I was a DEI director — DEI drives campus antisemitism

The blatant antisemitism on college campuses has shocked millions of Americans over the past week and a half.

But not me.

I saw antisemitism on a weekly basis in my two years as a faculty “diversity, equity and inclusion” director.

In fact, I can safely say that toxic DEI ideology deliberately stokes hatred toward Israel and the Jewish people.

Ontario MPP Jama subject of censure motion for comments about Israel-Hamas conflict

Checks all NDP boxes, Black, female, disabled, hates Jews

Ontario Progressive Conservatives are set to introduce a censure motion against Hamilton MPP Sarah Jama in connection with a statement on the Israeli-Hamas conflict in the Middle East.

Housing Minister Paul Calandra says his motion would give the Speaker permission not to recognize Jama in the house until she apologizes for remarks she recently made.

Ottawa announces new special envoy for Holocaust remembrance and combatting antisemitism

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has announced a new special envoy for Holocaust remembrance and combatting antisemitism, Deborah Lyons, who will serve for a two-year period.

A news release from the Prime Minister’s Office describes Ms. Lyons as a “firm ally to the Jewish community” and an individual with a history of working with community organizations.

The woke scapegoating of the Jews

The Western left’s response to Hamas’s atrocities has exposed a virulent new form of anti-Semitism.

The assault on southern Israel last weekend was more than an atrocity. This callous and systematic murder of civilians was nothing less than a 21st-century version of a barbaric pogrom. The videos recorded by Hamas operatives as they slaughtered people serve as a frightening testimony to human depravity. They more than match the numerous beheading videos that glorified the barbarism of Islamic State and other terrorist organisations in recent decades.

George Monastiriakos: Canadian progressives playing into the hands of our enemies

Checks all NDP boxes, Black, female, disabled, hates Jews

Canada’s continued prosperity in an increasingly dangerous and disordered world depends on the rules-based international order maintained by the United States and the alliance it leads — a system Ottawa played an integral role in building and that Canadians greatly benefit from. Canada’s allegiance is thus to the West, not to the “ axis of outcasts “: Russia, Iran, North Korea and Syria. So why do “progressives” keep regurgitating these countries’ talking points and advancing their interests?

BLM Chicago goes on posting rampage as it doubles down on its support of Palestine after issuing a sarcastic apology

BLM Chicago has gone on a posting rampage as it doubles down on its support for Palestine – even though the group issued a sarcastic apology and deleted its offensive post using an image of a paraglider with a Palestinian flag.

They removed the original post – which is similar to the Hamas terrorists who paraglided into an Israeli music festival to viciously murder 260 innocent attendees.

Their half-hearted, sarcastic apology on Wednesday read: ‘Yesterday we sent out msgs [messages] that we aren’t proud of.

Ontario NDP leader asks Hamilton MPP to retract statement on Israel-Gaza war

Ontario NDP Leader Marit Stiles called on one of the party’s members to retract a statement on the Israel-Gaza war, saying the statement wasn’t approved by the caucus.

In a post and accompanying statement on the social-media site X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday afternoon, Hamilton Centre MPP Sarah Jama said in response to the intensifying violence in the Middle East: “I’m reflecting on my role as a politician who is participating in this settler colonial system, and I ask that all politicians do the same.”

Many on the left have conveniently displayed their true colours and refuse to walk back their sordid murder cult ideology. Thanks for the help guys.

Why isn’t Antifa condemning the tide of anti-Semitism?

I have a question about the events of the past few days: where is Antifa? Where are those self-styled anti-fascists who love to rage against anything that is even vaguely reminiscent of the 1930s?

Jews in Israel have been rounded up and murdered. Disgusting anti-Semites are on the streets of Sydney screaming, ‘Gas the Jews! Fuck the Jews!’ Mobs in London have taunted Israel, essentially laughing over its dead Jews. Britain’s Jewish schoolkids are taking off their blazers lest anyone recognise them as Jews and attack them. Across Europe security is being beefed up at Jewish establishments — schools, synagogues, museums — out of fear that Hamas-supporting mobs will invade and desecrate them.

Black Lives Matter: Hamas massacre must not be condemned

Black Lives Matter Grassroots issued a statement today (Tuesday) reiterating the organization’s support for the Palestinian cause following the Hamas massacre of over 900 Israelis on Saturday, and even said that Hamas should not be condemned for the deadliest attack on Jews since the Nazi Holocaust.

“As the world is faced with deep questions about self-determination, as we all desire and pray for a world of peace, we must stand unwaveringly on the side of the oppressed. When a people has been subject to decades of apartheid and unimaginable violence, their resistance must not be condemned but understood as a desperate act of self-defense,” Black Lives Matter Grassroots stated.

I’m pretty sure white supremacists put them up to this.

WARMINGTON: Jewish groups call for end to ‘heinous’ pro-Hamas rallies in Canada

Celebrating Hamas-led Palestinian terrorists’ evil slaughter of helpless victims in Israel is not protesting.

It’s backing mass murder and it’s dangerous.

I do not blame the Jewish community for asking for the ban but nothing will be done.

Things will almost certainly get as bad in Toronto as in London, Stockholm, Brussels, Paris or Berlin and they know that.

Possible Pro-Hamas Rally at Nathan Phillips Square Toronto 2PM Thanksgiving Day.

CUPE Deletes Statement Praising Palestine ‘Resistance’ in Wake of Terrorist Attacks After Wide Condemnation

A branch of the Canadian Union of Public Employees, CUPE Local 3906, has deleted a social media message it had posted a day earlier to celebrate Palestine “resistance” following terrorist attacks by Hamas in Israel that killed over 350 people.

“Palestine is rising, long live the resistance,” the union local, which represents academic workers including research assistants and sessional faculty at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Oct. 7.

Cheerleaders for Hamas

The woke left’s response to the Islamist assault on Israel has exploded their phoney moral superiority for good.

First, the horror. No sooner had Hamas rolled into Israel on Saturday, murdering and kidnapping those they came across, than images of their depraved exploits were plastered across social media. Innocent people executed on the streets. A pensioner kidnapped and driven into Gaza on a golf buggy. A young woman’s lifeless body, stripped almost naked, paraded on the back of a pick-up truck as men spat on her and chanted ‘Allahu Akbar’. Ordinary people slaughtered and taken for no other crime than being Israeli, than being Jewish. Then, the sewer. Just as social media had confronted us with such unspeakable evil, it then confronted us with those in the West who looked upon these barbaric, blood-thirsty scenes – from the comfort of safe homes 2,000 miles away – and thought to themselves: Good.

Terry Glavin: As Israeli innocents are hunted and murdered, certain Canadian ‘progressives’ choose to celebrate

The savagery is mind-numbing.

A gleeful mob of young men spitting on the half-naked body of a dead woman in the back of a truck, paraded down a Gaza side street. Heaps of bloodied Jewish corpses in bomb shelters. People pulled from their cars and riddled with bullets. The streets of Israeli towns littered with dead innocents.

Pink Floyd’s Roger Waters ‘mocked musician’s grandmother who died in Holocaust’

The former Pink Floyd star Roger Waters mocked a musician’s grandmother who died in the Holocaust, a new documentary alleges.

He also allegedly proposed writing “dirty k—”, a highly offensive racial slur, on an inflatable pig to be floated above one of his concerts.

Former colleagues have given interviews in which they claim the singer-songwriter made numerous humiliating and demeaning comments to Jewish people in his entourage.
