How Bangladeshi Workers are Powering Global Jihad

A shocking revelation has emerged implicating Bangladeshi expatriate workers in the covert collection of funds for Islamic State (ISIS), Al Qaeda, and other terrorist outfits.

This development raises urgent concerns across countries with large Bangladeshi migrant populations, including Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, and nations in the European Union. Even more alarmingly, many of these workers are not ethnic Bangladeshis, but Rohingyas and “stranded Pakistanis” (Biharis) who obtained Bangladeshi passports through illegal channels.

Why Ontario is the problem child in Canada’s housing crisis

According to new data from Canada Mortgage and Housing Corp., home building in Ontario plummeted in the first half of 2025 compared with prior years, making Premier Doug Ford’s target of 1.5 million new homes by 2031 look increasingly far-fetched.

While building more homes remains a challenge across much of Canada, the particularly sharp decline in Ontario undermines national progress. In the first half of 2025, housing starts in Ontario fell by 25 per cent compared with last year. Meanwhile, the rest of Canada saw a 17-per-cent increase in starts during the same period.

In Foul-Mouthed Podcast Tour, Hunter Biden Warns Democrats He Won’t Go Quietly

On Jan. 20, as Donald Trump was preparing to gild the Oval Office, Joe and Jill Biden made their wistful departure aboard a Marine Corps helicopter out of Washington, D.C., and into a post-presidential life in Delaware. The Bidens have since—mostly—obeyed decorum and kept quiet.

But this week Hunter Biden spoke. And the former first son had a lot to say.

Canada, we’ve already got Trump’s best trade deal

The frenzied tariff announcements of recent weeks risk obscuring a simple fact: most Canadian exports face no tariffs when entering the United States.

Goods that are compliant with the rules of origin of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement have been exempted from tariffs imposed in February based on White House claims about fentanyl coming from Canada, and what the U.S. calls “reciprocal” tariffs, which are poised to come into effect on Aug. 1. No such exemption has been granted to other countries.

LILLEY: Ford’s plan to give asylum seekers work permits a huge mistake

Last year, more than 90,000 people made asylum claims in Ontario, and it seems Premier Doug Ford wants that number to go up.

Ford made the comments at the close of the meetings he and other premiers held this week in Huntsville.

“We will be issuing our own work permits. We aren’t going to sit around and wait for the federal government,” Ford said.

JAY GOLDBERG: The time to end the CBC as we know it has come

Canada’s beleaguered national broadcaster should have been privatized long ago.

There are endless reasons why. The CBC’s budget is bloated. The organization’s accountability to taxpayers who foot the bill is virtually nil. And journalists shouldn’t have their salaries paid for by the government. Full stop.

The CBC is an extreme-left activist NGO, not a broadcaster.

Plan to accept newcomer parents and grandparents will strain health services, Alberta warns

Alberta’s immigration minister says he’s concerned about the federal government’s plan this year to accept thousands of parents and grandparents of immigrants already in Canada.

Joseph Schow responded Tuesday to a federal notice that Ottawa plans to take in 10,000 applications from those who have previously expressed interest in sponsoring family members.

Schow took issue with the 10,000 figure.

In a statement, Schow said provincial health-care systems, housing and social services don’t have the capacity and could be overwhelmed.

Move migrants from Epping, demands Essex Police chief

The Essex Police Commissioner has demanded that migrants are removed from Epping following days of protests.

On Thursday night, police were preparing for more disorder outside the hotel and planning to keep protesters separate in order to prevent clashes.

Hilarious BBC ‘Microaggressions’ Video Goes Viral; No One In The Real World Acts Like This

A DEI training video produced by the BBC that purports to provide guidance on how to deal with ‘microaggressions’ in the workplace has gone viral because it’s so ridiculously hilarious.

The video is a perfect example of what deranged leftists believe the world is like, but in reality no one acts the way the actors in the piece do.
