Military considered delaying WW2 vets to fly Trudeau home after his plane was damaged

OTTAWA — When engine damage to his plane was set to strand Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in London, the military, with few planes to spare, was forced to consider pulling aircraft from military exercises and even the “unpalatable” option of delaying a group of Second World War veterans to bring him home.

They should have made him walk.

Health Canada: Underreporting of Adverse Events from Covid Vaccines a ‘Common Problem’

The senior Health Canada official who had final authority for the approval of the COVID-19 vaccines says the surveillance system to monitor its adverse events falls far short on providing an accurate picture of the situation.

“We do expect there to be a lot of underreporting,” said Dr. Celia Lourenco, acting associate assistant deputy minister with Health Canada, during a Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board hearing on July 13.

Should Canada conduct a national COVID response inquiry? The BMJ thinks so

Does Canada need a national inquiry into its COVID-19 response?

The prestigious BMJ (British Medical Journal) thinks so, and makes five key arguments in favour of a large-scale review: one, that failing to look at the past will ensure an unchanged future; two, that a lack of independent inquiry allows others to fill the void, citing the National Citizens’ Inquiry, a ridiculous exercise mounted by anti-vaccine and anti-lockdown dogmatists; thirdly, it would help deliver on Canada’s ambition to be a global leader; fourth, it could provide an “actionable framework” for reforming Canada’s health care system; and finally, that a public inquiry would provide accountability for the horrible losses the country suffered, including more than 50,000 COVID-19 deaths.

Why bother? The bastards would only lie to us anyway.

China to Wage War on America from the Arctic

This month, Hong Kong’s South China Morning Post reported that the Shanghai-based Polar Research Institute of China revealed that “China has completed the field testing and evaluation of an underwater listening device that will be deployed on a large scale in the Arctic Ocean.”

The innocuous-sounding report tells us that China intends to wage war against the United States and Canada from the Arctic.

As home prices soar, Habitat for Humanity helps higher-income Canadians buy properties

After decades of helping low-income Canadians get into homes, Habitat for Humanity is witnessing a profound change in who it is assisting.

The charity is increasingly backstopping mortgage loans for higher-income households, including those earning about $100,000 a year, in yet another sign of how unaffordable Canada has become.

“Canadian Man”

A Canadian man arrested by British police at Heathrow Airport last week on suspicion of terrorism offences has now been formally charged.

“The Crown Prosecution Service has authorized charges in relation to Anjem Choudary and Khaled Hussein under the Terrorism Act,” said Nick Price, chief Crown prosecutor for the CPS counterterrorism division.

“The charges relate to the proscribed organization Al-Muhajiroun, also known as the Islamic Thinkers Society.”

It’s time to send Justin Trudeau to NATO purgatory

Like some of you, my father would say “it’s time for a frank talk” whenever he needed to tell me something I did not want to hear.

Back then, it was often a reminder that filling the gas tank was part of driving his car on Saturday nights.

Well, it’s time for a little frank talk with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau of Canada because he’s been eating too many free lunches lately.

China’s Spying in Canada Soars to New Heights

If there is one thing we as Canadians have heard an awful lot about of late it is what has been termed “foreign interference.” This refers to efforts by foreign states to identify those in our land and use them to advance their own interests, or stifle any activity deemed not in those interests. And while several nations have been highlighted as behind this kind of effort, of late the number one country by far is the People’s Republic of China (PRC).

How our green transition and hunger for battery metals devastate Africa and the Congo

During one of my trips to the Congo, I met Jolie in her small home of cracked brick walls and rusted roofing in the cobalt-mining town of Kolwezi. Although Jolie had invited me to her home that day to discuss her story, the moment I arrived it felt as if she regretted my presence. She did not wish to speak at length.

To prevent Jolie and everyone else I’ve interviewed from being identified and targeted for reprisal, I have used pseudonyms for them and am withholding the dates on which we met. This is also to protect my continuing research, which delves into the often unseen, yet heavy cost that the Global South pays for the First World’s ideals and conveniences.

I wonder if Justin ever gives a thought to this?

Trudeau is finding out that Muslims are not an unshakable part of his constituency

TDSB Valley Park Middle School Mosqueteria Segregation – The girls in the back row are menstruating and considered “unclean.”

I’ve written frequently in this space on one of the great ironies of Canadian politics: that the most socially conservative communities — often Muslim, Sikh, and Hindu communities — usually vote for the most radical, progressive politicians. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s Liberal Party has, since coming to power in 2015, spearheaded an unprecedented and aggressive campaign of liberalization on virtually every social issue, undermining parental and religious rights with their “conversion therapy ban,” championing abortion at home and abroad, and pushing a euthanasia regime that is breathtakingly cruel in singling out the mentally ill, sick, and disabled.

The most likely result of this interfaith alliance is that concessions will be made to accommodate the Muslims. Christians will be denied the same treatment.

We know how government works in Canada. Anyone who reads this blog knows about the TDSB’s Mosqueteria where Muslim children hold prayers on TDSB school property.

The TDSB has even allowed the Muslim community to segregate menstruating Muslim girls from their kindred faith members during these prayers because they are considered “unclean”.

Can you imagine the uproar if Christians even asked for prayer space in our so called secular school system?

Native Hawaiians Charge Trudeau Government With Participation In Colonial Exploitation Of Indigenous Peoples To Further Conquest Of Outer Space

Colonial space program cleverly disguised as Tacky tourist trap.

Opponents are calling out Canada over its role in the development of a controversial telescope on Hawaii’s tallest volcano, Mauna Kea, citing human rights abuses.

… The proposed telescope is part of a new, bigger generation of technology, allowing astronomers to study the cosmos in greater detail than ever before, often in search of exo-planets and extraterrestrial life, according to Maile.

It’s caused scholars and advocates to draw comparisons between colonization 600 years ago and today, as astronomers are looking for new worlds that can one day be discovered and colonized.

“The techno-scientific conquest of other planets and life hinges upon the colonial conquest of Indigenous Peoples and Indigenous sacred sites on this planet,” he said.

No one likes Trudeau.

Awkward moment when world realizes Canada’s been at the grown-ups’ table the whole time

Weren’t those kids supposed to be outside playing and asking for ice cream truck money?

Take a look at their fascist Prime Minister! Winsome lad Justin Trudeau was over in Vilnius making propaganda videos for his oppressed citizens as if he were a front line playa or something! Just like other dictators (can’t think who would spring immediately to mind…) used to do.

Canadian intelligence flagged Chinese meddling 37 years ago: newly released report

OTTAWA – A newly released document shows intelligence officials have been tracking China’s attempts to meddle in Canadian affairs for more than one-third of a century.

The February 1986 intelligence report warned that Beijing was using open political tactics and secret operations to influence and exploit the Chinese diaspora in Canada.

It said China was using new and potentially more potent techniques to accomplish these goals.

What we know about William Majcher, the retired RCMP officer charged with conducting foreign interference for China

In 2014, as Beijing was ramping up Operation Fox Hunt, a sprawling campaign to go after corrupt politicians and economic criminals hiding overseas, a representative of the Chinese government approached William Majcher.

A retired former undercover officer with the RCMP, Mr. Majcher had been living in Hong Kong for seven years, working as a corporate investigator and advising banks on money laundering. According to Mr. Majcher, he was invited to meet someone “very close to senior state security,” who asked him whether he would be able to help track down money stolen by corrupt officials.

Mohammad Moiz Omar acknowledges his attack on Mississauga Mosque constitutes terrorist activity

A man who assaulted worshippers at a mosque in Mississauga, Ont., last year had been planning the attack for a year and was motivated by hatred of and a desire to intimidate Muslims, court documents show.

Mohammad Moiz Omar “intended to perpetrate a mass casualty event” when he entered the Dar Al-Tawheed Islamic Centre during early morning prayer on March 19, 2022 and sprayed bear spray toward congregants while swinging a hatchet, according to an agreed statement of facts read at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Brampton, Ont. Wednesday.

Omar, who was 24 years old at the time of the attack, pleaded guilty to three charges, according to one of his lawyers, Jacob Roth of Robichaud Criminal Lawyers. Those charges include administering a noxious substance with intent to endanger life or cause bodily harm, assault with a weapon, and mischief to religious property with motivation of bias, prejudice or hate based on religion.
