Steven Del Duca Announces Liberals Will Ban Handguns Provincewide

Steven Del Duca

TORONTO – An Ontario Liberal government will ban handguns across the province in its first year in office, Ontario Liberal Leader Steven Del Duca announced today in his party’s latest platform plank release.

“I’ve had it with Doug Ford’s open for business policy for guns.” Del Duca said, “The Ford Conservatives are putting the interests of the gun lobby ahead of the Ontario victims of gun crime they swore an oath to protect. The result is handgun violence is spiraling out of control. The choice on handguns is clear, more handguns and gun crime under the Ford Conservatives or a ban on handguns under the Ontario Liberals.”

Global Affairs expert floats “Russia anti-vaxxer troll farm” scare story to justify Trudeau regime internet censorship – media dutifully laps it up

Russian troll farms aiming disinformation war at Canadian anti-vaxxers: Global Affairs expert

Russian-sponsored disinformation is trying to exploit one of Canada’s most divisive issues to shape opinions here about its invasion of Ukraine, says a top Global Affairs Canada expert on the topic.

Using troll farms that post on Facebook and other social media sites, the campaigns often target the minority of Canadians opposed to COVID-19 vaccines and vaccine mandates, and others deeply distrustful of government, said Philippe-André Rodriguez, deputy director of the department’s Centre for International Digital Policy.

Here’s the kicker… Rodriguez also said Russian disinformation is being amplified by social media sites’ algorithms, which may require some kind of government intervention to counter.

This is the same government that had its CBC propaganda mouthpiece lie about “foreign” donations to the Trucker Convoy to justify seizing their donated funds.

Black Canadians twice as likely to trust the government — but less likely to trust police: survey

… For example, it found that 41 per cent of Black people surveyed said they trusted the government, compared to 22 per cent within the general population. The same proportion said they trusted Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, compared with 33 per cent surveyed in the general population. The higher approval rating comes despite photos of Trudeau wearing blackface and brownface surfacing in 2019, something he has apologized for because of its racist history.

David Hogg has something to tell you about his father

David Hogg – Ferret Faced Fraud

On February 14, 2018, thanks to a complete systemic failure at the school and county level, Nikolas Cruz was able to murder 17 of his classmates at Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High School. David Hogg, a student at the school, was not among the injured nor was he even in the line of fire (which is, of course, a good thing). Nevertheless, by becoming one of the loudest voices calling for gun control following the shootings, Hogg managed to get a place at Harvard. He also gained a huge Twitter presence, which is a source of endless amusement for anyone who has a triple-digit IQ.

Rydzik says the group was “randomly attacked” in a drive-by shooting, adding that there’s no information to suggest that the victims are involved in any type of criminality.

Missiles fly, but Ukraine’s pipeline network keeps Russian gas flowing to Europe

… Ukraine is one of four main pipeline corridors through which Russian gas flows to north, central and southern Europe, which together supply about 45 per cent of the gas the EU imports.

It doesn’t import any gas from Russia itself but gets about $100 million US a month for ensuring it makes it to Europe. More importantly, Makogon said, it ensures Russia can collect the roughly $900 million a day it makes from selling gas to Europe.

A very strange war, each side subsidizes the other.
