Garland Memo on Parent Protests May Chill Free Speech

Attorney General Merrick Garland recently released a memorandum addressing “a disturbing spike in harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence against school administrators, board members, teachers, and staff….” The actual words of the memorandum – the lyrics – seem appropriate on their face, but the music is discordant with the First Amendment.

Loudoun County Schools Tried To Conceal Sexual Assault Against Daughter In Bathroom, Father Says

Father in viral video of school board arrest says his daughter was raped in school bathroom.

On June 22, Scott Smith was arrested at a Loudoun County, Virginia, school board meeting, a meeting that was ultimately deemed an “unlawful assembly” after many attendees vocally opposed a policy on transgender students.

What people did not know is that weeks prior on May 28, Smith says, a boy allegedly wearing a skirt entered a girls’ bathroom at nearby Stone Bridge High School, where he sexually assaulted Smith’s ninth-grade daughter.

Critical Race Theory’s new disguise

A rebranded campaign for ‘equity’ is just as divisive

Does “critical race theory” (CRT) really exist? Not according to Ralph Northam, the Governor of Virginia. CRT, he recently told The New York Times, “is a dog whistle that the Republicans are using to frighten people. What I’m interested in is equity.”

But rather than convince anyone about the non-existence of CRT, his comments merely confirmed something else: namely, CRT’s remarkable ability to shape-shift into whatever form its advocates choose. For Northam, CRT might not exist — but that’s only because it has undergone a rebranding.

Rand Paul’s Warning to Americans: ‘Be Afraid of Your Government’

In the wake of Attorney General Merrick Garland’s announcement that he plans to sic the FBI on concerned parents who speak out at school board meetings against critical race theory and COVID restrictions, Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.) blasted the Biden administration and said Americans should “be afraid of your government.”

‘Bigger Than Democrats Vs Republicans’: Tulsi Gabbard Says ‘Powerful Elite’ Want ‘To Silence And Control Us’

Former Democratic Hawaii Rep. said Thursday the battle between the Department of Justice and parents who protest at school board meetings over masks and Critical Race Theory is “bigger” than Democrat and Republican party politics — it is about freedom for all citizens.

“Every American should be concerned about what’s happening right now,” Gabbard told “Fox News Primetime.”This is something that is bigger than Democrats vs. Republicans. What we are seeing here is about the powerful elite in this country using their power to try to silence and control us.”

Biden Criminalizes CRT Dissent

The administration has mobilized the FBI against parents who oppose critical race theory.

In an official memo, Attorney General Merrick Garland has pledged to mobilize the FBI against parents protesting critical race theory in public schools, citing unspecified “threats of violence” against school officials.

Garland’s memo follows a National School Boards Association request that the Biden administration investigate threats to school board members and classify sometimes-heated parent protests as “domestic terrorism.” The NSBA suggested that some of these parents should be prosecuted under the PATRIOT Act and federal hate-crimes legislation.

Florida mom calls for mass exodus from woke public school system after AG Garland threatens to criminalize parents complaining of CRT

A Florida mother has called for a ‘mass exodus’ from the increasingly liberal public school system, saying it is parents’ only choice to avoid their kids being indoctrinated with CRT.

Quisha King made the remarks on Thursday night at the Pray Vote Stand Summit, an event by the Family Research Council in Leesburg, Virginia. She was one of many speakers and panelists who spoke on stage about their efforts to squash woke agendas being pushed in schools and the military.

White House Weaponizes DOJ Against Parents

At the behest of school boards that equate disgruntled constituents with domestic terrorists.

It should be obvious that no sane parent would ever allow ideology to supersede the proper education of her children. Yet, during the past year, it became clear that many of the nation’s school systems are indoctrinating students with politically tendentious curricula that most of the public considers . . . well . . . insane. This produced widespread protests by parents of all political persuasions to which school boards have responded with stunning hostility. The magnitude of this animus was revealed this week when the National School Boards Association (NSBA) equated parents with “domestic terrorists” and the White House directed the DOJ to investigate them as such.

Seattle runs SEGREGATED anti-racism seminars for city employees that teach that ‘whites are oppressors’

The city of Seattle invited non-white civic employees to a three-hour city-funded ‘racial inferiority’ seminar that excluded white people, new documents reveal.

In contrast, white staffers were taught that they are responsible for racism and should view themselves as ‘oppressors.’

The revelation of the segregated seminars endorsed by the city comes after a Seattle radio host uncovered the seminars’ contents after filing a public disclosure request to Seattle’s city hall for the lesson materials.

St Andrews reverts to 16th Century Calvinism

Instead of original sin, students now have to acknowledge ‘personal guilt’

You would be forgiven for thinking that universities are secular institutions. But it turns out that the University of St Andrews is reverting to something akin to 16th Century Calvinism: except that this time it is preaching the doctrine of ‘personal guilt’ rather than ‘original sin.’

The university has introduced new induction modules for students (or should I say converts?) for students on sustainability, diversity and consent, and will not allow students to matriculate if they do not pass. How do students pass? By agreeing with certain statements, such as “acknowledging your personal guilt is a useful start point in overcoming unconscious bias.”

Big Biz has found that Critical Race Theory is bad for business

I’ve noticed something lately covering the woke culture that’s threatening to turn corporate offices into university-style safe spaces: There are apparently limits to how far left big companies are willing to veer to gain progressive brownie points.

Case in point: the much-celebrated diversity hustle that companies had begun to embrace during our summer of “largely peaceful protests.” Of course, we all want a diverse workforce, but after the tragic murder of George Floyd, some firms thought it would be smart to indoctrinate office workers in that noxious fad known as Critical Race Theory.

North Carolina County Wants Teachers Fired, Disciplined If They Undermine Constitution, Bash Founders, Say America’s Racist

A North Carolina county is insisting that its local school board institute a policy that would discipline or fire teachers if they assert that the American Founders were not heroes, if they make statements undermining the Constitution, or if they assert that racism is endemic in America.
