Why Prince William can’t forgive Harry

On a damp Wednesday morning in Cardiff, at a poignant event marking World Suicide Prevention Day, the Prince of Wales spoke his mind. What we need to “get back to in society”, he said, is “people really seeing each other and reaching each other”. For Prince William and Prince Harry, estranged for three years, there was no hope last week that Harry’s four-day visit would involve either brother reaching out.

But reconciliation between father and son has moved the dial. How far, nobody knows but Harry and the King. There has been no post-match analysis from either camp about their 50-minute tea at Clarence House on Wednesday afternoon and, unlike after previous meetings, no words from Harry about the state of the relationship, other than to tell the media at an Invictus reception that his father was “great”.

TDSB teacher allegedly showed Charlie Kirk assassination video to 10- and 11-year-olds, told students he deserved to be killed

A public school teacher has been suspended after allegedly showing a video of Charlie Kirk’s assassination to students as young as 10 in his class, authorities in Canada said.

The teacher also suggested that Kirk deserved to be killed, and gave the young students a speech about anti-fascism and transgender issues, according to a report.

“Several students from his class went home and complained to their parents, traumatized at witnessing the on-camera death, which they were forced to witness numerous times over,” a source told the Toronto Sun after the shocking incident at a school in Toronto on Thursday.

Wow! Toronto is world class!

Bill Maher Shreds the Left’s Disgraceful Response to Charlie Kirk’s Death

Bill Maher used his HBO show “Real Time with Bill Maher” Friday night to call out the disgraceful reaction from some on the left to Charlie Kirk’s assassination. The discussion, which featured Ben Shapiro, quickly turned into a defense of free speech and a condemnation of the toxic rhetoric surrounding Kirk’s murder.

The true character of Mark Carney’s government is yet to be revealed

It was a cold day in March, when newly minted Liberal leader Mark Carney suggested he jumped into politics because the moment — Trump’s re-election and his threats to Canada’s economy — called for his skills. “I put my hand up because of the crisis,” he said, in Windsor.

It was an interesting revision of facts. The former governor of the Bank of Canada planned to run prior to Trump’s re-election and key planks of his approach to deal with the current tariff crisis — for example, spending less in order to invest more — were general prescriptions outlined in his 2021 book “Value(s).”

The Conservatives, at the time, warned that Carney seemed unafraid to exaggerate, or worse, to mislead Canadians when it served his purposes.

He’s as bad in some respects as Junior.

Elon Musk speaks to 110,000 British patriots at London rally: “The Left is the party of murder”

Elon Musk urged Britons to “fight back or die” against the “destruction of the country” due to immigration in incendiary comments made at a rally in central London that descended into violence on Saturday.

The technology billionaire, who was speaking by video link at a “Unite the Kingdom” march organised by the far-right activist Tommy Robinson, called for a general election and accused the UK government of failing “to protect innocent people including children who are getting gang-raped”.

This is about Englishman attempting to win back control of their nation from a traitorous elite.

It is bigger than Tommy Robinson but the media insists on tarring the protest as a far-right hate-fest lead by a demonized Robinson.

Feds defend recommending ‘nation-building projects’ already far along in development

Poilievre argues Carney’s ‘picking up the football in the end zone to spike it’

The federal government announced this week the five major projects it intends to fast-track. Now, Energy Minister Tim Hodgson is pushing back against Conservative critiques that the list is nothing special because some projects were already well in development.

“You’ve got to execute and punch the ball into the end zone,” Hodgson said in an interview on Rosemary Barton Live airing Sunday morning.

To continue his football analogy, Hodgson told host Rosemary Barton he would “describe these five projects as being down in the red zone” — the area of a football field close to the goal line.

Union Jack Girl speaks at Rally

A teenager banned from school after teachers told her she could not wear a dress bearing the Union Jack flag told a crowd of more than 110,000 protesters gathered in London that ‘British culture matters too’.

Courtney Wright, 13, was forced to spend a morning in isolation at Bilton School in Rugby, after staff told her she couldn’t wear her Spice Girls-style dress or make a speech like other pupils.

The straight-A student, who had planned to talk about history and traditions for a special Culture Day organised by the school in July, was told the dress was unacceptable, before being removed from her lesson and asked to wait in reception until her father arrived to collect her.

Charlie Kirk’s assassination is a warning shot for Canada. Here’s why

Canadians should not take the assassination of Charlie Kirk as merely another symptom of America’s fractious politics. They should take it as a warning. The killing of the conservative activist and Turning Point USA founder is part of a dangerous pattern of political violence that has engulfed the United States in recent years. The forces behind it, including polarization, toxic political rhetoric, the corrosive influence of social media, and the mainstreaming of extremism, are already at work in Canada. If left unchecked, the U.S. normalization of violence will inevitably be replicated in this country.

Seems the anti-Zionist left and their Muslim pals have been on a violent tear since Oct 7 2023 backed by our academy and politicians at all levels.

And before that the Liberal government launched its church arson program demanding you believe the fake graves lie.

And what about those who have faced the full force of state thuggery for misgendering some pervert?

Our government commits violence when calling citizens racists for objecting to mass immigration from incompatible cultures that has caused enormous hardship to ordinary Canadians.

Trying to “both sides” the overwhelming preponderance of Left Wing Violence is just our media gaslighting us on behalf of their paymasters.

The fact is most “political violence” in Canada originates with our Political Class and the elite.

Charlie Kirk memorial service set to take place in Arizona stadium

A memorial service for right-wing activist Charlie Kirk will be held on 21 September at State Farm Stadium in Arizona, a venue which can seat more than 60,000 people.

Turning Point USA, the organisation Kirk co-founded, made the announcement on social media, inviting the public to celebrate his “remarkable life and enduring legacy”.

Kirk, 31, was shot dead on Wednesday during an open-air speaking event in Utah. His suspected killer, Tyler Robinson, was arrested on Thursday night after surrendering to police.

GOLDSTEIN: Who’s the real Mark Carney on climate change?

Prime Minister Mark Carney has the opportunity to craft a climate policy that makes sense to Canadian taxpayers – versus the political insanity of the Justin Trudeau era – but the question is whether he is ultimately a pragmatist or an ideologue.

Prior to becoming PM, Carney was definitely an ideologue on climate change.

I don’t trust Carney.

The moment Tyler Robinson’s dad turned him in as suspected assassin

The landscape of southern Utah has changed somewhat since the first Mormon pioneers arrived in wagons from Missouri in the mid-19th century.

Developers have gashed golf courses into the Mojave desert and the red cliffs are increasingly carpeted in fairways.

Yet over a century and a half since their first arrival in Utah, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints still maintains overwhelming influence on questions of conscience.

Montrealer plans to sue major grocers over false ‘made in Canada’ labels

Ever bought a product thinking it was made in Canada only to find out later it wasn’t?

One Montrealer says it happened to them. And now, they’re taking on major grocery chains.

Provigo, Metro, Sobeys, Walmart, and Giant Tigre are all named in a new class action.

Joey Zukran is one of the lawyers leading the case.

“This is false advertising 101,” he says.
