Foreign interference is not just a Canadian problem. What are our allies saying?

Despite the growing number of reports, attempted foreign interference isn’t a unique Canadian problem.

However, Canadian intelligence officials need to follow in the footsteps of their allies in being more forthcoming about it, a former Canadian diplomat to China says.

The difference is unlike Trudeau’s Liberal party other countries don’t welcome it.

Loony Lori Lightfoot Loses

Lightfoot ousted as Chicago mayor

Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot (D) is projected to lose her bid for reelection, a stunning blow to an incumbent who made headlines as an underdog reformer candidate who defied expectations and won the city’s top job in 2019.

Lightfoot on Tuesday failed to be one of the top two vote-getters to notch a spot in the final round of voting in April, according to The Associated Press. A runoff was expected given the unlikeliness that any one candidate would outright win at least half of the vote on Tuesday.

#MeToo is ruining the lives of teenage boys

Can you remember your first awkward romantic encounter as a teenager? The first time someone touched you flirtatiously? The first time you kissed someone? These are rites of passage that almost every adolescent experiences. And although it may be nerve-wracking for an inexperienced youth to make the first move, it’s how we all learn – boys and girls alike – about boundaries and reading social cues.

Don Martin: The Trudeau tipping point is within sight

The Trudeau tipping point is within sight.

The moment when Prime Minister Justin Trudeau knows he has to quit for the good of the party or the Liberals realize they can’t survive re-election with him at the helm is almost upon us.

The raging China saga has topped an annus horribilis year, which is not yet two months old, for a prime minister who now spends many days huddled in private meetings or touring the country to attend Liberal fundraisers while using ribbon-cuttings to disguise the travel tab as official government business.

Trudeau Downplays Chinese Efforts to Elect Canadian Liberals

Following news reports last Friday that the Chinese government intervened in the 2021 Canadian federal election in favor of Justin Trudeau, the prime minister is seeking to divert attention away from Beijing’s partisan preference.

“It’s not about one party versus another,” Trudeau said amid accusations that the Conservative Party was attempting to politicize claims of Chinese election meddling.

Every “ally” of Trudeau’s Chinada must now wonder how badly compromised the Trudeau government really is and what secrets have been given to the ChiComs by the Liberal Party.

Inside the legal fight for a race-neutral America

The movement that took on Roe v. Wade is now targeting racial preferences

Four billion dollars in debt relief for black farmers only. Special stipends for Black, “Latinx” and Native American entrepreneurs. Minority- and women-owned restaurants prioritized for pandemic recovery funds. School admissions policies designed to reduce the number of whites and Asians.

Racial preference programs have become ubiquitous in American society. When was the last time you filled out an official form without being asked to disclose your race? In the name of ending racism, we have been divided and labeled according to vague and outdated racial classifications that are then used to benefit certain groups at the expense of others.

Cancelling Dilbert: BLM-style reverse racism to fuel White identity politics

Newspapers across America, including The Washington Post and The USA Today, have dropped the popular comic strip Dilbert after the cartoonist behind it, Scott Adams, reacted angrily to a racial survey. The poll conducted by Rasmussen Reports showed that only 53 per cent of Black Americans agreed with the statement, “It’s OK to be White.”

“If nearly half of all Blacks are not OK with White people — according to this poll, not according to me, according to this poll — that’s a hate group,” Adams said recently on his YouTube show ‘Real Coffee with Scott Adams’. “I don’t want to have anything to do with them. And I would say, based on the current way things are going, the best advice I would give to White people is to get the hell away from Black people, just get the f**k away…because there is no fixing this.”

Drone crash near Moscow was failed attack, governor says

A drone has crashed in the Moscow region in what was likely an attempt to target civilian infrastructure, the regional governor said.

Andrei Vorobyov was speaking after the defence ministry reported downing two Ukrainian drones in southern Russia.

Ukraine does not claim responsibility for attacks inside Russia.

Russian energy giant Gazprom operates a facility near the village of Gubastovo, about 100 km (62 miles) from Moscow, where the drone crashed.
