No evidence diverse management teams boost profits, says study … McKinsey studies based on data that cannot be replicated

Hiring more ethnically diverse management teams does not boost profits, new research has claimed, casting counts on previous studies.

A study in Econ Journal Watch says that previous studies by the consultancy firm McKinsey claiming that racial diversity “is a business imperative that drives real business results” are based on data that cannot be replicated.

It noted that four McKinsey reports between 2015 and 2023 claimed to find statistically significant relationships between the diversity of senior staff in major listed companies and earnings.

Diversity, Not Multiculturalism, Is the Problem

In the aftermath of the atrocities of October 7, the resulting war between Israel and Hamas, and the volatile fallout across Western countries with supposedly enriching immigrant populations, there has been a nervous re-evaluation of ‘multiculturalism’ as a state-sponsored article of faith.

Is this the best we can do? Angela Merkel and David Cameron, hardly darlings of the dissident Right, were admitting the failures of multiculturalism as long ago as the early to mid-2010s. Are we supposed to be impressed that politicians like Suella Braverman have managed to twig that this still holds true? There is plenty of room, as well as every warrant, for Braverman to go further, particularly given the widespread contempt in which she is already held by race communists and other loons who will jeer if the woman so much as brushes her teeth in the morning.

Diversity Alert: Playing the Race Card For Real Estate Gain

Couple fights to rid Toronto home of heritage status

A couple in an affluent midtown Toronto neighbourhood is asking the city to remove the heritage designation from their century home because they say the original owner was racist.

The two-and-a-half storey, 9,000-square foot house in the Yonge and St. Clair area, was built in 1906 for Stapleton Pitt Caldecott, a former Toronto Board of Trade president who was opposed to immigration, a University of Toronto historian says.

… This $5-million house on Woodlawn Avenue West, in the Yonge and St. Clair area, was commissioned by Stapleton Caldecott in 1906, a man who some believe held anti-immigrant views. He died there the following year.

OMG he was opposed to immigration… “Some believe”. Next.

The couple says they were unaware of the home’s heritage designation. That seems highly unlikely.

No connection to Canada obviously. Ungrateful or what?

You Can’t Fire Only the White Guys

Now showing more anti white bullshit

Illegal discrimination is still illegal discrimination even if a corporate HR department wraps it in the language of equity and inclusion. As a reminder of this legal reality, the C-Suite might want to review a recent opinion by a federal appeals court, upholding a jury verdict for a hospital executive who says he was fired merely for being a white male amid a workforce diversity push.

Canadian Jews are once again in the crosshairs of cancel culture

Like other western countries, Canada isn’t immune to “cancel culture,” a disturbing sign of the times. The term itself may be contemporary but cancel culture’s unholy mix of defamation, intimidation and threats is anything but new. Variations on this practice date back millennia, with Jews often the prime target.

Amid rampant antisemitism and the current tyranny of cancel culture run amok, the anti-Israel camp is leading the charge in trying to silence the voices of Jews. Sadly, they’re succeeding far too often as organizations and institutions capitulate to pressure from those seeking to cancel Jews.

Some kinds of hate are less worthy than others in Canada. Our schools, governments and even human rights commissions openly abuse Whites,  both children and adults. Only rarely does it merit attention from the media as the Bilkszto case did. Typically there are no repercussions for discriminating against Whites, the DEI huckster in the Bilkszto case is still in business.

How the ‘Diversity’ Myth Is Consuming the Canadian Literary Scene

Comedy fans of a certain age may recall the “Monty Python’s Flying Circus” sketch about the legendary highwayman Dennis Moore, a deranged Robin Hood who steals so much from the rich to the give to the poor that he ends up stealing from the poor to give to the rich. “Blimey,” Dennis declares upon realizing the conundrum, “this redistribution of wealth is trickier than I thought.”

The Canadian literary world—long ago the domain of Robertson Davies, Pierre Berton, and Mordecai Richler—may be reaching its own Dennis Moore point, as indicated by a never-ending parade of awards, scholarships, mentorships, festivals, and publishing opportunities directed at writers who are black, indigenous, or people of colour (BIPOC), all intended to help “under-represented” or “marginalized” writers.

Barbara Kay: Is TikTok responsible for Gen Z’s hostility toward Israel and Jews?

Last week, with bipartisan support, the United States House of Representatives voted to force the sale of TikTok, the video-sharing platform owned by ByteDance, a company under the influence of the Chinese Communist Party, to non-Chinese owners, or face a ban in the U.S.

The loss of TikTok would have little to no impact on the lives of most mature Americans. But TikTok users are overwhelmingly young, and many are addicted to the platform for a spectrum of reasons — including, for many influencers and small businesses, their own financial benefit.

It is widely acknowledged that TikTok is a powerful force in shaping adolescent users’ self-perceptions and beliefs. The platform’s influence has been plausibly linked to devastating consequences for individuals, but also to the “ mass formation ” of unhealthy cultural trends.

Under the guise of “anti-racism” we have made the hatred of White children normal in our schools.

If applied to any other race or religious group the usual suspects would howl with righteous indignation.

Our school boards, governments, teacher’s unions, the corporate class and even our human rights commissions have deemed the hatred of White people to be publicly acceptable.

To fight back serves only to affirm our racism and so hating White people has been institutionalized in Canada.

That same hate has been weaponized against Zionist Jews who have been declared “White” by the left.

Tik Tok certainly plays a role as all social media does but Gen Z is more likely acting out a Stockholm Syndrome scenario thanks to being subjected to “anti-racist” struggle sessions from elementary school through university.

For Muslim children the hatred of Israel, Jews and western civilization is bred in the bone and they need no help from Tik Tok or the left.

Welcome to Trudeau’s Canada.

Half of all Canadians say there are too many immigrants: poll

High immigration levels have traditionally enjoyed multi-partisan support in Canada, but half of all people now say that there are too many newcomers, according to a new poll.

The survey conducted for the Association for Canadian Studies and the Metropolis Institute found 50 per cent of Canadians agree that there are too many immigrants coming into Canada — a number that has more than doubled since January 2023 but has remained consistent across polls conducted in the past six months.

“Concerns over immigration are primarily about the economy rather than fears about immigrants changing the social fabric of Canada, the poll suggests.”

I find this statement misleading as it is only natural that economic concerns would be ranked first which in no way diminishes the worry people have about Canada being remade by mass immigration from incompatible cultures especially given the extent of Hamas support recently revealed.  Not to mention the rising tide of anti-white discrimination endorsed by governments at all levels in Canada.

The organization responsible for conducting this poll seems suspiciously Liberal left & multicultural  receiving funding from Heritage Canada and coming complete with a land acknowledgement.

The Post-National Cult of Diversity Promotes Authoritarian Intolerance

“There is no core identity, no mainstream in Canada. … Those qualities are what make us the first post-national state.” — Justin Trudeau, 2015.

Throughout history, populations with sufficient historical, geographic, linguistic, economic, religious, and cultural attachments have flourished within the borders of unified nation-states.

Few modern nation-states fit a uniform definition. In countries such as Canada and the United States, two or more nations, regions, colonies, and tribes learned to prosper together within a negotiated constitutional order.

Can job postings in Canada exclude white people? Short answer: yes

Now showing more anti white bullshit

Restrictions listed on recent postings for Canada Research Chair positions have surprised some people. It’s not that someone with a biology degree might be barred from applying to teach South American history, or that an engineer might not be eligible for a position teaching English literature, but rather that skin colour and gender identity have been limiting factors.

Army to relax security checks for recruits in diversity drive

The British Army wants to relax security checks for recruits from overseas to boost diversity and inclusion, The Telegraph can reveal.

Britain’s armed forces have consistently failed to hit recruitment targets and are looking overseas to boost ethnic minority representation, which currently stands at 14 per cent of the regular army.

A document leaked to this paper, titled The British Army’s Race Action Plan, notes that the Army “struggles to attract talent from ethnic minority backgrounds into the officer corps”.

Jonathan Haidt: abolish DEI to save academia

DEI – racist anti-white communist ideology

Abolishing DEI may be the only way out of the Leftist ideological capture of American campuses, Jonathan Haidt told an audience at the University of North Carolina (UNC), Chapel Hill, on Wednesday.

Those words mark a dramatic departure for Haidt, who has been known as a restrained, moderate voice on the subject of cancel culture, identity politics and what he calls the obsession with “safetyism” that has gripped Gen Z in the past decade. Haidt, a professor Ethical Leadership at New York University’s Stern School of Business, is the author of “The Coddling of the American Mind: How Good Intentions and Bad Ideas Are Setting Up a Generation for Failure,” and founder of the Heterodox Academy, an academic organisation committed to the ideals of viewpoint diversity and academic freedom.

Task force rejects calls for special employment status for Jewish, Muslim public servants

Months before the eruption of the Israel-Hamas war ramped up ethnic and religious tensions in many Canadian communities, a government task force rejected requests to recognize Muslim and Jewish public servants as separate groups facing systemic workplace barriers, CBC News has learned.

Muslim and Jewish public servants asked to be designated as employment equity groups under the Employment Equity Act nearly two years ago in submissions to the task force, set up by Employment and Social Development Canada.

Well the Task Force did the right thing. Rare for government nowadays with anti-White racism all the rage.

Diversity Strikes Again

DEI – racist anti-white communist ideology

DEI’s proponents are running out of straight white men to bash over the head.

Of all the crises afflicting the West, the rejection of truth in favour of fashionable lies is conceivably the most dangerous. And nowhere is the woke war on reality more apparent than in ‘Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion’ (DEI). As more and more industries are overrun by this bilge, our nations race to unlearn the truths our ancestors had settled millennia ago. Contrary to Conservative Party policy, it’s generally preferable to house your veterans, not your enemies in 5-star accommodations; the military should be selected primarily based on their ability to fight, not on their proclivity for homosexuality; and putting men in dresses does not make them female, no matter how effeminate they were to begin with.
