Migrant protests descend into anarchy as rival groups clash

Migrant protests have descended into anarchy as a wave of demonstrations took place around the UK during a weekend of fury over asylum seeker hotels.

Today more than 30 protests were held in towns including Bristol, Exeter, Tamworth, Cannock, Nuneaton, Liverpool, Wakefield, Newcastle, Horley, Canary Wharf, Aberdeen and Perth in Scotland, and Mold in Wales.

Counter-protests, many set up by anti-fascist group Stand Up To Racism, have also turned out at many of the locations outside hotels housing asylum seekers.

France is in denial about its migrant hotels

The High Court victory of Epping Forest District Council has made news in France. The decision to temporarily block migrants from being housed in The Bell Hotel was covered by newspapers such as Le Monde and Le Figaro.

The latter provided some context to the growing tension in England, noting that the migrants in Epping are just a few of the estimated 32,000 migrants housed in hotels ‘at the expense of the British taxpayer.’

Nigel Farage Unveils Reform UK ‘Mass Deportations‘ Blueprint for Britain

Nigel Farage has unveiled Reform UK’s plans for “mass deportations” and a dismantling of the so-called human rights codes that facilitate the “crisis” of illegal immigration.

The Brexit boss and current favourite to become the next prime minister of the United Kingdom, Nigel Farage, said that his government would enact a policy of “detain and deport” rather than allowing mostly military age illegal migrant males to claim asylum and be housed at taxpayer expense.

Posh girls for illegal immigration

Zoe Gardner is the latest professional activist to sneer at working-class concerns about the migrant hotels.

The calibre of so-called progressives coming out to bat for illegal immigration amid growing anger over migrant hotels has been of a very low quality lately. So low in fact that they are making the situation worse.

I’ve been struck by just how many of the talking heads commissioned to appear on various current-affairs shows and radio phone-ins don’t appear to understand the migrant-hotels issue or why it’s provoking so much anger. Among the many low-calibre pundits in this vein one in particular has stood out: Zoe Gardner.

Britain’s Flag Wars Fly in the Face of National Self-Loathing

Until a few weeks ago, you were more likely to see a Palestinian, Ukrainian, or LGBT pride flag flying in London than to see any of the UK’s own colours. Now, thanks to a grassroots movement called Operation Raise the Colours, that could be changing.

Union Jacks and St. George’s flags have been cropping up across the country over the last few weeks, being hung on lampposts by groups of patriots. The movement appears to have begun in Birmingham, organised online, before spreading to Norwich, Bradford, Newcastle, Swindon, and even London.

Chow says Toronto will face a $107M shortfall if feds don’t provide more funding for refugee supports

Toronto Mayor Olivia Chow is speaking out after recently learning that the federal government plans to only provide a quarter of the funding the city requires to cover the costs of providing interim housing for refugees and asylum seekers.

In a letter addressed to her City Council colleagues, Chow said the feds notified the City of Toronto that they would be paying out only 26 per cent of what Toronto projects to spend on shelter costs for refugees and asylum seekers in 2025.

In the note, Chow suggests that the shortfall amounts to a “cut.”

Wave of protests planned at up to 30 migrant hotels this weekend

Asylum hotels across the country will be hit by a wave of anti-immigration protests over the next three days, The Times understands.

Dozens of demonstrations are being planned after a High Court judge ordered the removal of migrants from a hotel in Essex.

Hotels in Chichester, Cannock, Wakefield and Tamworth are believed to be among the main targets as communities seek to replicate the results of the landmark ruling on Tuesday.

Immigration raid in New Jersey results in dozens of warehouse workers detained

Dozens of immigrant workers were detained at a warehouse in New Jersey on Wednesday, in the latest federal raid as part of Donald Trump’s immigration crackdown.

Agents from Customs and Border Protection (CBP) descended on the warehouse, in Edison, New Jersey, at 9am on Wednesday, the New York Times reported. Officers led some workers away in zip ties, employees told the Times, while people they deemed to have legal status in the US were given yellow wristbands.

Univision reported that the agents spent hours at the facility, during what CBP said was a “surprise inspection”. CBP told Univision the operation had begun as part of “routine efforts” to verify customs, employment and safety regulations.

Sweden Democrats: Fix Broken Health System for Swedes, Not Gazans

Swedish citizens are constantly being let down by their health care system. But rather than focus on improving services for their voters, establishment figures are considering plans that would place them under further strain.

Health Minister Acko Ankarberg Johansson said on Monday that the government does not rule out transporting Gazans to Sweden and treating them there, an idea supported by the opposition. But already, Swedish hospitals are being closed down, and their patients sent to overcrowded facilities, with women from six regions having to travel up to 300 km to give birth.

Epping migrant hotel to close following weeks of protest after resident was charged with sexual assault

Migrants are set to be moved out of a controversial asylum hotel after a council was granted a injunction to shut it down.

Council leaders won the first stage of their battle close the Bell Hotel in Epping, Essex, on planning permission grounds after it became an epicentre of anti-immigration protests, including some which turned violent.

The demonstrations were sparked when a migrant living at the hotel was charged with a series of sexual offences, including some against a 14-year-old girl.

A victory but a small one, the UK needs new leaders, more Trump less 3rd world chump.

Shocking footage shows illegal-migrant driver make outrageous rogue U-turn, killing 3

Terrifying video shows the moment a minivan ploughed into a tractor-trailer making an outrageous rogue U-turn on a Florida highway last week — with all three people in the van killed and the truck’s illegal-migrant driver charged with homicide.

The roadway horror happened around 3 p.m. Tuesday on the Florida Turnpike near Fort Pierce when the tractor-trailer driven by suspect Harjinder Singh made a hard left turn across the highway and attempted to cross the median through an “Official Use Only” pass, authorities said.

Family paid smugglers to reunite after separation by CBSA at Quebec border

A Haitian family was separated at the Quebec-U.S. border this spring due to what an immigration lawyer calls a “legal glitch” some fear could become a wider problem as more migrants flee the United States into Canada.

The family attempted to enter Canada at the official land crossing in Lacolle, Que., in March, according to immigration documents.

They are not in danger in the United States, we have no obligation to accept any of them.

Syrians in Austria Deliberately Fail German-Language Exams To Stay on Welfare

A new report on Syrian refugees in Austria has ignited political controversy after suggesting that some migrants are deliberately failing the exam after completing German courses to avoid low-paying jobs.

The findings, published in daily Kronen Zeitung and based on the Austrian Labour Market Service’s (AMS) study, have prompted sharp criticism from opposition politicians, particularly the right-wing Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ).

‘British women and girls are paying the price for Labour’s lax immigration laws’

This Isn’t Compassion. It’s State-Sponsored Danger.

You can’t claim to protect women while placing unvetted illegal migrant men, whose criminal histories are completely unknown, into our towns and villages.

These aren’t refugees or tourists. They are men of fighting age, arriving without documentation, placed in communities at taxpayer expense, while British families struggle under soaring taxes.
