Covid vaccination and ‘immunity cards’ to be issued to all Americans

On Wednesday the Department of Defense released the first images of a Covid vaccination record card as well as vaccination kits. “Everyone will be issued a written card that they can put in their wallet that will tell them what they had and when their next dose is due,” says Dr. Kelly Moore, associate director of the Immunization Action Coalition. “Let’s do the simple, easy thing first. Everyone’s going to get that.”

Head of CBC calls news outlet ‘a beacon of truth’ as ad revenue continues to plummet

CBC-TV advertising revenue has plummeted 19 percent in six months and that the network is considering programming cuts, according to Blacklock’s Reporter.

Advertising revenue between March 30 and September 30 declined from $91 million to $73.8 million. According to CBC, the drop was due to a general decline in advertising revenue accrued by television networks during the pandemic.

Despite the drop in advertising revenue, the CBC still continues to source most of their revenue from the government, which spends $1.3 billion on the broadcaster annually.

Government gives $13 million to failing company in Kenya

According to records obtained by Blacklock’s Reporter, the federal government gave M-Kopa Solar an investment of $12.8 million in 2018. M-Kopa is a direct sales company that sells cell-phones and solar appliances door-to-door in rural Africa.
