Muslim Rights Group Claims They’re The Real Victims After Nigeria Revealed Accountable For Nearly Half of All Murdered Christians World Wide Last Year

Christian Group Names Nigeria Hot Spot for Persecution

ABUJA – A report by the U.S-based Christian persecution monitoring group Open Doors shows the number of Christians killed in 2020 increased by 60%, mostly because of Islamic violence against Nigerian Christians.

The study says more than 2,200 of 4,761 Christians killed around the world in 2020 died in Nigeria because of radical Islamists.

…But Nigerian Muslim groups say the report is promoting a false impression.

“Nigerian Christians are not persecuted,” said Ishaq Akintola, director at Muslim Rights Concern. “What is happening in Nigeria is the persecutor crying out and claiming that he is being persecuted, claiming that he is the victim. And it’s because a Muslim is in power that the crying of persecution is so loud.”

Twitter’s selectively elastic TOS: Iran tweets threat to President Trump – Jack takes time suspending account… a long time

A Twitter account bearing the name of Iran leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was suspended on Friday — 17 hours after tweeting a death threat to former President Donald Trump vowing “revenge” over the killing of top Gen. Qassem Soleimani.

The tweet from bogus Khamenei account @khamenei_site on Thursday depicted the likeness of Trump on the golf course being targeted by a drone flying overhead.

“Revenge is inevitable,” says the tweet, translated from Farsi.

Oh yea. I forgot. Orange man bad!

It struck me as odd that an American stealth bomber was used as the vengeance weapon of choice, then I remembered the Biden administration is now in power.

Pakistan Threatens to Jail American members of Islamic Ahmadiyya sect for 10 Years for website ‘Blasphemy’

The government of Pakistan recently threatened two American Muslims with prison sentences of up to ten years if they did not take down a U.S.-based “blasphemous” website — a threat one of those targeted told Breitbart News on Tuesday represented “an unprecedented and entirely new frontier of digital policing that Pakistan is trying to impose.”

The website in question — TrueIslam.com — is the online home of the American Ahmadiyya Muslim community, run by an American group, hosted in the United States, and represented by American citizens.

They shouldn’t worry, Justin has Khan in his pocket! He’ll handle Khan just like he does Biden & Xi.

Defining ‘Metrics’ to Measure Radical Islam is Vital to Defeating It

Since the September 11, 2001 attacks by 19 radical Islamists, the main response by many governments – as well as the United States – has been conducting direct, kinetic warfare to fight the threat of Islamic terrorism. No doubt there is a need to use kinetic force to fight militant jihadists; however, failing to fight the ideology that drives them ensures an endless supply of such individuals who will fight eternally against what they believe are infidels.

Things get more complicated when we realize that what we call radical Islam is not clearly defined – there are no standard metrics by which to measure it. In other words, we are fighting an undefined enemy. It is like fighting or trying to treat diabetes without applying metrics to the disease to determine who is diabetic and who is not, and who has improved with treatment.

Simon Fraser University Muslim Studies Centre Among Usual Suspects Filing United Nations Complaint Against France For Supporting ‘Blasphemous’ Mohammed Cartoon publication

NB – Google translate – A complaint was lodged with the United Nations Human Rights Council (CDH), against France, because of its support for the dissemination of cartoons of Muhammad and the law against separatism.

It is a real ” world coalition “. Exactly thirty-six NGOs from thirteen different countries have submitted “a medico-legal complaint” to the United Nations Human Rights Council (HRC). The country targeted is none other than France, it is accused of having entrenched ” Islamophobia and discrimination against Muslims “, we learn in a statement relayed this Tuesday, January 18 by the independent organization CAGE, which is one of the signatories.

Seriously. The signatories are a Who’s Who of Islamist hate – CAGE, CAIR, Finsbury Park Mosque etc… it speaks well of Canada’s diversity that Simon Fraser is on board.

Here’s a pdf of the formal complaint listing Simon Fraser’s Centre for Comparative Muslim Studies  among the signatories – Muslim Complaint Against France

French Teenager Accused of Insulting Islam Gets 30 Hate Messages a Minute, Her Lawyer Claims

A French teenager who was accused of insulting Islam last year is getting 30 hate-filled messages per minute a year on. That is 43,200 messages every day. Her lawyer, Richard Malka, told The Times that the girl, only known as Mila, has had to go into hiding and study from home, where she is under police protection. He said 50 social media users who have sent the teenager death threats have been identified by the police. In October, authorities sentenced a 23-year-old man after he shot a video in which he mimicked cutting the girl’s head off.

State Department Cuts Ties With Alleged Charity Islamic Relief Over Anti-Semitism

The State Department has cut ties with Islamic Relief Worldwide, an international charity that the United States accuses of spreading anti-Semitism. The public accusations represent a wholesale shift in how the United States approaches a global charity that was, until recently, an official partner of the American government and raked in hundreds of thousands in taxpayer dollars.

The State Department is “conducting a full review of the organization and U.S. government funding” due to the “anti-Semitism exhibited repeatedly by IRW’s leadership,” Ellie Cohanim, the deputy special envoy to monitor and combat anti-Semitism, told the Washington Free Beacon.

The French Left against Islamism

The French Left against Islamism

Debate around extremism has been plagued by cringe-inducing naivety

It was supposed to be the turning point in our response to violent Islamism. This week marks six years since more than a million people marched through the streets of Paris waving “Je Suis Charlie” placards in a show of defiance, echoed across the world, against the slaughter of satirists by a pair of jihadist brothers.

Today, with most Western countries reverting to type and responding to jihadist terror with obscurantism and denial, it looks like far fewer people were Charlie than was actually claimed. Not so in France, though, which is more or less united behind President Macron’s decision to confront the country’s domestic Islamist movement. In one poll at the end of last year, a staggering 79% of French citizens agreed that “Islamism has declared war on the Republic”.

Teachers who tailor lessons so as not to offend Muslim children are becoming a problem

Teachers who tailor lessons so as not to offend Muslim children are becoming a problem
A new survey in France has found many teachers are self-censoring lessons for fear of upsetting Muslim students. This defeatist attitude represents a refusal to uphold cultural values – and it’s happening in Britain, too.

Unfortunately, the killing of school teacher Samuel Paty in an Islamist attack last year has led many French teachers to avoid discussing issues that might offend their Muslim pupils.

survey on this subject conducted last month makes for chilling reading. It shows that nearly half of French secondary school teachers avoid or downplay topics such as sexuality, the Holocaust and evolution in order to avoid provoking the anger and hostility of their Muslim students.

Reading triple murderer should not get life in jail because he only had ‘fleeting interest’ in Islamist extremism, judge hears as victims’ families describe ‘unbearable loss’

Reading triple murderer Khairi Saadallah should not be jailed for life over a ‘fleeting interest’ to Islamist jihad, his defence barrister has told a court.

Saadallah, 26, shouted ‘Allahu akbar’ during his murderous rampage in a Reading park last year which left teacher James Furlong, 36, scientist David Wails, 49, and US citizen Joseph Ritchie-Bennett, 39, dead.

The failed Libyan asylum seeker, who had photos of an ISIS flag, Jihadi John and the Twin Towers on his phone, launched the attacks in Forbury Gardens as the victims were enjoying a summer evening on June 20 last year after the first lockdown restrictions in England were relaxed.

France: More teachers self-censor to avoid confrontation with Muslim students as religious separatism and objections to secularism & Christianity grow

Three months after the beheading of Samuel Paty, murdered for showing caricatures of Muhammad to his students as part of a course on freedom of expression, the finding is clear. Protests against secularism and forms of religious separatism continue to grow at school and teachers are the first victims, as proved by an Ifop survey carried out for the Jean Jaurès and Charlie Hebdo foundation .

Lessons already contested for more than half of teachers

First consequence of this phenomenon: teachers are self-censoring more and more (42%) within their establishments, in order to avoid possible excesses and incidents which could be caused by some pupils. A proportion which even reaches 49% in secondary education and which has increased by 13 points since 2018, according to the study. A majority of teachers surveyed (53%) also state that some of their courses are subject to contestation, and that some students try to avoid them. A figure which is up 12 points here compared to 2018. More specifically, one in five teachers (19%) even observed a challenge or disapproval during the tributes to Professor Samuel Paty, last fall. A figure that climbs to a third (34%) in priority neighborhoods.

Many signs of religious separatism

More worrying still, the proportion of signs of religious separatism at school, far from being anecdotal. Thus, 59% of teachers say they have been confronted with it at least once in their establishment. These signs can take several forms: 45% of teachers say for example to have observed the absence of young girls during swimming lessons. 28% report refusals to enter religious buildings during school trips and 24% have already experienced challenges to Christmas meals, Christmas trees and cakes of kings, or any other Christian symbol. Finally, 21% of teachers testify to the refusal of certain children to join hands in the name of religious convictions, and 9% to requests for the organization of canteens according to the religion of the pupils.

A hearing at the Old Bailey to determine if the attacks were terrorist acts and therefore subject to a higher sentence, was told that Saadallah viewed extremist material in the days before the attack and had a longstanding interest in extremism.

‘Islamic State’: Weakened, but still dangerous

The two women and 12 children the German Foreign Ministry recently got released from the al-Hol prison camp in northern Syria have returned to Germany. It was a humanitarian gesture from the German side. And for the Kurdish autonomous government, it means less of a burden on their security forces.

The camp houses about 64,000 people, most of them from a region once occupied by the “Islamic State” (IS) terrorist organization. Most of the detainees are Syrian and Iraqi citizens, according to a UN report. It says almost 9,500 come from elsewhere, many of them from Europe.
