While a sizable percentage of viewers have tuned into the House hearings on the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot, they have turned out to be a dud for the political parties and failed to raise concerns about the midterm elections in the fall.

Two new polls out Thursday show that voters have generally moved on from the 2020 elections and their aftermath, though Republicans appear to be somewhat interested in the concerns raised by former President Donald Trump.

But it’s also useful for NeverTrump Republicans who may find it difficult to attack President Trump given how starkly Biden’s failures contrast with the policy successes of their bête orange.

This week, the January 6 Committee made much of the appearance of Cassidy Hutchinson, a young former aide to Trump’s White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows. On Tuesday, the liberal media soiled themselves over the so-called bombshell story that on January 6, 2021, President Trump grabbed the steering wheel of the presidential limo and then lunged at a Secret Service agent because he wanted to join the protesters at the Capitol.

The story came courtesy of Cassidy Hutchinson, a former aide to Trump’s chief of staff, Mark Meadows.

Evidence also points to a day of security deficiencies and police provocation for the purpose of entrapment.

A man who was ‘hearing voices’ smashed his Volkswagen Jetta through the front windows of a souvenir store named ‘New England for Trump’ in Easton, Massachusetts.

According to a statement from the Easton Police Department, the terrifying moment occurred just after 5:00 pm on Thursday.

Responding officers found a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta crashed in the store with pro-Donald Trump merchandise scattered all around it.
