The climate change gap between O’Toole and his party may be too much to overcome

It might seem so obvious a point that one might overlook it when evaluating what we already know about the climate change plan the Conservatives will campaign on in the next general election but here it is anyway: Conservatives must win votes from people who did not vote for them in 2019 or in 2015.

And poll after poll after poll has indicated that one of the primary reasons voters chose another party over the Conservatives was climate change. Non-Conservative voters do not believe Conservatives are serious about climate change or, only slightly less worse, that the party’s plans to do anything about it were or are credible.

Newfoundland refuses to release pre-election coronavirus modelling

The government of Newfoundland and Labrador has refused to release the coronavirus modelling that was used to justify the date of their provincial election – which has been postponed as a result of an outbreak of the virus.

When Liberal Premier Andrew Furey called the election in January, he said the decision was based on “probabilistic modelling” which suggested holding an election was safe despite a global pandemic and low vaccination rates.

When CBC requested the modelling from the Department of Health and Community Services, they were denied based on cabinet confidentiality.

James Clyburn Says the Quiet Part Out Loud While Insisting HR-1 Must Pass

Representative James Clyburn (D-S.C.), whom many credit with helping President Biden win the South Carolina primary, is saying the quiet part out loud about HR-1. Also called the “For the People Act,” and emotionally tied to the late Rep. John Lewis, HR-1 would gut nearly every election security measure used nationwide. It mandates things such as ballot harvesting and prohibits measures such as voter ID at the federal level. It essentially takes all power away from the state legislatures to define election law, despite the fact that it is a power given to them specifically in the Constitution.

15 Insane Things In Democrats’ H.R. 1 Bill To Corrupt Elections Forever

On Wednesday, House Democrats passed an 800-page bill that would mandate insecure voting processes and subject voting tallies to partisan manipulation. It’s a slap in the face to the half of Americans, including many Democrats, who believe the 2020 election was riddled with fraud and errors, largely due to the rapid expansion of mail-in balloting and other suspensions of state election laws.

New federal election law would expand controversial state practices used in 2020 nationwide

If you think Congress and the federal government do an efficient, honest job at the various missions they are tasked with, then you will likely support the Democrats’ proposed Election Reform law that would transfer election authority from states to the federal government.

“For the People Act of 2021” has already been passed by the House and requires Senate approval to become law.

It would codify once and for all many of the state-level changes implemented without state legislative approval just ahead of the contested 2020 presidential election.

Supporters say it implements important reforms that lift barriers to voting. Opponents say it opens the door more widely to fraud and abuse.

Voters Blocks

I believe that this was said before:

Immigrants are more likely to apply for citizenship to vote rather than to seek a Canadian passport, says in-house research by the Department of Citizenship. Foreigners said they prized the country’s freedom of speech: ‘It was for my children.’

People who care about their children recognise the reasons why they left their former countries and do not repeat the mistakes that made them unlivable in the first place.

No, this is about keeping certain persons or parties in power, hence the ethnic and sectarian divide and conquer.

Parachute a non (insert ethnic identity here) into (insert previously mentioned ethnic identity here) and run solely on the issues.

Let’s see who votes for the issues then.
