Ontario Doctors Being Asked To Prepare For ICU Triage Scenario

Earlier this week, the co-chair of the province’s COVID-19 health science table said if things don’t change, doctors will be forced to make some tough choices.

Now, it looks like they’re already preparing for that.

Michael Garron Hospital’s Dr. Michael Warner told CBC News that doctors are being asked to prepare to have to make choices between who gets care, and who doesn’t.

Fugitives wanted in Canada for murder, kidnapping found with an arsenal during U.S. traffic stop, police say

Ontario nurses under investigation after travelling to Washington D.C. to allegedly take part in anti-lockdown event on day of riot

Toronto mayor says province should impose full lockdown to protect health-care system

The mayor of Ontario’s largest city called for a return to a full lockdown Monday, saying the move is necessary to prevent the health-care system from being completely overwhelmed by a surge of COVID-19 cases.
