While it’s a terrible idea, if federal Health Minister Jean-Yves Duclos actually believes millions of Canadians should be vaccinated against their will, then the Trudeau government can do it under the Emergencies Act.

While it’s a terrible idea, if federal Health Minister Jean-Yves Duclos actually believes millions of Canadians should be vaccinated against their will, then the Trudeau government can do it under the Emergencies Act.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s divisive remarks about unvaccinated Canadians have the international media once again raising their eyebrows about his judgment and leadership.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is pushing ahead with a vaccine mandate for international truckers despite increasing pressure from critics who say it will exacerbate driver shortages and drive up the price of goods imported from the United States.

A petition demanding Justin Trudeau be charged with inciting hatred has gone viral. The petition is directed at David Lametti, the Attorney General of Canada, and demands criminal charges be laid against the prime minister. The creator of the petition, an anonymous individual, states that Trudeau’s comments have left them fearing for their safety. The petition adds: “these egregious statements were made for the purpose of promoting hatred and violence against an identifiable group, specifically; individuals who have not received any or all Covid-19 vaccination doses.”

All societies have the potential to fall into a dangerous pattern of seeking scapegoats and directing hate towards those who the government targets. Canadians should not think we are immune to that.

“Two versions of the bobblehead are available with one sporting a bearded Trudeau and the other sporting a clean-shaven Trudeau,” says a news release from the museum.
No blackface yet? Or Muslim?

The concept of Critical Race Theory emerged in the mid-1970s from of the writings of a collective of American legal scholars. It’s fundamental tenet espouses that white supremacy exists and maintains power through law.
It turns out that in 2021, Canada’s Liberal government quietly interjected CRT into federal government training materials.

Section 319(2): Promoting hatred—makes it an offence to willfully promote hatred against any identifiable group, by making statements (other than in private conversation). The Crown prosecutor can proceed either by indictment or by summary process. The maximum penalty is imprisonment of not more than two years.

It’s not just that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau talked about a group of fellow Canadians with such gross malevolence that was shocking.
He’s done this before and makes no secret of his disdain for the unvaccinated.
What was equally as shocking is opposition leaders didn’t call him out on it. This should scare those in this unfairly outcast group who feel they are being phased out as employees, citizens and people free to go into public places.

It is never right for the leader of a country to launch a furious invective against an entire subset of citizens. It is certainly never right to do so with the full force and blatant contempt that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau put on display during last fall’s election.

With the Omicron-driven pandemic wave sweeping the country, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says Canadians are growing more angry and frustrated with people who still refuse to get vaccinated.
Trudeau said that while most Canadians have stepped up to get their shots — putting Canada near the top of the list of countries with the highest vaccination rates — the unvaccinated remain a problem.

Trudeau’s ‘misogynists and racists’ outburst is ever more typical of the illiberal left — and of his government in particular
The sight of a man in his 50s flashing his (Ed. Culturally appropriated!) Haida raven tattoo as he received his booster was a timely reminder that Tuesday was the first day that over-55s could get the shot in Quebec.

Got my booster shot this morning. To everyone out there who’s gotten their shots, and to the health care workers who are getting these shots into arms, thank you for doing your part. And to anyone who’s eligible but hasn’t yet been vaccinated or boosted, please, do that now. pic.twitter.com/X5Qjm5h7NZ

The comments!

On Christmas Day, the oracle of our nation, the CBC, issued one of its patented tweets for our times. It declared “50 years have passed since Justin Trudeau was born, but Canada is still a country and it still has a Trudeau in the top job.”

If there has been an underreported story in 2021, it has been the Trudeau government’s horrendous mismanagement of Canada’s economy and finances.
In 2022 their ineptitude is going to lead to slower economic growth, even higher prices, fewer jobs and a tsunami of government debt and taxes.
