New Jersey educator passed over for 45 promotions because he’s white, he claims in lawsuit

A New Jersey educator was passed over for nearly four dozen promotions because he is white, he claims in an explosive new lawsuit.

Thomas F. Franco alleges the Paterson, NJ school district won’t promote him to an administrative position solely because of his skin color, according to the discrimination lawsuit filed last month.

The 58-year-old Ringwood resident contends he’s applied for “more than 45 positions” since he was hired in 2016, and has only been interviewed once.

Much “Thinner” cases have been won by the other side.

Officials Neglect Covid Vaccines’ Side Effects

Brianne Dressen was an energetic mom, an avid hiker and a preschool teacher—until she got a Covid vaccine.

Ms. Dressen, 42, was among the first Americans to be vaccinated. She volunteered to participate in AstraZeneca’s trial, and she received her first dose on Nov. 4, 2020, at a clinic in West Jordan, Utah. “I am pro-science and pro-vaccine,” Ms. Dressen says. “I was more than glad to participate in the scientific process.”

The climate scaremongers: Surprise! It’s hot in Spain

THEY had a couple of hot days in Spain two weeks ago. According to the Guardian, it was a 1-in-40,000 years event, a claim based on ‘weather attribution’ computer models.

Weather attribution is a fairly new science, specifically introduced a few years ago to blame bad weather on global warming. These latest claims come, as most do, from an outfit called World Weather Attribution, (WWA), headed by climate scientists at Imperial College London who have long been at the forefront of climate alarmism.

10 Years Later, Would Gosnell’s ‘House Of Horrors’ Be The Norm In Post-Roe America?

Ten years ago today, abortionist Kermit Gosnell was convicted by a Philadelphia jury for performing illegal late-term abortions and murdering three babies born alive by snipping their spines with scissors. Investigators believe he killed hundreds if not thousands of babies in a 30-year killing spree.

The Gosnell court case became a media sensation for a while because the world’s media refused to cover it. Journalists and their outlets were accused on social media of not wanting to cover negative abortion stories. Eventually, they were shamed into covering the trial.

An Extraordinary Mission to Find an American WWII Bomber Crew at the Bottom of the Pacific

SINGAPORE—In the spring of 1944, Second Lt. Thomas V. Kelly Jr.’s mother received a one-page letter at her home in Livermore, Calif., informing her that her son was killed in action. His plane was hit by antiaircraft fire and disintegrated midair during a mission in New Guinea, his commander wrote.

“Unfortunately this is the only information we can furnish,” the letter read.

Carmageddon: the electric vehicle boondoggle

A couple of years ago I thought seriously about buying an electric car. Not a hybrid, but the full monty. There was one in particular I liked the look of and I even contacted a dealership to ask whether they’d accept my diesel-powered VW Touran in part-exchange. The answer was yes, but it was still eye-wateringly expensive. Was it worth it? I tried to persuade myself it would be, given the savings on fuel costs, the waiving of the congestion charge, etc.

Boy, am I glad I dodged that bullet. Scarcely a day passes without a new horror story about electric vehicles in the press. Over the past week alone, we’ve learnt that some popular models are depreciating at twice the rate of petrol cars, that the number of free electric chargers on Britain’s roads has dropped by 40 per cent in the past 12 months, and that the sheer weight of their batteries means these cars could be banned from bridges and multi-storey car parks. It’s carmageddon!

Kansas City, 5th Largest Murder Rate, Declares it’s a “Transgender Sanctuary City”

I don’t fully understand how this “sanctuary” from the ordinary laws of the land for a special protected population, illegal alien cartel members or child sexual mutilators, quite works, but shouldn’t the city first offer sanctuary to the people already living there from being murdered?

And yet the sanctuary cities like Chicago or New York City tend to be phenomenally dangerous places. It’s almost like the more dangerous a Democrat hellhole is, the more likely it is to declare itself a sanctuary.

Kenya death cult: in the forest where the children starved first

Stephen Mwiti holds up a blue check shirt and dark shorts that Samuel, his eldest son, wore to school. They and a few old photographs are all he has left of the children and wife he lived with in Malindi, a tourist town on the Kenyan coast.

It is early morning. Outside, through the door of Mwiti’s one-room home, I can see other children in the same check shirt making their way through the slum along a path of red earth to school.

Bizarre doesn’t begin to describe this.

Zelensky, in private, plots bold attacks inside Russia, leak shows

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has won the trust of Western governments by refusing to use the weapons they provide for attacks inside Russia and prioritizing the targeting of Russian forces inside Ukraine’s borders.

But behind closed doors, Ukraine’s leader has proposed going in a more audacious direction — occupying Russian villages to gain leverage over Moscow, bombing a pipeline that transfers Russian oil to Hungary, a NATO member, and privately pining for long-range missiles to hit targets inside Russia’s borders, according to classified U.S. intelligence documents detailing his internal communications with top aides and military leaders.

Pierre Poilievre needs to unite Canada’s conservatives. This looming battle is a must-win test of his leadership

MONTREAL—Since Pierre Poilievre secured a first-ballot leadership victory last fall, peace has broken out on the Conservative caucus front.

Those of his MPs who harbour doubts about their latest leader’s bare-knuckled approach to politics have so far been discreet.

Some of them want to protect their chances to be appointed to a future Conservative cabinet. Others are planning to go quietly into the night once their current term in Parliament is up.

Trudeau’s ‘coronation gift’ is just lip service to the monarchy

Cynically dressed up as a coronation-related gift to the Canadian nation, just days after the coronation, the country’s leader Justin Trudeau has unveiled a Royal Crown of Canada.

Not a physical gold and jewelled crown, mind you, but a virtual crown, designed to replace St Edward’s crown – the very crown placed on the King’s head a week ago – on Canada’s coat of arms, official documents, and armed forces and Mountie badges and insignia.

Everyone despises this cretin.
