When does the media cover a horrific crime? – When the perps are white

What makes a tragic death a major news story? The races of the perpetrators and the victims, of course. As the media goes all in on critical race theory, many journalists have decided to only provide obsessive coverage of horrific crimes when they can be used to advance the idea — as so eloquently explained by NBA star LeBron James — that minorities are being ‘literally hunted’ by evil white people.

Proof of this phenomenon has never been so clear as in the past several weeks.

Special Ops diversity officer quickly reassigned after anti-Trump tweets discovered

Richard Torres-Estrada

Tweets comparing former President Donald Trump and Adolf Hitler are not welcome at the United States Special Operations Command, which reassigned its new diversity chief following the discovery of a tweet of Trump and the Nazi leader side by side following the former president’s Lafayette Square photo-op.

Morally Bankrupt Left Wants You To Forget About The Summer Of Antifa, BLM Riots

Anyone with two eyes knows what went down last summer in response to the death of George Floyd. The left’s gaslighting doesn’t change that.

CNN article titled “What Jim Crow looks like in 2021” by columnist Nicole Hemmer last Friday perfectly encapsulates the left’s tactical lawlessness and disorder gaslighting. “And while it may still wear a suit and tie,” Hemmer wrote, claiming Jim Crow is alive and well, “it also still marches hand in hand with both state violence and mob violence, as we were once again reminded during the insurrection at the Capitol.”

Trudeau defends his lame effort to ban Chinese goods made with forced labour

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is defending his government’s record in barring imports of goods from China made with forced labour even though online retailers are still selling Canadians goods from the Asian country’s western Xinjiang region that critics say are almost certainly produced under coercion.

As The Globe and Mail reported this week, Canadians can purchase bath towels, quilts and clothes through online retailers such as Amazon and eBay that are advertised as made with cotton from China’s Xinjiang region, a crop that human-rights activists and academics say should be assumed to be the product of forced labour.

Everything Trudeau does is for show only, rest assured Canada’s China class dictates LPC policy. This is the usual huffing and puffing signifying nothing.

Sports viewers shift habits as social justice messaging increases: poll

One-third of Americans say they are watching less professional sports due to social justice messaging from players, leagues and teams, according to a new poll released this week.

A YouGov/Yahoo News survey found that 34 percent of respondents said they are watching pro sports less frequently due to calls for racial justice from sports figures, with 11 percent saying they now watch more often.

A majority, more than 56 percent, said they are watching about the same amount of pro sports as they were before calls for racial justice were renewed.

The pandemic schedule interruptions also play a role in breaking what for many was mere habit. A lot of these ex-viewers will have discovered they had better things to do all along.

What China’s Communist Party Wants: Its New Five-Year Plan

Endorsed by Satan.

Since General Secretary Xi Jinping became leader of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in 2012, he has spoken repeatedly of the “Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation”. This statement translates into China’s ambition of becoming the world’s greatest power by 2049, thereby surpassing the US as the economic, political and military leader of the world, as pointed out by Michael Pillsbury in his 2015 book, The Hundred Year Marathon.

Kelly McParland: Time to grow some backbone Canadians

One of Toronto’s local TV stations recently ran a segment on an elderly woman who was accidentally given the wrong address for her COVID jab. Her daughter drove her to the designated spot, which was deserted. Turned out the vaccinations were being done elsewhere.

Ontario reports 2,336 new Covid Cases … and science says you’re already dead men walking so start acting it, have some AstraZeneca!

Ontario reported 2,336 additional cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday along with 14 more deaths, as hospitalizations climbed to their highest point in nearly two months.

There were almost 1,100 people in hospital on Monday night due to coronavirus infection, the highest count since Feb. 4.

Ontario reported nearly 7,500 cases of COVID-19 over the past three days, including 2,094 on Monday.

New data shows COVID-19 pandemic now ‘completely out of control’ in Ontario, key scientific adviser says

A new briefing note from a panel of science experts advising the Ontario government on COVID-19 shows a province at a tipping point.

Variants that are more deadly are circulating widely, new daily infections have reached the same number at the height of the second wave, and the number of people hospitalized is now more than 20 per cent higher than at the start of the last province-wide lockdown, states an analysis from Ontario’s COVID-19 science advisory table published on Monday night.

“Right now in Ontario, the pandemic is completely out of control,” Dr. Peter Juni, the table’s scientific director and a professor of medicine and epidemiology with the University of Toronto, said in an interview prior to the briefing note’s publication.

Don Martin: After that devastating auditor general’s report, why does Tam still have a job?

OTTAWA — The unwritten conclusion of that scathing auditor general’s report into how the Public Health Agency botched early pandemic detection is obvious: Replace Dr. Theresa Tam.

That might sound harsh for the high-profile face who has been calmly cajoling Canadians to stay home, wash their hands and, after her change of mind last April, wear a face mask in public.

But there’s no sugar-coating blame for the abysmally slow early detection and erroneous risk assessment of COVID-19 in Canada, as extensively documented in a report last week by the auditor general.

She may as well be working for China for all the “good” she’s done.

‘Tinderbox’: Riot redux feared as Antifa looms over trial in George Floyd death

‘Tinderbox’: Riot redux feared as Antifa looms over trial in George Floyd death

Anyone who thought that Antifa would exit stage left after President Donald Trump was defeated can think again.

The black-clad anti-fascist agitators have hardly missed a beat since President Biden was elected, continuing to smash windows, chuck projectiles and set fires in Portland, Oregon, while raising law-enforcement fears of a riot redux pegged to the Derek Chauvin trial in Minneapolis.

“The Antifa protests last year were not anti-Trump protests, they were anti-government protests,” said Betsy Brantner Smith, spokesperson for the National Police Association. “What they want is to destroy and dismantle the government, and they’ve been pretty successful in Portland. I think they’d like to see that success across the nation.”

They’re going to riot win or lose.

The Commonalities Between the Rise of the Nazis and the Tactics of the American Left Cannot be Ignored

The Commonalities Between the Rise of the Nazis and the Tactics of the American Left Cannot be Ignored

I recently wrote a column wherein I accused the American Left and its wholly owned subsidiary, the Democrat party, of using Fascist or Nazi tactics in their determination to permanently transform the nation into a one-party hybrid socialist state by exploiting nonexistent “systemic racism” and baseless fears of “white supremacy.”  This characterization did not set well with the gullible and self-righteous Democrat voters I know or those who contacted me.  They, rather vociferously, claimed that the utilization of Nazi tactics only applies to the American right and that they, the left, are only motivated by caring for the people.

There is no ‘rape culture’ in schools

Education’s ‘#MeToo moment’ is not a scandal – it’s a moral panic over teenage sex.

Schools may have barely reopened but already many are embroiled in scandal. Stories exposing and condemning the ‘rape culture’ apparently rampant in Britain’s private schools have been gathering pace. This is the education sector’s #MeToo moment, a long overdue reckoning, we are told – a chance to confront the sexism, misogyny and abuse that supposedly stalk the nation’s more expensive classrooms.
