Republican claims of ‘terrorism’ leave everyone unsafe, Muslim leader of terrorist front group warns

The deputy director of the US’s biggest Muslim civil rights and advocacy group warns that Republican governors’ steps to declare his organization a “terrorist organization” won’t stop with the Muslim community.

“No governor should have the power to unilaterally declare a civil rights or advocacy group he disagrees with a terrorist organization, take punitive action against them, all in violation of due process and free speech,” Edward Ahmed Mitchell, the deputy director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, told the Guardian this month. “If any governor can get away with abusing that kind of power, then no organization is safe.”

In November, the Texas governor Greg Abbott designated Cair and the Muslim Brotherhood, the century-old movement founded in Egypt and active through chapters overseas, “foreign terrorist and transnational criminal organizations”. The Florida governor Ron DeSantis issued a similar order in early December.

Scrutiny Rising Over Council on American-Islamic Relations’ Ties to Terrorism — and Turkey’s Governmen

The Council on American-Islamic Relations is taking a beating this holiday season. Just before Thanksgiving, Texas designated the civil rights organization, known colloquially as “CAIR,” as a foreign terrorist organization. Florida followed suit on December 8.

The day that Governor Ron DeSantis designated CAIR, news broke that the organization’s political advocacy arm, CAIR Action, has been operating in America “without the licenses, registrations, or legal authority required in any of the 22 states where it raises money or conducts political activity.” Nor does CAIR Action possess the documentation required to “legally operate or solicit funds” at Washington, D.C., where it’s incorporated.

Florida governor declares CAIR a Muslim terrorist organization

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Monday designated one of the largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy groups in the U.S. a “foreign terrorist organization,” following a similar step by Texas last month.

The directive against the Council on American-Islamic Relations comes in an executive order DeSantis posted on the social media site X. It also gives the same label to the Muslim Brotherhood.

Neither CAIR nor the Muslim Brotherhood is designated as a foreign terrorist organization by the U.S. government.

CAIR Paid Students To Vandalize College Campuses

Colleges and universities have used an extremely light touch when punishing students who vandalized, occupied, or even assaulted fellow students on campus. The pro-Hamas protests upended colleges and universities because these entitled brats hated Jews and loved destruction.

For that, few received any punishment at all.

This should go a long way towards the acceptance of Remigration of all Muslims.

Greg Abbott Takes Strong Action Against Terrorism-Tied Organizations CAIR & the Muslim Brotherhood

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott announced on Tuesday that he had designated the Muslim Brotherhood and the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) as foreign terrorist groups.

Both of these organizations have had longstanding ties to radical Islamic terrorism.

In a post on X, the governor noted that his proclamation “bans them from buying or acquiring land in Texas and authorizes the Attorney General to sue to shut them down.”

Opening CAIR’s Books

A court case might finally reveal if the Council of American-Islamic Relations has been the recipient of terrorist funding.

The Council of American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has long been suspected of receiving funding from terrorist groups and terror-supporting countries. Now, a federal magistrate has ruled that it must open its donor files and books on its assets as part of a discovery request in a lawsuit by a former employee.

CAIR Complains 98.3% on No-Fly List are Muslim

CAIR, a hate group whose co-founder openly stated that he supports Hamas and who celebrated the Oct 7 attacks on Israel, spends a lot of its time complaining that Muslims are wrongly suspected of supporting Islamic terrorism.

In its latest “Islamophobia report”, busily being promoted by the media, CAIR complains that there are too many Muslims on the ‘No-Fly’ list.

CAIR’s Support for Parents Opposed to ‘LGBT’ Curriculum Reflects Move Away from Fake Progressive Stance

After years of allowing its branches to collaborate with leftists on issues related to sexuality, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is standing with conservative parents in Maryland to rally for the right to opt their children out of “LGBT” teachings they deem objectionable.

This latest development reflects a more general trend in U.S. Islamism, in which there is an increasing tendency for Islamists to partner with conservatives — Islamists now pretending to support traditional family values. CAIR leaders and other Islamists are moving away from the previous tendency to pander to leftist and “progressive” opinion for tactical reasons. Yet, as may be seen below, the situation remains in flux with some elements at the local level continuing the trend of pandering to local progressives, even as CAIR’s national leadership appears to be more openly advocating Islamist positions regarding the “LGBT” issue.

Muslims Chide U.S. Over Past Slavery, Ignore Islam’s Past and Present Slavery

The Council on American-Islamic Relations—which goes by the cloying acronym, CAIR—is again exposing itself for what it is: an Islamist group dedicated to “sabotaging” and “destroying the Western civilization from within.”

Following news that Fort Hood in Texas was changing its name to Fort Cavazos, CAIR exulted in a press release. Originally named after John Bell Hood (above), a Confederate general, and now named after the first Latino to become a general in the U.S. Army, CAIR endorsed the change, since, “American military bases should not be named,” preached CAIR rep, Ibrahim Hooper, after those who sought “to preserve slavery. We welcome this name change and call on all remnants of the Confederacy to be removed nationwide.”

Muslims Sue FBI for Religious Discrimination, Feds Base Their Defense on ‘Secret Evidence’

Now here’s an interesting case. A group of Muslims is suing the FBI, claiming religious discrimination over surveillance that the feds carried out a few years after 9/11. The hard-Left ACLU and the Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) are siding with the plaintiffs, which ordinarily would be a massive red flag impugning their case, but the FBI’s entire case is based on its trustworthiness as an institution. And after all we have seen over the last few years, can anyone really trust the FBI?

Another Gaping Hole in the Islamist Antisemitism Con

Two hate crimes made news in New York City last week. The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) chose to condemn only one.

Why? Both involved premeditated, unprovoked attacks on people based on their identities. Victims in both cases required hospitalization. What distinction could have made one worthy of condemnation and one worthy of silence?

If you follow CAIR even casually, you already know.

CAIR Sex Offender Gives Keynote Speech at Pakistani Annual Boys Party

Usually, when people commit unforgivable crimes dealing with children, the perpetrators of such crimes become ‘persona non grata.’ No one wants to know or be associated with them. That is what appeared to take place with ex-CAIR official Ahmad Saleem – who was arrested for soliciting sex from someone whom he believed to be a twelve-year-old girl – until this author discovered that Saleem had been the keynote speaker at what was billed as a ‘Welcome Party’ for boys, at an educational facility in northeast Pakistan. Was hosting this an honest mistake made by the school’s administrators or did they intentionally ignore his dastardly background?

The hate that CAIR loves to defend

CAIR defends a trainer fired for posts cursing Zionists and saying Israel doesn’t have a right to exist, but attacks Canary Mission.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) again is making it clear that its understanding of antisemitism stops at the moment Israel, the birthplace of Judaism whose existence is supported by more than 90 percent of the world’s Jewry, is mentioned favorably.

Last week, CAIR’s Philadelphia chapter filed an EEOC complaint, alleging employment discrimination by a posh Pennsylvania private school. Natalie Abulhawa was fired from her job as an athletic trainer at the Agnes Irwin School in Bryn Mawr after a review of her social media posts, which cursed “Zionists” with a crude and sexist term while another said “Israel doesn’t have a right to exist.”
