Iran’s downing of Flight 752 was act of terrorism, Ontario court rules

The downing of Flight 752 by Iran’s Revolutionary Guards was a deliberate act of terrorism, the Ontario Superior Court has ruled in a decision released on Thursday.

Justice Edward Belobaba found “on a balance of probabilities that the missile attacks on Flight 752 were intentional.”

“The plaintiffs have established that the shooting down of Flight 752 by the defendants was an act of terrorism and constitutes ‘terrorist activity,’” the judge added.

That doesn’t even rhyme. Who thought it was a good idea to import these crappy poets?

Bans against German Lebanese Family, People for Peace and Give Peace came into effect on Wednesday, but had already been pronounced in mid-April.

Police also conducted early morning raids at locations across seven German states, including Hamburg, North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse and Rhineland Palatinate.

Under deadly attack French police demand better protection

Gaza or French police station? Ans. Police Station!

Police officers gathered outside France’s National Assembly make for a powerful image: the proximity of security and politics, made real on the banks of the Seine.

Often criticised for overly aggressive tactics during protests, French police come here on Wednesday as protesters themselves, calling for a tougher response to the aggression security forces face.

Within the past month, a policeman was killed during an anti-drugs operation, and a policewoman was stabbed to death in a targeted attack. “It was the straw that broke the camel’s back,” said Stanislas Gaudon, head of the Alliance police union. “It was something we were afraid of, almost expecting.”

A Fifth Column?

What does it mean when your seemingly friendly Arab neighbor turns against you?

Arab Israeli Muslim citizens (yes, they are “Palestinians” too), have been torching synagogues, cars, buses, and buildings in the Jewish Holy Land, as they turn on their Jewish neighbors with violent hatred.

We have read about and some of us have experienced such pogrom-like atrocities before—but only in Christian or Muslim sovereign lands. I’ve listened to many a Jewish escapee from Hitler describe how quickly her neighbors seized her family’s chinaware, paintings, furniture—their entire apartments, even before they had reached the lobby of their building.

Israel seeks to kill Qassam Brigades commander Dief, strike Hamas as world pushes for ceasefire

Israel plans to continue Operation Guardian of the Walls in order to strike at more high-quality Hamas terror targets, even as the US, EU and others pushed for a ceasefire.

Among those targets is Hamas’s Qassam Brigades commander Mohammed Deif, who the IDF believes it has a chance of killing if the operation continues. Military sources told The Jerusalem Post that Dief had been targeted more than once during the last week of fighting but that he had succeeded at the last moment to get away.

GOLDSTEIN: Hamas has never wanted peace with Israel

Everyone wants peace in the Mideast, but there will never be peace between Palestinians and Israelis as long as Hamas controls Gaza.

The government of Canada (and many other countries) classifies Hamas as a terrorist group —“a radical Islamist-nationalist terrorist organization” that uses violence “to pursue its goal of establishing an Islamic Palestinian state in Israel.”

Erdoğan partially responsible for anti-Semitic protests in Germany- German minister

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is partially responsible for the anti-Semitic protests taking place in Germany, Joachim Herrmann, the interior minister of the German state of Bavaria said.

“These protests are predominated not by the far right, but rather by those who are Muslim oriented and provoked by the brutal speeches of President Erdoğan and others who believe that clashes must spread to the German streets,” Deutsche Welle cited Herrmann as telling German media on Monday.

Hamas ‘suicide submarine’ is obliterated in Gaza by an Israeli airstrike

Footage has revealed the moment a Hamas ‘suicide submarine’ drone was obliterated by an Israeli airstrike – and the crew operating it were ‘neutralised’ in their car – as bombardments on Gaza continue despite US calls for ceasefire.

Video taken from the air by Israeli aircraft on Monday shows two missiles smashing into the drone submarine and a huge explosion erupting in the shallow waters close to a tower block in northern Gaza.

Another piece of aerial footage then shows a car being tracked by overhead cross hairs before it is rocked by a blast which brings it to a swift and fiery halt. The IDF said the militants inside had launched the autonomous submarine.

‘A very different tone this time’: Canadian Jewish leaders warn of spike in anti-Semitic violence

Rocks were thrown at pro-Israeli demonstrators in Montreal. Masked men waving Palestinian flags surrounded and beat a lone middle-aged Jewish man near Toronto’s Nathan Phillips Square. And Jewish communities in western Canada are reporting roving vehicles seeking out “Jews.”

We’ve all seen Swastikas at Pallie Protests over the years and worse, it’s really nothing new.

Increased violence? OK, but I suggest the fault lies with our political class for tolerating Islamic anti-semitism over many years and demanding that we also tolerate it in the name of the sacred lies of diversity & multiculturalism.

But “votes” and “islamophobia” means it will continue to be tolerated, the pious bleating by politicians is just so much smoke.

As Iran’s Mullahs Incite Hamas Terrorism, Biden Administration Wants Sanctions Lifted

Amidst the Iranian regime’s clear role in inciting terrorism against Israeli civilians, talks to lift sanctions against the regime are advancing in Vienna. The Biden administration is apparently offering even more concessions and sanctions relief to Iran’s leaders, concessions that “go beyond the nuclear-specific sanctions.”

Meanwhile, these leaders from Iran are openly encouraging Hamas to launch more rockets at a longtime US ally in the Middle East, Israel. Additionally, the head of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ Quds Force, Esmail Ghaani, in a phone call with Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh, recently applauded Hamas for its attacks.

With Iranian support, drones are becoming a larger threat to Israel -analysis

An incident on Tuesday where a UAV was shot down in northern Israel after it approached the Israeli border represents a growing drone threat to Israel. An Iranian drone flown from Syria’s T-4 base in February 2018 also penetrated the same area carrying explosives. Israel shot down the Iranian UAV with an Apache helicopter near Beit She’an.

Israel has had to contend with growing drone threats during this war in Gaza as well. By Monday, at least six drones had been shot down. Israel used Iron Dome for the first time in combat to take down at least one of the drones. An F-16 shot another down.
