Trudeau blameless for asylum seekers sleeping in Toronto’s streets says Trudeau

‘It is unacceptable in a country like Canada,’ Trudeau says of asylum-seekers sleeping on Toronto streets

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says it is “unacceptable” that asylum-seekers were forced to camp out on Toronto streets when they were turned away from the city’s overwhelmed shelter system last month and is vowing to be “part of the mix” when it comes to solving the crisis.

Last week, Toronto Mayor Olivia Chow renewed her call for the federal government to come up with long-term solutions for refugees coming to Toronto. She said the $97 million in funding that recently came from Ottawa is not enough to deal with the shelter space shortage.

“Unacceptable in a country like Canada?” You made Canada a shithole Junior.

When will be rid of this puke?

At last, (some of) the MSM are listening to Migration Watch

LAST week Migration Watch sent out an email to their followers titled: ‘Are asylum lawyers a law unto themselves? How many shysters are there among them?’

They were commenting on groundbreaking (for the mainstream media) investigative journalism by the Daily Mail which confirmed what many of us have suspected, that dodgy (in fact, criminal) lawyers have been offering to invent back-stories for their illegal immigrant clients to secure asylum for them. Staff at solicitors’ firms readily agreed to help an undercover reporter posing as an economic migrant who’d arrived on a small boat, to get refugee status. This was despite being told he had no legitimate reason to stay in the UK.

Thousands of Cubans Flown Illegally Into Europe

An intercontinental criminal network smuggled 5,000 Cuban citizens into Europe via Serbia, taking advantage of the lack of visa requirements to enter Serbia, according to a press release on Monday, July 24th, from Europol, the European Union’s law enforcement agency.

An investigation by Europol and Interpol was triggered in October 2021 after Serbian, Greek, North Macedonian, and Finnish authorities reported an increased number of Cuban citizens attempting to enter Europe with false documents.

Germany struggles to house refugees

The calls for help keep coming from municipalities that are running out of room to take in asylum seekers and war refugees from Ukraine. The latest example: the Fulda district in the central German state of Hesse. Towns and municipalities are “at the absolute limit of their capacity” to accommodate people “at least halfway humanely,” reads a letter from the county council to the state and federal governments, which a large majority of local lawmakers endorsed in mid-July.

Welcome to England, your all-inclusive cabin awaits

UK Migrant Barge

WE have seen a proliferation of hotels across the UK. Some belong to large chains whilst others are owned and operated by smaller operations. Catering for all tastes from city breaks to rural retreats, there is something to suit all budgets.

Into the sector a new competitor has entered, hoping to win a slice of the profitable hospitality pie.

Taking a nautical inspiration, the company behind the initiative, HMG, have launched their first floating hotel – or, as they like to call it, a floatel.

Berlin Pools To Require ID After Violence Often Linked to Migrant Youths

As temperatures across Europe have soared over the summer, many living in some of Europe’s larger cities attempt to beat the heat by attending outdoor pools—and the German capital of Berlin is no exception.

However, after a number of recent incidents of large-scale violence, many in the German capital are calling for more to be done to prevent violence from youths, described by Christian Democratic Union (CDU) general secretary Carsten Linnemann as often being from migrant backgrounds, Deutsche Welle reports.

Dutch government collapses over immigration policy

AMSTERDAM (Reuters) -The Dutch government collapsed on Friday after failing to reach a deal on restricting immigration, which will trigger new elections in the fall.

The crisis was triggered by a push by Prime Minister Mark Rutte’s conservative VVD party to limit the flow of asylum seekers to the Netherlands, which two of his four-party government coalition refused to support.

As Canada faces wildfires and smoke, is it ready for climate migrants?

The air in several major Canadian cities on Monday smells like burning campfires.

Air quality has plummeted during recent weeks because of wildfire smoke, made worse by the adverse effects of climate change in an “unprecedented” fire season. But as Canada battles environmental emergencies, advocates are asking if the country is ready to play its part in a global crisis of climate migrants.

‘Asylum Mafia’ Boss Claims Migrant Crossings Cannot Be Stopped

A migrant smuggler has boasted that there is nothing European leaders can do to stop people from making illegal and highly dangerous journeys to the continent. The criminal insisted that “not even the Prophet himself could prevent the Harka”—the name given to illegal immigration in Tunisia.

Twenty-nine-year-old Hassan (not his real name) has made a lot of money through what he described as his “illegal travel agency.” At the top of a chain in which a number of “coordinators” collect “customers” from Tunisia and send them off in small boats, he has played an important role in the significant rise of illegal crossings to Italy, increasing four-fold in the first quarter of 2023 compared to the same period the year before.

Dutch farmers’ party calls for refugee cap as it soars in the polls

The Dutch farmers’ party has called for a cap on asylum seekers in the Netherlands as polls predicted it would challenge the prime minister’s party to become the country’s strongest political force in a general election.

The Farmers-Citizen Movement (BBB) came from nowhere to become the largest party in all 12 Dutch provinces in regional elections in March after a campaign dominated by large-scale tractor protests against compulsory farm buy-outs to hit EU climate change targets.

Sweden’s PM Vows Change in Migration Policy to the ‘EU’s Strictest’

How the Left annihilated Sweden.

Center-Right Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson has finally declared a drastic shift in the immigration policy of a once-peaceful country that has become a haven for the most violent foreign gangs, due to its infamous open-door welcome at the height of the migration crisis that has continued since 2015. Kristersson announced that Sweden is changing its “migration policy to the EU’s strictest.” The Sweden Democrats were handed a virtual no-win predicament when they joined the government in 2022, caused by the previous Socialist Democratic Party. “Almost all 5,000 gang members” in Sweden are migrants, and their proliferation is threatening to get worse without state intervention.
