanya: Why are the Liberals doubling our refugee intake when so many of them end up on the streets?

Though the idea of doubling the number of asylum seekers and refugees admitted to Canada, as the Liberals intend to do, may sound nice, it ignores the reality that many of them will face poor outcomes once they arrive, residing in homeless shelters and living off the largesse of the state.
