Ontario reports meaningless number of new Covid cases … and while a slim majority support Lockdowns Canucks remain Gung Ho for restricting the un-vaxxed

Over 3,200 COVID-19 hospitalizations in Ontario; record number of single-day ICU admissions

Slim majority support government lockdowns, restrictions in response to Omicron

OTTAWA — A new poll suggests a slim majority of Canadians support the latest round of lockdowns and other government-imposed restrictions as the Omicron variant continue to fuel an explosion in new COVID-19 infections.

Fifty-six per cent of respondents in the poll conducted by Leger and the Association of Canadian Studies agreed governments are making the right decisions to limit the spread of Omicron and keep the health system from being overrun.

According to Leger Canucks say Die Un-Vaxxed Die!

  • More than six-in-ten Canadians support implementing measures specifically related to vaccination status, including:
    • Only allowing those who have proof of vaccination to shop in person at malls and retail outlets (excluding grocery stores), government-run liquor and cannabis stores and use public transit
    • Creating separate areas in hospitals and clinics specifically for unvaccinated patients

Mass Formation: Deployed on You After Over 200 Years of Study

Today in “factchecking the factcheckers”, junior academics cited by Forbes, Associated Press, Reuters and The Independent have just not done their homework concerning the work of Professor Dr. Mattias Desmet of the University of Ghent in Belgum. All I can say about this is that I hope that their naïve, ignorant, grandstanding statements to the press are brought up during their future Academic Tenure and Advancement reviews.

But there has been an amazingly coordinated effort to shoot the messenger and actively character assassinate (or “defenestrate”) me as a surrogate while avoiding any reference to the highly credentialed academic Professor Dr. Mattias Desmet who actually developed the theory and has documented the extensive evidence in an upcoming academic book. So, what can we learn from this in the short term?

Military Documents About Gain of Function Contradict Fauci Testimony Under Oath

Project Veritas has obtained startling never-before-seen documents regarding the origins of COVID-19, gain of function research, vaccines, potential treatments which have been suppressed, and the government’s effort to conceal all of this.

New Documents Reveal Early Beliefs That SARS-CoV-2 Was Engineered

And how debate was shut-down to protect “science”.

Early Outpatient COVID Treatment – Why is There Still no Plan?

COVID has been with us for almost two years and yet there are still no officially and medical establishment endorsed outpatient treatment protocols to keep infected individuals out of hospitals, which is where more serious problems begin, from secondary hospital infections, ventilators, and ultimately death.

Biden knows his vax mandates are unconstitutional — but just doesn’t care

Clearly, President Joe Biden is not chastened by the Supreme Court smackdown he got just a couple of weeks ago, when the justices invalidated the eviction moratorium that even administration officials acknowledge was patently lawless right before Biden reissued it.

Stop vilifying the unvaccinated

We need to address their concerns, not threaten them with vaccine mandates.

The ‘unvaccinated’ are increasingly being vilified by certain sections of the British political and media class. In December, broadcaster Andrew Neil wrote in the Daily Mail that ‘it’s time to punish Britain’s five million vaccine refuseniks’, who ‘through fear, ignorance, irresponsibility or sheer stupidity refuse to be jabbed’. Former prime minister Tony Blair has called unvaccinated people ‘idiots’. And now Emily Sheffield, the former editor of the Evening Standardwrites that ‘the unvaccinated of [London] need to pay with their freedoms, not ours’.

Has the Great Barrington Declaration been vindicated?

Lockdowns failed to serve the collective good

Has the Left finally woken up to the devastating costs of implementing lockdowns? In its first edition of 2022, the Observer carried a surprisingly balanced interview with Professor Mark Woolhouse, a member of Sage whose new book — The Year the World Went Mad — argues that long lockdowns promoted more harm than good and failed to protect the vulnerable. Its favourable reception appears to herald a new direction in the critique of Covid measures and policies on the Left; for the first time, the question of what really represented the collective good in the Covid debate has been put on the table by a mainstream left-liberal publication.

Rupa Subramanya: Deep dive into Ontario’s hospitalization data makes the case against lockdowns

Two years into the pandemic, despite high vaccination rates, increasing booster rollouts and other medical advances, most Canadians are once again back under lockdown, notably the two largest provinces, Ontario and Quebec. Several provinces, including Ontario, have closed schools, while most other Western countries are trying to keep them open.

CDC Director Admits: Over 75% Of COVID Deaths In People With ‘At Least 4 Comorbidities’

Takes Covid vaccines for fun.

Asked on ABC’s “Good Morning America” about a study showing that vaccines targeting COVID-19 and its variants have successfully prevented serious illness, Dr. Rochelle Walensky, the head of the Centers for Disease Control, admitted, “The overwhelming number of deaths, over 75%, occurred in people who had at least four comorbidities. So, really, these are people who were unwell to begin with.”

Americans should avoid travel to Canada, government advises

The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) now advises Americans against going to neighboring Canada due to the rising number of Covid cases in the country.

The agency updated its guidance on Monday, and now says that “because of the current situation in Canada, even fully vaccinated travelers may be at risk for getting and spreading COVID-19 variants.”

Novak Djokavic: How tennis player won visa row court case

At the end of the day, the Australian government gave in.

Facing the weight of the other side’s legal evidence, and an increasingly incredulous tone from the judge, the government’s lawyers didn’t bother proceeding with their rebuttal.

Djokovic is unvaccinated and he may have breached Australia’s border laws, but Australia’s Federal Circuit Court on Monday did not make a ruling on that.

Instead, it set him free on the basis that immigration officials had done the wrong thing when making the decision to cancel his visa.
