Global Governance Is (Almost) Here

The recent 22nd anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks should not obscure the fact that even more devastating attacks are being leveled against the United States.

There is a grand movement afoot known by different titles at the United Nations (U.N.) but generally falls under the Agenda 2030 rubric, which will change the world and eliminate our rights as Americans without so much as a whimper of dissent from our federal government.

Unsubscribe From Everything

You may think you’re not worth spying on. But to our government, we’re all terrorists now.

My email was being “held in government quarantine” pending review, a letter from Yahoo! informed me. I was sitting in the computer lab in the German department at New York University. It was September of 2003. I remember because I’d just received an email about a merit scholarship for that semester. The government wants to know about my scholarship? was my first thought. My next one was: Let ‘em. What did I care if the government knew my GPA?

Wind turbines may be killing whales. Why won’t Greenpeace admit it?

A Blue whale near a seventy-five foot boat.

The nonprofit is not enjoying being hoist by its own precautionary petard

Who cares about whales? Whales might be dying because of sonar surveying, but Greenpeace simply ignores the science that doesn’t suit it.

So far last year, seventy-one whales have washed up dead on the shores of New England and neighboring states. The rate seems to have risen in recent years along with a growth in the number of offshore wind turbines. A small group of concerned citizens have started to campaign against the turbines on behalf of the whales, and the journalist Michael Shellenberger has made a short film about their efforts called Thrown to the Wind.

Net Zero is a threat to human civilisation

According to Greek mythology, Prometheus stole fire from Olympus and gave it to humanity. It was a gift that liberated and empowered us. For many, that Promethean fire has come to symbolise scientific and technological knowledge. But I think the fire can be interpreted more literally than that. I think it represents combustion – the ability to create useful energy via the process of burning things. It captures our ability to transform and employ different forms of energy to master nature and improve our lives.

Multicultural Malice: A Warning Against Good Faith

Race-baiting activists claim that the story of Britain is nothing but a litany of racist horrors, yet they also argue that black people have been the leading characters of this story from the very beginning. Which is it?

When the ‘Rhodes Must Fall’ campaign broke out in Oxford, Nigel Biggar rose to the occasion and engaged the ‘decolonising’ agitators in a public debate. He now admits to having been a little more naïve back in 2015 than he is today. For one thing, he seemed to think that this was a good faith discussion about history. Yet the leader of the Rhodes Must Fall side made it clear within the first minute of his speech that the Cecil Rhodes statue outside Oriel College, Oxford, is not a stand-alone offence, but just one “emblem” among many of an inexpungeable guilt, a totemic symbol of a civilisation that was built on white supremacy. Europe, he added, is still plagued by the legacy of this original sin, to the ‘systemic’ disadvantage of non-Europeans who for some reason continue to cross the Mediterranean in vast numbers to reach this irredeemably racist hellhole.

Trudeau spews progressive gibberish

Trudeau says progressive parties must prioritize everyday needs over lofty rhetoric

“If we’re not responding to where people are [in their] daily life, then we’re not going to be connecting with them,” Trudeau told the panel, which also included Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre, former New Zealand prime minister Jacinda Ardern and former Finnish prime minister Sanna Marin.

The progressive promise of a better, fairer world, Trudeau continued, is too aspirational to resonate with people who may be struggling to afford their basic needs.

Trudeau must be so disconnected from reality that he is blind to the fact his government has turned Canada into a shithole state.

It’s Not Racist to Identify Cultural Roots for Criminality

Examining all credible theories of crime helps us identify the true cause of the problem — which is what we should want.

I apparently touched a nerve when I wrote in a recent op-ed that exceptionally high homicide rates among young low-income black males in big cities can be traced to a “subculture of violence,” which I defined as “a propensity to resort to violence to resolve interpersonal conflict.” What really set off hundreds of readers was the following: “This traces back to the nineteenth century South, where whites manifested similar behavior, dubbed an ‘honor culture’ by historians. Blacks, overwhelmingly southerners in the nineteenth century, adopted the white southern subculture of violence and took it to northern cities in the Great Migration.”

‘Battle of Sacred Cow Groups’ Begins in MI After All-Muslim City Council Bans Pride Flag on City Property

Though Democrats have blamed conservative Republicans for the growing outcry from the Muslim community over the radical LGBTQ agenda being forced on children in public schools, the belief still exists among woke leftists that if they continue to play nice they can coexist with—and win over—devoutly religious, socially conservative Muslims who have become disaffected with Democratic Party.

The anti-Guilbeault: Alberta environment minister battles Ottawa’s ‘activist’ counterpart

Sparring between Ottawa and Alberta on matters of energy isn’t news, but a flurry of edicts this summer by Steven Guilbeault, Canada’s minister of the environment and climate change, turned up the heat. How do politicians in Alberta, or any other province for that matter, negotiate with a federal minister who seems hell-bent to shut down the oil and gas industry in Canada and so over-committed to this path, he doesn’t know how to change?

Grocer summit to ‘take the heat off’ Ottawa, not tackle food inflation: experts

The federal government’s efforts to gather Canadian grocery executives for a summit to tackle food inflation is “disingenuous” and unlikely to bear much fruit, analysts say.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Thursday announced he was summoning leaders from Canada’s biggest grocers together on Monday, calling for a plan to stabilize food inflation and warning tax measures were on the table should Canadians continue to face undue pain at the grocery store.

It’s so rare to see an honest headline about Trudeau.

Then they came for your pets… ULEZ and other ‘climate’ atrocities

Do you sometimes read a sentence or phrase and think ‘I wish I’d written that’. Well, I came across one the other day written by Andy Kessler in the Wall Street Journal: ‘climate-excuse assaults on our liberties’. He was running through the range of restrictions, bans and taxes being imposed on citizens around the world in the name of climate change – or should I say, climate emergency or even global boiling.

But here’s the thing: these assaults are now going beyond reducing our freedoms; they are also driving up the cost of living while diminishing our scope to have fun. It’s early days, but there are some signs that the peasants are revolting – thank God.

Letter Found in Vatican Archives Confirms Church Was Told About Death Camps

A letter found among the private papers of Pope Pius XII suggests that the Holy See was told in 1942 that up to 6,000 people, “above all Poles and Jews,” were being killed in furnaces every day at Belzec, a Nazi death camp in Poland.

Though news of the atrocities being perpetrated by Hitler was already reaching Pope Pius XII’s ears, this information was especially important because it came from a trusted church source based in Germany, said Giovanni Coco, a Vatican archivist who discovered the letter. The source was “in the heart of the enemy territory,” Mr. Coco said on Saturday.

Climate assholes spray Brandenburg Gate orange

Police detained 14 people on suspicion of criminal property damage at the German capital’s most iconic sight on Sunday after part of it was sprayed orange and yellow by environmental activists.

Last Generation said fire extinguishers were used to spray the landmark on Sunday morning.

Police said they prevented demonstrators from climbing the monument after officers noticed a hydraulic lift near the Berlin landmark.
