A racist transgender woman faces jail after being found guilty of battering a Chinese man on a New York City subway with a hammer.
Christian Jeffers, 49, who identifies as a woman, was found guilty of attempted assault, assault, criminal possession of a weapon, menacing and aggravated harassment.
The jury deliberated for less than a day before delivering a guilty verdict. Jeffers had taken to the stand one day prior in her defense.

When I was a kid, whenever I would act up the common threat was that I would be packed up and shipped off to military school within the week. To be fair, my parents were left-wing pacifists and I suppose in their minds that would have been the direst of consequences. But I remember thinking at the time that it wasn’t such a bad idea. It would have been superior in many respects to what I was learning, and the photos always showed these majestic campuses in some bucolic setting. Maybe New England. Plus, girls dig a man in uniform. That meant dragging me to cultural events that I didn’t understand and making me eat health food that I despised.

Haven Wilvich has been accused of lying that she visited the Olympus Spa in early 2020 to ask whether trans women with penises could be admitted.
She now claims to have made the enquiry over the phone instead. Wilvich complained to Washington State’s Human Rights Commission after being told only trans women who’d had gender reassignment surgery would be admitted.

A hospital and doctors in California are facing a new lawsuit for removing the breasts of a 13-year-old girl after she claimed she was a boy.
The defendants carried out “ideological and profit driven medical abuse” when they prescribed her puberty blockers and hormones and, later, performed a double mastectomy, Charles Limandri, one of the lawyers representing the plaintiff, Layla Jane, said in a statement.
