Remember when they literally bragged about rigging the election?

The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election [Time.com]

A weird thing happened right after the Nov. 3 election: nothing.

The nation was braced for chaos. Liberal groups had vowed to take to the streets, planning hundreds of protests across the country. Right-wing militias were girding for battle. In a poll before Election Day, 75% of Americans voiced concern about violence.

Instead, an eerie quiet descended. As President Trump refused to concede, the response was not mass action but crickets. When media organizations called the race for Joe Biden on Nov. 7, jubilation broke out instead, as people thronged cities across the U.S. to celebrate the democratic process that resulted in Trump’s ouster.

A second odd thing happened amid Trump’s attempts to reverse the result: corporate America turned on him. Hundreds of major business leaders, many of whom had backed Trump’s candidacy and supported his policies, called on him to concede. To the President, something felt amiss. “It was all very, very strange,” Trump said on Dec. 2. “Within days after the election, we witnessed an orchestrated effort to anoint the winner, even while many key states were still being counted.”

In a way, Trump was right.

White House Claims Biden Was Not Aware Of Trump Raid Before It Happened

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre denied that the White House knew about the FBI raid on former President Donald Trump’s home during a Tuesday press briefing, claiming that President Joe Biden was not given any notice beforehand.

The press secretary responded to reporter questions about the Monday raid by insisting that such “investigations should be free from political influence.”

Possible. After all, Biden still thinks he’s VP.

Stand, Men of the West!

And so, they have raided the home of Donald Trump. After failed impeachment hearings and lies that have been proven untrue, the Machine simply cannot stop, can it? Nancy Pelosi sits on a net worth that could pay the debt of some small third-world country, while her constituents watch their homes deteriorate into chaos and poverty. The new bill that cost the souls of at least two Democratic senators will include salaries for 87,000 new IRS agents, who will target you and me. And yet, prayers go unanswered, and evil lives to prosper another day. The public itself seems to be either too frightened or too complicit to stand against the people who mutilate and abuse children–and yes, even relish in their murder. And yet, they seem to triumph again.

Hunter Biden double standard on display in wake of Trump FBI raid, GOP says

Senior members of the Republican Party believe a double standard is on display with the Justice Department’s handling of its investigation into Hunter Biden compared to the FBI raid of former President Donald Trump’s home in Mar-a-Lago.

President Joe Biden’s son revealed he was under federal investigation for his taxes shortly after the 2020 election, and he is reportedly being scrutinized for potential money laundering, as well as for possible foreign lobbying violations under the Foreign Agents Registration Act, tied to his overseas business dealings in China, Ukraine, and elsewhere.

Welcome To The Banana Republic of Biden!

As I wrote in that article on July 27th: “Democrats were hoping to dent Trump’s popularity with the January 6th Unselect Committee televised hearings but nobody’s watching it (outside Washington) and nobody cares. Since that gambit has failed, Democrats seem to think that arresting President Trump on bogus charges and trying him in a kangaroo court is their only remaining option.”

Republicans call for defunding the FBI, cleaning house at DOJ after Trump raid

Republican members of Congress said Tuesday they want to dismantle the FBI or “clean house” at the Department of Justice after agents raided the Florida estate of former President Donald Trump.

“This is Gestapo crap and it will not stand. The Department of Injustice needs to be cleaned out if they are going to start pretending we are some kind of banana republic,” Rep. Lauren Boebert, Colorado Republican, said in a Twitter video.

The Mar-a-Lago raid is pure political intimidation

FBI agents were sent into Donald Trump’s home over a quibble about documents?

Donald Trump announced Monday night that the FBI had raided his home in Mar-a-Lago, marking the greatest escalation to date of the political persecution of the former president. One would assume the bar should be exceedingly high for the Department of Justice to execute a search warrant on a man who was previously the leader of the free world. That is not the case here. Nor, sadly, is it surprising, given the seemingly endless fishing expedition that Biden and the Democrats have subjected Trump to over the past year and a half.

Details Emerge About What FBI Agents Were Searching For In Raid On Trump Home, Report Says

Agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) executed a search warrant Monday at the Florida home of former President Donald Trump that appeared to be connected to classified material that was allegedly at the home.

The investigation is “focused on material that Trump had brought with him to Mar-a-Lago, his private club and residence, after he left the White House,” The New York Times reported. “Those boxes contained many pages of classified documents.”

‘In Trump I Trust’: Horde of angry supporters descends on Mar-a-Lago in the hours following shock FBI raid

Hoards of angry Donald Trump supporters descended on his Mar-a-Lago home last night shortly after it emerged that the FBI was searching the former President’s estate as part of an investigation into whether he took classified records from the White House to the Florida residence.

Trump, disclosing the search in a lengthy statement, asserted that agents had opened up a safe at his home and described their work as an ‘unannounced raid’ that he likened to ‘prosecutorial misconduct.’

The raid on Trump’s home represents a dramatic and unprecedented escalation of law enforcement scrutiny of the former president.

Trump confirms FBI raided Mar-a-Lago Today

Donald Trump says his Mar-a-Lago home has been raided by the FBI.

‘These are dark times for our Nation, as my beautiful home, Mar-A-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, is currently under siege, raided, and occupied by a large group of FBI agents. Nothing like this has ever happened to a President of the United States before,’ he said in shocking statement released on Monday night.’

‘After working and cooperating with the relevant Government agencies, this unannounced raid on my home was not necessary or appropriate.’

They are damn scared of what Biden has wrought.

Pictures of torn-up paper notes in Trump’s toilets emerge in WH correspondent Maggie Haberman’s book after he denied flushing Oval Office docs: Donald says pics are ‘fabricated’

Images allegedly depicting Donald Trump’s toilets clogged with torn-up pieces of paper have emerged after the former president denied claims he would flush official documents during his time in the White House.

Maggie Haberman, a New York Times White House correspondent who closely followed Trump during his presidency for an upcoming book, claimed to have obtained pictures of presidential notes stuffed into the residence toilets from a former White House official who worked under the previous administration.

Toiletgate. The media should be able to run with this for a minimum of 6 mos.

Of Course, The FBI Refused to Apologize for Their Russian Collusion Antics

Conservatives and liberals hate the FBI for different reasons, with varying intensity levels. The issues they take umbrage with the nation’s preeminent law enforcement and domestic intelligence agency are different in size and scope, though they’re all serious issues that speak to the credibility and professionalism of the FBI. For liberals, the FBI’s lack of care when investigating the plethora of sexual assault allegations lobbed against the now-incarcerated Larry Nassar by American gymnasts was appalling. FBI Director Christopher Wray was yanked onto the Hill over this last year, where he apologized for his agency’s lack of follow-through. Nassar terrorized our gymnastics team for years; his list of victims included Olympic champions.

Get Trump: The Signs and Portents

]In the 234-year span of our Constitutional government, no president has been subjected to organized persecution after leaving office. After Richard Nixon’s resignation in 1974, his political enemies seemed poised to pursue and possibly prosecute him, but President Ford stopped such moves by granting Mr. Nixon a “…full, free, and absolute pardon…for all offenses against the United States which he has committed or may have committed…”3 Democrats never forgave Mr. Ford for depriving them of the chance to dance on Mr. Nixon’s grave.

But (as they say) that was then and this is now. Today, a year and a half after Mr. Trump’s departure, the Democrat-controlled House of Representatives is conducting a jihad against the former president via televised hearings that ignore all conventional jurisprudential norms and conventions.

First Capitol Rioter to Face Trial Gets 7 Years, Longest Sentence So Far

WASHINGTON — A federal judge on Monday sentenced Guy Wesley Reffitt, the first defendant to go on trial in the Justice Department’s sprawling criminal inquiry into the Jan. 6 attack, to more than seven years in prison, the longest sentence to date in a case stemming from the Capitol riot.

After a six-hour hearing, Judge Dabney L. Friedrich handed down a sentence at the low end of the guideline range. She noted that was still significantly longer than any given so far to any of the more than 800 people arrested in connection with the riot, many of whom have struck plea bargains.
