NYC college professor cursed out anti-abortion students tabling at school

Shellyne Rodriguez

A Manhattan college professor flipped out on a group of students who set up an information table opposing abortion inside the school building — cursing and tossing their pamphlets, video of the interaction shows.

Shellyne Rodriguez, an adjunct professor, told the pro-life students they were “triggering” her students by tabling inside Hunter College in Manhattan earlier this month.

Question immigration? CSIS is watching. Question Covid policy? CSIS is watching. Speak out against the sexual mutilation of children? CSIS is watching.

Jamie Sarkonak: Is wokeness driving CSIS’s new approach to counter-terrorism?

Half of the country’s counter-terrorism resources are dedicated to ideological threats, says the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS). With such a strong focus, it’s worthwhile to ask whether CSIS is a hammer in search of a nail.

… Indeed, COVID misinformation is included as a threat factor to Canada, along with Chinese interference and targeting by ISIL, or DAESH. From a distance, it’s hard to say whether this is actually a rising threat, or whether CSIS is simply expanding the scope of national security to appear more inclusive. It’s a distinction that should be made clear.

Ideological extremism of concern is classified by CSIS into four categories: xenophobia, anti-authority sentiments, anti-identity and anti-gender sentiments, and “other” ideological motivations. The final “other” category would include environmental and typically left-wing motivations like environmentalism, though CSIS has said this does not include actions like Indigenous rail blockades.

No wonder CSIS has a patriotic leaker. It appears that another Canadian institution has been compromised by the Liberal Party.

It’s worth noting that the FBI has been caught out fudging the numbers to amplify the “Right-Wing threat.” To the benefit of the Democratic party of course: Democrats Cook the FBI’s Books on Domestic Terrorism

The UK’s “PREVENT” anti-terrorism program went completely off the rails and classified an appreciation of Shakespeare as an indicator of “Right-Wing Extremism” – Is Shakespeare ‘far-right’ now?

In Germany anti-semitic attacks by Muslims are routinely blamed on the “Far-Right” – Germany is accused of downplaying anti-Semitic attacks by Muslims

In Canada we’ve seen our government media work hand in glove with a hate group supporting “Hate Manufacturer” to demonize any opinion to the right of Antifa as “extremist.”

Am I detecting a trend? Bet that gets my name on a list.

Of course reading this blog will likely land you on a CSIS watch list. Sorry bout that;)

Almost 70% not surprised FBI funneled disinformation for Clinton

Liberals- the party of Grifters

The FBI appears to have done lasting damage to its reputation through its failure to follow its own standards before opening an investigation into false allegations that former President Donald Trump colluded with Russia.

A Harvard-Harris poll conducted just days after special counsel John Durham released his final report on the FBI’s investigation of Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign asked respondents if they were “surprised” by the fact that “the FBI violated its own standards in starting the Trump-Russia probe and became a funnel for disinformation from the Hillary Clinton campaign.”

Pierre Poilievre must swing for the fences in June byelections

Pierre Poilievre is about to face his greatest test. How he performs could determine not just his future but, just possibly, the country’s.

His first time up at the plate — in a Mississauga-Lakeshore byelection late last year—many concluded Poilievre struck out. That’s one way to see it. But I look at it differently: Poilievre refused to swing the bat—fully aware his efforts would be futile in a Liberal stronghold.

But for the upcoming by-elections in June, that approach just won’t cut it. Indeed, to show he’s not just a capable rhetorician, but an electoral strategist who can succeed where federal Conservatives have recently fallen short, Poilievre must swing for the fences. Question is: is the count in his favour?

Teacher who ‘misgendered’ pupil banned from profession

A Christian teacher has been banned from the profession for “misgendering” a pupil in a case believed to be the first of its kind in the UK.

Joshua Sutcliffe, 33, was ruled by the Teaching Regulation Authority (TRA) to have failed to treat a pupil with “dignity and respect”. He was also found to have failed to protect the pupil’s wellbeing when he did not use the preferred pronouns of a girl who identified as a boy.

Feds Need to Act on Intelligence Briefings, Not Establish More Agencies

We are an odd nation. We aspire to be many things, to be included in multilateral fora, to be noticed. We want to be seen as important, as “not Americans.” Maybe that is partly a consequence of having the United States next door and feelings of inadequacy/fear. As Prime Minister Trudeau—Pierre, not the current version—once put it: “Living next to you is in some ways like sleeping with an elephant. No matter how friendly and even-tempered is the beast … one is affected by every twitch and grunt.”

Experts Warn About Pitfalls of Central Bank Digital Currencies

As the Bank of Canada seeks consultation from Canadians on its design of a potential central bank digital currency (CBDC), digital privacy experts are warning that the technology could be used by governments to track payments and freeze dissidents’ bank accounts.

“CBDCs could be a nightmare for democracy, for civil liberties, and potentially all sorts of human rights,” Ori Freiman, a post-doctoral fellow at McMaster University’s Digital Society Lab, who is researching the responsible implementation of emerging technologies, said in an interview.

Ukraine-backed partisans ‘invade Russia and seize villages’

Troops entered Russia from Ukraine on Monday, hitting checkpoints on the border with tank fire and pushing eight kilometres past the frontier into three villages.

Ukrainian military intelligence, the GUR, said that the Freedom of Russia Legion, a group of Ukraine-backed Russian partisans, were conducting an operation in the Belgorod region to create a “security strip” to protect Ukrainian civilians. It was being carried out exclusively by Russian citizens, a GUR spokesman told Suspilne, Ukraine’s public broadcaster.

Why does Canada have a disproportionately high number of Chinese diplomats?

As former governor general David Johnston prepares to release his report on foreign interference Tuesday, new data provided by Global Affairs Canada (GAC) sheds light on the breadth of China’s diplomatic presence.

A comparative analysis of Chinese foreign representatives in Western democracies by CTV News reveals the disproportionate attention China places on Canada. According to some national security experts, the disproportionate numbers could indicate diplomatic influence has tipped over into interference.

Target Partners with Satanist Brand to Create Items for ‘PRIDE’ Collection

Bürger*innen? Backlash as Berlin mayor refuses to use gender-neutral language

Berlin’s recently appointed conservative mayor has said he will refuse to use gender-neutral language in office, insisting he wanted to use a language “that everyone understands”.

Kai Wegner, who became mayor of the German capital last month, signalled in an interview with the Bild am Sonntag a readiness to dispense with gender-neutral language altogether in the city’s administration, although appeared to later backtrack after coming up against strong opposition to his remarks.

Biden Flummoxed by Challenge of Antisemitism From His Party’s Left

May is Jewish American Heritage Month, and President Biden is in a pickle. Call it a kosher dill.

Mr. Biden has acknowledged that “antisemitic incidents are at a record high.” Describing physical assaults on Jewish Americans and harassment of Jewish students, Mr. Biden observed, “It’s unconscionable. It’s almost unbelievable. It’s despicable.” He calls antisemitism today “a stain on the soul of America.”

Mr. Biden is describing America during his own administration. He is describing crimes committed under his watch. The question is: What will he do about it?

How Wagner Group rode roughshod over the law to keep control of its African ‘client state’

When a pair of Russian diplomats arrived at Daniele Darlan’s office in Bangui two weeks after the start of the war in Ukraine, 3,200 miles away, the judge was shocked by the boldness of their proposition.

“The Russians said — and I was more than surprised by their openness — ‘We have come to see you with one question: how could the necessary changes be made to the constitution to allow the president to remain in power?’” Darlan, who headed the constitutional court in the Central African Republic, said.
