In one of his parting gifts to the United States and the world, President Joe Biden agreed to advance a new United Nations treaty that weaponizes international criminal law against opposition to transgender policy. Under its provisions, politicians who deliberately “misgender” someone or advocate for female-only private spaces would be guilty of “gender-based persecution,” a crime against humanity. In November, the General Assembly agreed to a timeline for finalizing the treaty by 2029.
Indoctrination of the innocent doesn’t seem to stop even during the summer months.

Social media is full of posts this month by Canadian airlines celebrating pride. There’s a WestJet TikTok video showing a plane flying over a rainbow, Sunwing and Air Transat tweets promoting LGBTQ vacation hot spots and, on Instagram, Flair Airlines is wishing everyone “Happy Pride.”
But non-binary Canadians with travel plans feel excluded from those Pride celebrations.
Just when you think these people can’t go any lower, stories like this surface. Gender LCGB has a Substack that reports on the schools of various Southern California districts. It includes stories about progressives who are integrating gender, race and sexuality ideology into K-12 education.

As it turns out, this law firm has given multiple presentations of its webinar, which is titled “My Name Is…A Legal and Practical Framework for Affirming Students’ Identities in their Records and in the School Setting.” Fagen Friedman, & Fulfrost LLP (F3), the law firm in question, was making sure teachers were “trained to implement gender ideology interventions – behavioral transition, social transition, ideology indoctrination – without notifying parents,” according to the report.

Stephen Foote and Marissa Silvestri allege that Ludlow Public Schools had a “protocol and practice of concealing from parents information related to their children’s gender identity and efforts to affirm a discordant student gender identity” while their children attended Baird Middle School, according to the suit filed last week in a Massachusetts federal district court.

It is often said that when something controversial is being pounded into the public via media headlines, there is something else that is going on behind the scenes that the public is being distracted from. This is certainly the case with America’s education system. While the public has been hammered with a full-frontal assault by activists pushing Critical Race Theory and gender ideology in the schools overtly, there has also been a covert assault from the flank called Social-Emotional Learning or SEL.
Planned sex education lessons for first-graders in New Jersey will include discussions of gender identity — outraging some parents and Republican politicians including potential presidential candidate and former Gov. Chris Christie.
A 30-minute lesson called “Pink, Blue and Purple” aims to teach the 6-year-olds to define “gender, gender identity and gender role stereotypes,” Fox News reported Friday.
It also includes instructions for teachers to tell students that their gender identity is up to them, according to materials reportedly distributed to parents at a Feb. 22 meeting of the Westfield Board of Education and posted online.
“You might feel like you’re a boy even if you have body parts that some people might tell you are ‘girl’ parts,” the lesson plan says.
Footage has emerged of a California school district holding a training workshop seemingly designed to indoctrinate parents in radical gender ideology so that they can more successfully raise “gender-inclusive” children.
One video in the thread posted by the Libs of TikTok account shows a woman with the Napa Valley Unified School District describing to parents how young children sometimes identify themselves in non-biologically accurate ways like a “boy-girl/girl-boy,” “everything,” a “kid” or even a “gender smoothie.”
The woman in the video says children who describe themselves in such a manner “are trying to let us know who they are, how they feel about their identities, even if they don’t quite have that gender 101 vocabulary yet.”
Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson’s inability, or unwillingness, to provide a definition for the word “woman” makes for a rather silly controversy, but it highlights an important fact: Women don’t actually exist.
Such is the point of Alia Dastagir’s piece in USA Today. According to Dastagir, there “is no sufficient way to clearly define what makes someone a woman.” Dastagir would know, after all: She spoke to “scientists, gender law scholars, and philosophers of biology” who determined that Jackson’s nonanswer was “commendable.”
