Robert Crimo’s dad washes hands of guilt but talked with son about a mass shooting night before Highland Park massacre

HIGHLAND PARK, Ill. – The dad of the accused Fourth of July parade killer told The Post on Wednesday that his son talked about a mass shooting in Denmark the night before launching his own massacre — and washed his hands of any guilt over how the suspect got his gun.

The father, Robert Crimo Jr. — who has tapped one of R. Kelly’s lawyers to battle claims he helped his mentally disturbed kid buy guns — said that the night before Monday’s shooting, he and son Robert Crimo III discussed the 22-year-old Danish man who shot and killed three people at a mall outside of Copenhagen on Sunday.

“He goes, ‘Yeah, that guy is an idiot.’ That’s what he said!” the dad recalled his son saying of the Denmark shooter.

The Exoneration Hustle: Are radical prosecutors freeing guilty murderers?

The headline is becoming more common: “Innocent Man Freed After Decades in Jail for Murder!” As a matter of statistical probabilities, it must be true that some innocent defendants are convicted. But experienced law enforcement officials are growing concerned that progressive prosecutors are freeing guilty murderers in their rush to enforce their own politics of decarceration and equity. A close look at how this exoneration hustle works is worth reviewing because the pattern becomes clear.

China: MI5 and FBI heads warn of ‘immense’ threat

The heads of UK and US security services have made an unprecedented joint appearance to warn of the threat from China.

FBI director Christopher Wray said China was the “biggest long-term threat to our economic and national security” and had interfered in politics, including recent elections.

MI5 head Ken McCallum said his service had more than doubled its work against Chinese activity in the last three years and would be doubling it again.

MI5 is now running seven times as many investigations related to activities of the Chinese Communist Party compared to 2018, he added.

The billionaire blasted the website ‘for going way too far’ in suspending the psychologist for his post about the transgender actor.

The anti-woke Canadian had his account disabled for negative posts about Page’s transition to a man, saying the actor’s ‘breasts were removed by a criminal physician’.

A people’s revolt against eco-tyranny

From the Netherlands to Sri Lanka, people have had enough of the elite’s green hysteria.

If police were opening fire on protesters in a European nation, we would have heard about it, right? If there was a mass uprising of working people in a European Union country, taking to the streets in their thousands to cause disruption to roads, airports and parliament itself, it would be getting a lot of media coverage in the UK, wouldn’t it? The radical left would surely say something, too, given its claims to support ordinary people against The System. Cops shooting at working men and women whose only crime is that they pounded the streets to demand fairness and justice? There would be solidarity demos in the UK, for sure.

New report details missed chances to stop Uvalde shooting

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — A police officer armed with a rifle watched the gunman in the Uvalde elementary school massacre walk toward the campus but did not fire while waiting for permission from a supervisor to shoot, according to a sweeping critique released Wednesday on the tactical response to the May tragedy.

Some of the 21 victims at Robb Elementary School, including 19 children, possibly “could have been saved” on May 24 had they received medical attention sooner while police waited more than an hour before breaching the fourth-grade classroom, a review by a training center at Texas State University for active shooter situations found.

LIBS OF TIKTOK: I Exposed the Progressive Left With Their Own Words and Actions, and They’re Furious

I’ve been called the most vile, hateful things, accused of inciting violence and spreading hate myself, all for sharing videos freely posted to TikTok by progressive leftists who are proud of their words and actions.

It’s a simple concept: Use their own words and actions to expose them. It works because this is the first time these people, who are living out their fantasies in their intolerant, liberal bubbles, have had to face reality. Under the account Libs of TikTok, I just repost what they’ve already posted themselves. It’s like holding up a mirror. And it infuriates them.

Our government is censoring us, and with Bill C-11 it will get worse

The recent contretemps between the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission and Radio-Canada about the use of the n-word during a radio segment reminds us that the CRTC is all about the control of speech. Usually, the commission farms out its censorship to a specialized agency, but this time it did the dirty work itself. Two commissioners dissented, arguing that the CRTC was engaging in censorship without regard to the right to freedom of expression set forth in the Constitution.

Patrick Brown speaks on why he was booted from Conservative leadership race

Patrick Brown says the bizarre turn of events that led to him being disqualified from the Conservative leadership race began on June 29.

In an exclusive interview with the Toronto Sun, Brown said that’s when the party began asking a series of questions about his campaign.

After answering questions on a variety of issues, though, Brown said he was booted from the race over an anonymous allegation that an organizer was being paid by a private company to campaign for him. He said his campaign asked for details on who the organizer was, or which company was allegedly paying organizers, but said the party refused to say.
