“President Dementia AKA Joe Biden”

The question has been asked dozens of different ways, depending on the questioner and the public policy issue. “Who is controlling the Biden presidency?”

One thing appears certain: It is not President Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. He gives incoherent, rambling speeches, and often declines to take questions.

A May 2021 powder-puff profile of President Biden in the Washington Post was written as both a hagiography and a politically therapeutic assurance that there’s been a “return to normalcy” in the White House. The article’s author, Ashley Parker, was clearly given extraordinary access to personal details by White House staff and Biden handlers in order to compose her report. The resulting article is an interesting mix of Ms. Parker taking careful dictation from the White House, and her own ambition to pledge allegiance to the larger Biden “family.”

Following a week of missteps for the Biden administration, some are questioning, who is making the decisions? Biden’s aides are at liberty to cut his microphone when the president veers off-script; and Biden himself has joked that he’ll “get in trouble” for taking reporters’ questions.

“Well, I would say it’s a disturbing pattern, where it seems they cut off his microphone any time he might say something that his handlers don’t want,” Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) told “Sunday Morning Futures” with Maria Bartiromo.

Biden, who was forced out of the 1988 presidential election after plagiarizing a British politician’s life, showed yet again that he and his staff cannot be honest about the small things.

President Joe Biden is taking a long weekend this weekend. I spent some of the morning wondering if the president is actually resting comfortably. Is he playing fetch with his dog on the beach? Perhaps Biden is watching ‘’Wheel of Fortune’’ reruns all the while snacking on his favorite pudding? Is he really that detached? How can the president who is overseeing the most chaotic time frame in United States history possibly catch a moment of relaxation? I don’t think I am overstating this. The United States is in a death spiral. The wings have detached and we are heading towards a crash landing at speeds somewhere near MACH. Sure, some detractors would say Donald Trump’s presidency was much more chaotic. Most of Trump’s ‘’scandals’’ were media creations, or they were just paid for by the DNC and made up out of thin air.
