Aspirational racism for the left

The truly multiracial coalition in the US these days isn’t the Democratic party. It’s the anti-Semitic mass movement that takes to the streets of blue-state cities every time Israel defends itself against terrorism.

Israel will no doubt survive the latest barrage of disapproval from people with a bottomless supply of personal pronouns and malicious memes. But this is a problem for American Jews today — and it will be all of America’s problem tomorrow, because the overrunning of the public square by anti-Jewish cranks and conspiracy theorists is a perennial warning sign of social breakdown.

Germany: Synagogue vandalism condemned by lawmakers, religious leaders

German lawmakers and religious leaders on Wednesday condemned vandalism against Jewish synagogues, and the desecration of a memorial for another synagogue destroyed by the Nazis in 1938.

All three of the incidents occurred on Tuesday night in the cities of Bonn, Düsseldorf and Münster in the western state of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW).

The incidents were reportedly motivated by the current violence in Israel and Gaza.

Why won’t Israelis let themselves be killed?

The global woke loathing for Israel is taking an even darker turn.

Two weeks ago Turkish forces launched a military assault in the Duhok region of Iraqi Kurdistan. Villagers were forced to ‘flee in terror’ from raining bombs. It was only the latest bombardment of the beleaguered Kurds by Turkey, NATO member and Western ally. It did not trend online. There were no noisy protests in London or New York. The Turks weren’t talked about in woke circles as crazed, bloodthirsty killers. Tweeters didn’t dream out loud about Turks burning in hell. The Onion didn’t do any close-to-the-bone satire about how Turkish soldiers just love killing children. No, the Duhok attack passed pretty much without comment.

Biden DOJ Nominee Conceals Ties To Anti-Semitic Professor Who Blamed Jews For 911

Archived copies of a scholarly journal show Justice Department nominee Kristen Clarke listed on the masthead alongside an anti-Semitic writer with whom she claimed under oath she has never collaborated.

The revelation could prompt charges that she gave inaccurate answers to the Senate Judiciary Committee. Clarke told lawmakers that she has never worked with Amiri Baraka, the Marxist and anti-Semitic black nationalist who accused Israel of having advanced knowledge of 9/11 in a 2002 poem. Both Clarke and Baraka are listed as editors of the journal Souls at least eight times over two years.

Criticizing BLM is Unforgivable, Killing Jews is Understandable – The twisted campaign against the Zionist Organization of America.

Criticizing BLM is Unforgivable, Killing Jews is Understandable – The twisted campaign against the Zionist Organization of America.

In 2019, Rina Shnerb, a 17-year-old girl who had been hiking in Israel with her father and brother, was blown up by a bomb. Rabbi Eitan Shnerb, who ran a charity that handed out clothes and food to the poor, had enough time to kiss Rina on the forehead, before she died.

“I will say of the LORD, who is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust,” the Rabbi at her gravesite chanted the words of Psalm 91. “Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold, and see the recompense of the wicked.”

Biden’s Team of Racists and Anti-Semites: An Anti-American Coalition in the Heart of the White House

Formally introducing his cabinet to the public, Joe Biden proudly declared: “This is the first [time] in American history that the cabinet looks like America.” Looking at the actual appointments and not just the gender, skin color, and ethnic origins of the Biden team, it is a team that may look like America but doesn’t think like America. In fact, it is a team whose outlook is anti-American.

It is a mystery…

Zionist group rips Omar, House Foreign Affairs over ‘deeply troubling’ tweets on Holocaust Remembrance Day

The head of the Zionist Organization of America ripped the House Foreign Affairs Committee and one of its members, Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.), on Friday following tweets on Holocaust Remembrance Day he deeded “antisemitic,” “hateful,” and “reprehensible.”

ZOA President Morton Klein told Breitbart News he had “deep concern” about a tweet from the official Twitter account of the House committee that did not “mention Jews and antisemitism” but rather only referenced “six million (unidentified) lives” as well as “general forces” of injustice and prejudice.

Klein also lashed out at Omar for a tweet he described as “hateful and antisemitic” and used to attack Israel on Holocaust Remembrance Day.

The Biden administration is Obama 2.0. This isn’t going to get better.

The Threats American Jewry Refuses to Face – Appeasing ‘progressive’ Jew-haters.

After being forced by Covid-19 restrictions to celebrate Passover alone last year, like their Israeli brethren, American Jews were by and large able to celebrate the Passover seder with their friends and families this year. And as in Israel, American Jewish families reveled in their deliverance from loneliness on the Jewish festival of deliverance.

But even the joy of Passover couldn’t dispel the twin storm clouds rising around the largest Jewish diaspora.

Anti-Semites Defining Anti-Semitism – And why it’s crucial to push back.

As the 2016 Internal Holocaust Remembrance Association’s (IHRA) working definition of anti-Semitism continues to be adopted by organizations and universities who find it useful as a way of identifying instances of anti-Semitism—and especially the “new anti-Semitism” which couches itself as criticism of Israel—predictably, though unsurprisingly, groups that wish to continue to slander and libel the Jewish state have come out in opposition to it. What bothers these indignant individuals? Possibly the section of the IHRA definition that suggests that “Applying double standards by requiring of [Israel] a behavior not expected or demanded of any other democratic nation” is anti-Semitic.

Avi Benlolo: Are educated people more anti-Semitic?

“…If hate is taught, it can be untaught through education, right?

Wrong, according to a new survey spearheaded by Prof. Jay P. Greene, Prof. Albert Cheng and Ian Kingsbury, who discussed their results in a feature article published recently in Tablet magazine. Their survey was designed to determine whether anti-Semitism is associated with lower levels of education. Their shocking results reveal that we have probably put too much of our faith over the last century into education. In fact, it’s possible that the opposite may be true — that the more educated you are, the more anti-Semitic you might be.”

Former ADL Director Discovers Virulent Islamic Anti-Semitism

Abe Foxman finds himself at odds with his former support of Democratic orthodoxy over Islam and Israel.

President Donald “Trump is a demagogue and his presidency threatens American democracy,” former Anti-Defamation League (ADL) director Abraham Foxman wrote on September 11, 2020,  in opposition to Trump’s reelection. Yet review of Foxman’s 2003 bookNever Again: The Threat of the New Anti-Semitism, actually indicates that Jews such as him and others should have voted for Trump over Vice President Joe Biden.

The ADL is as big a sham as the SPLC. Democrat party smear machines.

Will Black Lives Matter Foundation’s Donation Surge Fuel Anti-Semitism?

Will Black Lives Matter Foundation’s Donation Surge Fuel Anti-Semitism?

The Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement generated headlines last week when it issued a report announcing it raised $90 million in 2020.

While the general slogan and cause may attract support from a wide swath of the American public – polling last fall showed about 50 percent favorability – the group’s leadership harbors some extreme viewpoints, especially when it comes to Israel.

I say count on it.

‘Antisemitic trope’: NBC under fire over ‘SNL’ sketch on Israeli vaccine rollout

NBC officials are facing calls to apologize over a “Saturday Night Live” sketch that accused Israel of vaccinating only its Jewish citizens against the novel coronavirus, a claim that critics lambasted as untrue and anti-Semitic.

Comedian Michael Che said during the show’s “Weekend Update” segment that “Israel is reporting that they’ve vaccinated half of their population. And I’m going to guess it’s the Jewish half.”
