The man suspected of killing eight people in three separate shootings at spas in the Atlanta area on Tuesday has allegedly admitted to the killings and blamed his “addiction to sex” as the motive, authorities said.

The suspect, 21-year-old Robert Aaron Long, of Woodstock, Georgia, was taken into custody Tuesday night following a police pursuit, authorities said.

Senior female officer quits Canadian Forces, says she’s ‘sickened’ by reports of sexual misconduct

Our armed forces would not allow a photo like this today as it might offend.

One of the most prominent women in the Canadian military has resigned, saying she is “disgusted” by ongoing reports of sexual misconduct in the Armed Forces and dismayed that it has taken this long for the problem to come to the fore.

Lt.-Col. Eleanor Taylor, the deputy commander of the 36th Brigade Group and a distinguished veteran of combat in Afghanistan, delivered a scathing resignation letter to senior military leaders — a letter that has been circulating around army headquarters in Ottawa.

New Documentary Series Pins 8Chan Server Admin Ron Watkins as Kingpin of ‘Q’ Lie

A new documentary series airing on HBO will identify the so-called ‘Q’ behind the QAnon conspiracy theorist as Ronald Watkins, the son of Jim Watkins, who owns the 8chan forum where Q has regularly posted information.

“Q: Into the Storm” will point to the younger Watkins as Q himself. If Watkins is indeed Q, the theory would be predicated upon a lie, with Q presenting himself in 8chan posts as a senior government official with detailed knowledge of the inner workings of federal law enforcement.

John Ivison: How Erin O’Toole allegedly sidelined Peter MacKay’s plan to run in next election

Erin O’Toole is a great admirer of Winston Churchill but he apparently does not subscribe to the Great Man’s maxim: “In war, resolution; in defeat, defiance; in victory, magnanimity.”

The Conservative Party is a house divided heading into its policy convention this week – and a number of senior Conservatives are pointing the finger of blame at O’Toole and his team for engaging in divisive tactics aimed at marginalizing potential rivals.

Ontario reports 1508 new Covid cases … and that app is a flop for some mysterious reason

Ontario reports 1508 new Covid cases … and that app is a flop for some mysterious reason

96% of Canadians who test positive for coronavirus aren’t using COVID Alert app properly

The Canadian government said the COVID Alert app was the next great hope in the struggle against the novel coronavirus.

But new statistics suggest so few people are using the app correctly that it has almost no effect on slowing or limiting the spread of COVID-19.

That’s terrible! They should make people walk around with a big C sewn onto their clothes.

The Washington Post confessed to a very big lie

On Monday, conservatives were outraged when the Washington Post, in a teeny little paragraph appended to a major story from January, admitted that the core of the story was a lie based upon false quotations.  I find myself surprisingly unmoved.  First, this is par for the course for the modern Pravda media.  Second, as long as there are no consequences, and there never are, it’s irrelevant that the Washington Post behaved in a morally corrupt, fraudulent way.

California Now Officially Handing Out Senate Seats Based on Race

The great debate over replacing Kamala Harris wasn’t about qualifications. What qualifications? California Democrats are qualified for little except virtue signaling and racial quotas. And so the debate came down to whether Governor Newsom would replace Kamala Harris, who is half-Jamaican and half-Indian, with a black woman (the assumption was that another half-Indian and half-Jamaican wasn’t an option) or a Latino.

The Alice Walker Cult

A novelist who spreads falsehoods about Black males and Jews is an object of white feminist worship

In a recent February issue of The New Republic, the reviewer Jennifer Wilson includes a comment made about me by Salamishah Tillet in her book In Search of The Color Purple: The Story of an American Masterpiece. In her book, she makes insubstantial claims about my criticism of the film, The Color Purple. She writes about my novel, Reckless Eyeballing, that I “turned Walker into the fictional character Tremonisha Smarts, who gains fame for writing Wrongheaded Man, a play about a black man who goes around bashing and raping women that is so successful that the white feminist theater producer Barbara Sedgwick wants to adapt it into a movie.” No such character exists in my novel. Tillet provides no evidence that the character is based upon Alice Walker, nor does the character Ian Ball, despite his psychological problems, rape women. She says that the assailant in the novel is “unknown.” She hasn’t read the book.

No more babies? The hormone-altering chemicals threatening human procreation

There’s a looming solution to all of humanity’s problems — by 2045 most men may no longer be able to reproduce because of the impact of hormone-altering chemicals.

That’s according to Shanna Swan, a leading scholar of reproductive health. “The current state of reproductive affairs can’t continue much longer without threatening human survival,” she told POLITICO.

That adds yet another danger to the list of potential human calamities, but awareness of our looming reproductive demise still isn’t widespread, Swan said.

Prepare yourself for the post-lockdown dystopia

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council is bringing in drones to police its beaches this summer.

It is spending millions of pounds preparing for the easing of lockdown restrictions – hiring Covid marshals and deploying drones – as it expects a surge in tourist numbers. Thankfully, reports suggest that the drones will be ‘unarmed’.

Are we even going to have a summer?

Near George Floyd Square: Revolution by day, devolution by night

Near George Floyd Square: Revolution by day, devolution by night

The neighbors surrounding the site of George Floyd’s death in south Minneapolis are asking for prayers, and help.

As neighbors of 38th Street and Chicago Avenue, also known as George Floyd Square or the autonomous zone, we are witnessing a revolution by day and a devolution by night.

Prayer gatherings canceled. Rallies canceled. Visitors arriving with flowers in hand, only to retreat to their cars when greeted by the sound of gunshots. Neighbors ducking for cover behind our houses, children in tow.

The spiritual health of our community, the feeling of being connected to something larger than ourselves, is collapsing.

Rapper is cleared of slicing off his flatmate’s penis after the ‘victim’ told judges he mutilated himself because of gender issues

Answers to ‘Stubby.’

A Spanish rapper has been cleared of slicing off his British flatmate’s penis after the Oxford graduate told judges he had mutilated himself because of gender issues.

Andrew Breach, a 35-year-old English teacher, has also been told he will not face a perjury probe after the three sentencing judges turned down a request by prosecutors to charge him with false testimony.

Mr Breach claimed at Aaron Beltran’s two-day trial on March 1 and 2 he chopped off his own penis with a kitchen knife because of gender issues despite telling police his flatmate was to blame in one of his earlier statements.

California Ethnic Studies Curriculum Pushes Students to Volunteer at Arab-American Organizations

The latest version of a public school curriculum set to be implemented across California includes an assignment for students to volunteer for an Arab-American organization, a call that’s not made for any other ethnic group.

The call is included in a sample homework assignment for California’s Ethnic Studies Model Curriculum (ESMC), an education blueprint years in the making that has been criticized in the past as “blatantly anti-Semitic” and caused an uproar in the American Jewish community.
