‘Dilbert’ dropped by newspapers over creator Scott Adams’ so called ‘racist rant’

More newspapers say they are dropping the “Dilbert” comic strip after creator Scott Adams this week advised white people to “get the f–k away” from Black people.

The Cleveland Plain Dealer announced the paper is cutting ties with Adams for the “racist rant” on his online show “Real Coffee with Scott Adams.” The move comes five months after Lee Enterprises cut the cartoon from its newspapers as it scaled back its funny pages.

Scott Adams is being “cancelled” because he called out racist bullshit like this.

Soaring rents in Toronto, Vancouver force residents on modest incomes into ‘deplorable’ conditions

With Vancouver and Toronto vacancy rates at 0.9 and 1.7 per cent respectively, and rental prices surging, seniors, students, new immigrants, single parents and people with disabilities — those on modest or fixed incomes — are being priced out of their communities.

Ren Thomas, associate professor of planning at Dalhousie University in Halifax, warns it’s a real loss for our biggest cities.

“You need that diversity — and that’s what makes our big cities great is we have there, you know, different people in different jobs,” said Thomas.

Biden Administration pervert Sam Brinton is a cautionary tale for woke world that prizes identity above all

Fucked Up Tranny Sam Brinton

Last June, Sam Brinton, who identifies as nonbinary and wears dresses and stilettos, was tapped by the Department of Energy to be the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition.

It was touted as historic — Brinton being the first gender-fluid person in federal leadership.

However, within months, the hire backfired, causing a self-inflicted toxic spill all over the department and the Biden Administration.

Liberals ignored CSIS warning on 2019 candidate accused in Chinese interference probe: sources

Three weeks before Canada’s 2019 federal election, national security officials allegedly gave an urgent, classified briefing to senior aides from Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s office, warning them that one of their candidates was part of a Chinese foreign interference network.

According to sources, the candidate in question was Han Dong, then a former Ontario MPP whom Canada Security Intelligence Service had started tracking in June of that year.

Good reporting, pity nothing will come of it as it touches all members of the UNIPARTY.

Justin Trudeau, Canada’s clown prince, is the future of the woke West

Shallow, shameless, self-aggrandising – and obsessed with moral posturing – the Canadian PM should serve as a warning

What in the world, you might be asking, is up with Canada? How did a country famed for its sensible, moderate attitudes and customs transform itself into the front rank of the woke phalanx?

We are an immense country – one infinitely rich, blessed by nature (with the possible exception of winter) and mostly pristine. Yet on almost every front, we are becoming an embarrassment – to ourselves and, increasingly, to the world.

We have fallen, for instance, one-quarter behind our American counterparts in terms of incomes – the wealth that offers security, opportunity and educational resources to our children. We’ve done so while creating an economy that will lag behind most of our peers in the developing world for the next four decades.

Do you think PP can recover from his Christine Anderson gaffe? I don’t think so. He is a Uniparty man.

Trudeau says he will not call public inquiry into Chinese electoral interference

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is ruling out a public inquiry to examine China’s interference in Canada’s democracy and once again insisted the influence activities of Chinese diplomats and their proxies did not affect the outcome of the 2019 and 2020 elections.

Speaking to reporters in Toronto marking the anniversary of Russia’s all-out military assault on Ukraine, Mr. Trudeau said he is satisfied with hearings now being conducted by a parliamentary committee into the past two election campaigns.

Trudeau won’t catch much flak at all for failing to call an inquiry, thank Poilievre for that.

Poilievre sucked the air out of the ChicCom interference story with his boneheaded comments on Christine Anderson.

With those comments Poilievre told his CPC cronies that he doesn’t care about the fears and concerns of average Canadians and that the CPC will continue to support a callous & destructive policy of mass immigration.

By his statement Poilievre also signalled he was a fully pledged member of the UNIPARTY.

Sabrina Maddeaux: Liberals shamefully turn celebration of Black history into a partisan affair

If you could trademark feminism, the Trudeau Liberals would have attempted to do so a long time ago. The party seems to believe that diversity and equality aren’t just ideals to support, but ownable fiefdoms of which they are the natural rights-holders.

This medieval attitude also appears to extend to Black History Month. On Feb. 8, the Government of Canada threw its annual Black History Month celebration at the National Arts Centre. It was an appropriately grand and celebratory affair, with dance and poetry performances, heartfelt tributes and a buzzing bar.

Skid Row ‘governor’ slams LA officials for demolishing tricked-out tent mansion with hot tub

The self-proclaimed “governor” of Los Angeles’ infamous Skid Row has lashed out after her tent mansion — complete with a hot tub and kitchen — was torn down by city officials.

Stephanie Arnold Williams’ encampment, known as the White House, was among a handful of tents demolished with a bulldozer earlier this month by the city’s sanitation department as part of a “routine cleanup,” LAMag reported.

Her pop-up home, which was located at 5th and San Pedro streets, had been tricked-out with windows and linoleum floors, two queen-size beds, portable toilets, an inflatable hot tub and gas stove.

Colby Cosh: The moral panic over 3D-printed ‘ghost guns’

From the wild west we bring you a funny case study in firearms news coverage: Global News, seizing on a remark by Edmonton’s chief of police, is sounding the alarm about “ghost guns” in the Alberta capital. Shooting incidents are at an all-time high in the city, and Chief Dale McFee is rightly keeping one eye on seizures of privately made guns, issuing a table of stats indicating the variety and quantity of the problem. The brief TV version of the story highlights the phenomenon of the 3D-printed gun, which can conceivably be made in a home workshop out of non-metallic polymers, raising the spectre of streets flooded with high-tech weaponry.
