Bodies of 12 beheaded white expats are found after ISIS massacre in Mozambique town

The bodies of 12 beheaded expats have been found after an ISIS massacre in a Mozambique town where a British worker was killed in a desperate escape bid.

The nationalities of the 12 people found ‘tied up and beheaded’ in the northern town of Palma cannot yet be confirmed, a local police commander said.

Their bodies were found near to natural gas projects worth £43.6billion.

They are all believed to be foreigners because they are white, Commander Pedro da Silva said.

Ontario reports highest number of new COVID-19 cases in three months

Ontario is reporting its highest number of new cases of COVID-19 in three months as record hospitalization numbers continue to place further strain on the healthcare system.

The Ministry of Health says that there were 4,227 new cases of the disease caused by the novel coronavirus confirmed on Thursday, along with another 18 deaths.

It is the highest number of new cases in any 24-hour period since 4,249 were reported back on January 8.

Haven’t we been in a lockdown since Christmas?

Ontario orders hospitals to halt non-emergency surgeries as COVID-19 patients fill ICUs

The Ontario government’s health agency is telling hospitals across most of the province to stop performing all but emergency and life-saving surgeries because of the growing caseload of COVID-19 patients, CBC News has learned.

A memo was sent to hospitals Thursday night telling them to postpone their non-emergency surgeries, effective Monday, everywhere but in northern Ontario.

“Given increasing case counts and widespread community transmission across many parts of the province, we are facing mounting and extreme pressure on our critical care capacity,” says Ontario Health CEO Matthew Anderson in the memo, obtained by CBC News.

WE Scandal attracts US Attention – Nonprofit involved with 1,400 California schools accused of fraud, under investigation in Canada

WE Scandal attracts US Attention – Nonprofit involved with 1,400 California schools accused of fraud, under investigation in Canada

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) — A well-known international nonprofit that’s promoted service work to more than 400,000 California students and has been highly endorsed by Gov. Gavin Newsom is being investigated in Canada.

A Parliamentary committee investigating WE Charity held a hearing Thursday about the nonprofit’s business dealings. The charity became scrutinized after receiving a $900 million COVID contract in June to oversee a student service grant in Canada intended to help students with volunteering.

This is a good report, better than most I’ve seen by Canadian Media

More.. . Federal elections watchdog looking into WE Charity, researcher says

Canada’s elections watchdog has been making inquiries about whether WE Charity carried out activities that benefited the Liberal Party in violation of electoral laws, according to a researcher who said a senior investigator from the office recently interviewed her.

Vivian Krause, an independent researcher and blogger who testified about WE Charity at the House of Commons finance committee last July, told The Globe and Mail she was contacted in February by Louise Panneton, a senior investigator with the Office of the Commissioner of Canada Elections. Hilarious, the WE Boys were propagandists for the money grubbing Trudeau clan

Ann Coulter explains the status of the Derek Chauvin trial

The trial of Derek Chauvin grinds on. Currently, the prosecution is still putting on its case, but it may want to stop doing so before the court is forced to dismiss the case altogether.  As Andrew Branca, at Legal Insurrection, explained after the eighth day of the trial, “once again, the defense weaponizes prosecution ‘expert’ witness against the prosecution case.”  But if you want the full flavor of the madness in Minneapolis, you must read Ann Coulter’s case summary.

The Threats American Jewry Refuses to Face – Appeasing ‘progressive’ Jew-haters.

After being forced by Covid-19 restrictions to celebrate Passover alone last year, like their Israeli brethren, American Jews were by and large able to celebrate the Passover seder with their friends and families this year. And as in Israel, American Jewish families reveled in their deliverance from loneliness on the Jewish festival of deliverance.

But even the joy of Passover couldn’t dispel the twin storm clouds rising around the largest Jewish diaspora.

Selling liberalism to Afghanistan: Washington wanted democracy, but got a bloated NGO sector instead

“America is back,” declared Joe Biden earlier this year. And with it, a resurrected liberal internationalism that has lain dormant for the past four years. Biden’s cabinet, packed with officials who supported the Iraq invasion, the Libya intervention, and expressed remorse over Washington’s failure to play a bigger role in Syria, now wants America to reclaim the mantle of global leader.

NY Times op-ed: A lot of the left’s gun control proposals don’t make much sense

NY Times op-ed: A lot of the left’s gun control proposals don’t make much sense

As Ed noted earlier, Joe Biden announced plans for a big push on gun control today. Biden’s approach was full of holes and obvious whoppers. He also called for a revival of the assault weapon ban. But over at the NY Times, there’s an interesting op-ed by a former president of the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence. What’s surprising about it is that author Dan Gross admits the usual left-wing rush toward things like the assault weapons ban after every high-profile mass shooting makes no sense if your real goal is to reduce the bulk of gun violence.

University student ordered to undergo psychological evaluation & then suspended after questioning definition of ‘microaggressions’

A student who was suspended by the University of Virginia for daring to ask questions during a presentation about ‘microaggressions’ has taken the institution to court, with his story sparking disbelief and anger on social media.

The bizarre saga begins in October 2018, when Kieran Bhattacharya, a student at the University of Virginia (UVA) School of Medicine, attended a panel discussion on the subject of ‘microaggressions.’ During a Q&A session, Bhattacharya asked the presenter, an assistant dean at the university, to clarify what constitutes a mini form of aggression.

America’s elites want a racial apocalypse

America’s elites want a racial apocalypse

The narrative of racial conflict peddled by politicians, Big Business and progressives threatens social peace.

Jamil Ford still recalls the disorders of late May. ‘It was like Baghdad’, he recalls, even as jurors listen to the arguments during the trial of Derek Chauvin, the police officer accused of killing George Floyd. ‘I constantly think about it. The past history does not go away’, the African-American architect recalls, noting with trepidation possible National Guard deployments. ‘The mental part is still there.’

Can’t be worse than Lockdown: Brain organoids could spark a ‘Planet of the Apes’ scenario if lab-grown human tissue is transplanted into animals, scientists warn

As research involving transplanting lab-grown human ‘mini-brains’ into animals to study neurological diseases continues to expand, experts warn the work with these brain organoids could result in a ‘Planet of the Apes’ scenario.

The concern is animals could develop humanized traits and start to behave similar to the intelligent apes of the popular science fiction story.

The warning comes from a team at Kyoto University who released a paper highlighting a number of ethical implications that could arise with brain organoid research.

BLM Protestors doing what they do at Iowa State Capitol

BLM Protestors doing what they do at Iowa State Capitol

BLM protestors, including the nephew of George Floyd, have invaded the Iowa State Capitol, clashing with state troopers when they tried to arrest one woman.

BLM supporters gathered outside the Iowa Capitol on Thursday morning as part of a “Kill the Racist Bills” protest, organised by the “Advocates for Social Justice” group. The bills in question include an anti-defunding the police bill, a bill that allows citizens to legally push through protestors blocking the road with vehicles, and another bill that would ban any diversity and inclusion training in schools, universities, and Iowa government agencies. On the Facebook page for the event, the legislation was described as “racist and dangerous.”

Officer Chauvin’s Knee Was NOT on George Floyd’s ‘Neck’ and 8 Other Things You Didn’t Know About This Case

Former Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin may not escape prosecution for one of the three charges against him for causing the death of George Floyd, but contrary to public opinion, the case against him is not cut and dried. Though radio stations have solemnly gone quiet for nearly nine minutes to remind Americans of the time Chauvin had his knee on Floyd’s neck, Black Lives Matter fire-setters and looters with their violent antifa allies burned parts of American cities in retaliation for his death, and cops were forced to kneel, it turns out there’s a lot we didn’t know about the case.

Biden Gun Speech Filled With Falsehoods

Biden Gun Speech Filled With Falsehoods

President Joe Biden made numerous false and misleading statements while unveiling a package of gun-control actions on Thursday.

Biden falsely described how federal firearm laws work as he called for Congress to amend those laws. He pushed the Senate to pass H.R. 8, which would ban private gun sales unless done through a licensed dealer, by claiming there is a special exemption for sales made at gun shows.

“Most people don’t know, you walk into a store and you buy a gun you have a background check,” Biden said in his speech at the White House. “But you go to a gun show, you can buy whatever you want and no background check.”

FATAH: Being allies in the fight against Islamist extremism

FATAH: Being allies in the fight against Islamist extremism

There is a saying in the Indian subcontinent about the thief, who instead of showing remorse, berates the judge. There are those within the Muslim community leadership throughout North America who fit this description, where instead of admitting wrongdoing — even if it’s unintentional — and changing course so that they can be allies in the fight against Islamist extremism, they play the victim card.

While the rest of the world was focused on anti-Asian racism and the George Floyd murder trial, it seems some Muslim activists in Canada got worried they were losing visibility as victims of big bad Canada.
